Overall great experience and had cheaper cash prices compared to the competition. But what makes this option very appealing is the online portion where you find ya item, submit the deets, then sign an agreement. Unfortunately, i was told that THAT feature no longer works since the top of the year and that's very disheartening. If that feature was revived, 5 stars 10-of-10.
I know places like this are pricey. There's always a price to pay for getting something now and paying later, but this company will just take money when the want. If I make a payment with my card, they will immediately attempt to debit any other card or account on file for more money. The payment amounts changed from initial purchase and have tried to charge ridiculous fees. I thought I was cose to payoff and the amount still owed is like similar to when i started the payments for purchase. I had surgery in December, so I didn't work as much, and thought I could use Flexshopper to purchase Christmas gifts and boy has it cost me! Items purchased: Nintendo switch, controller, PS5
They took money from me twice in one week and when I had PROOF from my bank they still says they didn't double charge me. Well it just happened again. The regular Friday payment came out and they took about payment on Monday. They are getting cut TF off!
I've been dealing with flex shopper for a few years now. People there are Great. I have not had any bad experiences since I have been with them. Delivery times could be a little quicker. But that's small stuff. Thank you Flex shopper crew.
I started with FlexShopper back in 2015. Never had any issues with them until this past year. Not only is the communication an issue, but the sales representatives really need more training. I have requested on numerous occasions to either change a payment date or to not charged on a certain time. Always an issue with these people! It got to the point where I had to cancel my debit card and reissue a new one (not to billing dept knowledge)
After I pay FlexShopper offf, I'm done!
Kimberly with FlexShopper customer service went over and beyond helping me! I found this program by accident while shopping online and I'm glad I did. I was able to get all the things I wanted from great vendors. There mark-up is very small unless you go over the 90 days. Customer Service is so wonderful and helpful. They exceeded my expectations. They have the best CSR during covid-19.
I Really gotta say that Ms. Cynthia Rodriguez really did an excellent job helping me figure how I could make my payment plan much easier and not making it a burden on me. I believe she deserves a raise. Again, I really appreciated her caring and help!
I'm going to tell you right now unless your in Absolute desperate need of That particular item. Don't buy it when your finally done making payment on your item you would hav payed 150% on the interest rate. For example "Air pods" that cost $250.00/ your payment would be $13.75 a week for a year!, now let's do the math that 48 x $13.75=668! They right and the actual item retails only at $250.00. And it doesn't even include warranty!. So if the item is damaged or broken your Assed out!. You still have to pay it off. NEVER AGAIN!
The agent on the phone was super friendly and welcoming(which is becoming rare in customer service ironically!) She completed my transition efficiency and gave me valuable information regarding my account! She is a credit to your company!
They take out more than what you owe. Even on the second week when that was suppost to be a free week with promo. And I still got charged. 3 payments in 2 weeks when it should of only been one payment. They are trying to say I dont get a refund for the money they owe me.
I ordered a 32" LG tv and it arrive, it's good for me because I have once a month income. Fell behind in July in payments manage to catch up with the payments this month. I know calls could be anoying when you owe. But customer service person was polite so far. Good customer service is the heart of any business.

I had the for a year. They stopped taking the money out 4 months ago. When I called they said I had to talk to an account manager who never return calls and never answer. Finally today they decide out of the blue to charge my card almost $400. I called and spoke to three different people to include a manager and they all refused to help me. They are dishonest and do what they want. They need to be put out of business. Do not do this. I know it sounds enticing but I ma telling you. You can save their amount of payment for 3 months and but it outright. I am paying over $200 for a video game for my son's Nintendo Switch that is $50 in the store! I was stupid!
I really liked I could speak to one person when I called with a concern! Greg Roy has tremendous people skills. I don't necessarily like talking on the phone, mostly because most people don't have the patience to talk to customers accordingly. I'm also very grateful for FlexShop because my kids drive my vehicle and we live on a mountain with some harsh dirt roads. And I didn't have the money to pay for tires needed out here at one time. Thank you FlexShop and a huge thank you to Greg Roy for making my life easier, as talking on the phone gives me bad anxiety! Never once did I get anxious when speaking with you!
I got tires in December and i used flexshopper for the first and only time. So they took 34 dollars a week out of my account which is fine and I just called today to pay off the remainder when I asked the gentleman for my balance he told me i still owed 550 on the tires... its been about 30 something weeks from December to now which its the last days of August so 30 something weeks × $34 a week and I still owe 550 on 700 dollar tires... this is a scam and its crazy the reviews they have im not sure if I'm the only person to have horrible experience with them but anyways the tires are mine and I won't use them again.
The Customer Service at Flexshopper is excellent. If you happen to have an issue, concern or request they are more than willing to oblige and work out your problem. Every interaction i have had with them has been pleasant and easy and helpful whereas it's often so tedious to deal with large companies on phone or online. I have had a great experience with flexshopper they are always nice and professional. I have paid off multiple items costing thousands, much better and cheaper than using a credit card as long as you pay off in 90 days.
While flexshopper and FlexshopperTires is an easy enough credit to apply for and obtain, The real interest paid by simple compounding is more like 80 percent vs. the stated 2.4. I financed 2400 and paid 3400 in 8 months. I advise caution and only buy what you can pay off in 90 days
I have been making monthly payments for almost a year. I got 3 items from here the total of these items was $886.09 I have paid over $1,500 for these items. They take out double payments ALL the time. How is this legal! At one point during this trouble processes, I got the balance down to $448.40. Only to find out that the next week the balance went up to $1,036.91...

During this global health crisis, I have been left without a job. I explained to Lester my concerns and that I wasnt sure if I would be able to continue my weekly payments. I inquired about a payoff amount because I am so close to paying it off. Lester showed understanding and was very empathetic to my concerns. I will use Flexshopper again.
This is the worst company ever. I never received my order but, they keep sending me text messages about my payment. I called customer service to complain. I explain to the representative that I never received it. She left me on hold for 35 minutes and then hung up. Never order from these people.
Cynthia Rodriguez is amazing at what she does. Always upbeat, smiling and ready to go. You can tell when speaking with someone if they truly love to help people and she is that person. Customer experience is always on 100%. Thank you Cynthia for all you do and keep striving, it doesn't go unnoticed!
In August 2020 I leased a computer overall was pleased with the product until is stop working. I called them and sent it back, made some calls again and one customer representative help me and help me understand the following up. After some more inquiries other representatives from the company gave me the wrong follow up and answers, again I asked to be speak with the representative that actually finished and most help that I got for my issue thanks to him I got the issue resolved his name is Gregory Roy. You need as a company look into this and help those that made the mistakes. I am very pleased with his help with my problem, thanks.
I feel that FLEXSHOPPER is a predatory lender & will never do business with them again! I purchased 4 tires with Flexshopper last April ( this is now December after weekly deductions of $30.83 are automatically taken out of my checking account) They said after the 4 month lease ended in August is when the payments started applying toward the loan. Its a 52 week contract. Lease? Who leases tires? The sales rep asked if i read the agreement. (Who reads agreements?) I paid it off right then and there. Tires are expensive, and FLEXSHOPPER made them even more expensive. Never ever again will I, nor will I even allow my friends or family - to ever utilize FLEXSHOPPER!
I had called in many times into flexshopper to take a card off & stop charging that card. When they all ready have my bank card on file.
Customer service has not tooken card off
& just today (3/11/22) I was charged twice on two different cards.

New account, and already regret it. If I could return the merchandise I would! I'm stuck with the hellish, harassing phone calls now for missing one payment and I have to provide proof with bank statements and have to make TWO payments upfront to change my billing cycle, and I never recieved my 2nd week free when I used thier promo code. I'm just over it! What seemed like a great deal turned into misery real quick. DON'T DO IT! I'm stuck in this now!
I do not recommend this site. I had been a customer for many years. I never had any problems with them in the past. I needed to return an item because I had been pulled out of work and would not have been able to pay for my item. They said that I could return the item but would have to pay for shipping and needed to give them all kinds of information about the condition of it before they would even accept it back. I let them know everything they asked. They then double charged me my weekly rate mind you I have no money coming in. I did owe them 1 week of back rent and that was fine. I tried to contact them about the issue and basically they told me to pound salt. Please don't fall for this kind of nonsense

Lease states payments are due weekly. This being said i get paid every other week. Also states that payments are due on a friday. I get paid on tuesdays. They were more then willing to help me. An all there departments seem to have a good knowledge of information on my acc. So while i was taking care of billing i was still able to find out when my equipment was coming in. An the respect level was fantastic. Thanks flex shopper.
