I had an issue with my address needing to be changed I had such a great experience with the representative she was very professional funny and nice that means so much when your have an issue that seems unresolvable she was patient and changed my address and help me to have my products placed on hold for pickup. This is what great customer service is all about. I didn't get her name but thank you soo much I sold my bed so I'm waiting on my bedding and so she took an already stressful situation and just neutralized. I am so disappointed in this company. I wanted to explore the early pay off option but because I was a two days past the 90 days I was told I could not. Wow! Is the only thing I can say. They were not even trying to work with me what so ever. 2 days late wow losing a client is less important than being two days late! I recommended this company to many people, co workers, patients, and family included. I wanted to do the early pay off so I can continue to purchase more things and still stay within my budget. I get the rules but losing a client for something so minimal like this is ridiculous and not a great strategy for client satisfaction or advertising. I am going to everyone I know and telling them about this ridiculous situation and advice against them. I am a clinical supervisor for a behavioral health clinic with 800 individuals here in Lancaster, PA. They just lose a valuable client!
Sometimes you don't have the cash to drop out full price and may have to make payments. This was very convenient for me I will be using them for all my purchases going forward. Plus they have 90 day same as cash, which is helpful. I'm very big on reviews and sometimes you just have to experience things for yourself.
We bought a bed frame, and first they marked on their website it was delivered, we never got it.so my wife called they told her it would be approximately May when we would receive it, being it March we didn't want to wait that long to get a bed so my wife canceled the order. 2 weeks later they brought out our cancelled order, to our surprise.we purchased a bed from a different store and definitely didn't need a second bed. Now they are wanting us to pay a $160 shipping fee before they'll come and get it.
I was really let down by the hidden fees and the unclear terms. I was under the impression I would be paying off my item in a few weeks but when i went to settle the balance the buyout was higher than i expected. It felt like they weren't upfront about the total cost

Will Smith (not rapper/actor) has talent for sure and Todd is the epitome of Great Service. They go above and beyond and very attentive to their clients. They deserves a very special recognition and/or award plaque from corporate. I know, I witnessed countless while I was in the shop for a few hours while my vehicle was being serviced. This is no lip service. I plan to come back for more service in the future.
I wanted to know how much my payment balance was and when my end date to pay it expired and the rep was so helpful. I was having a bad morning but he made me laugh with his humorous disposition. I never have issues with flex shopper Everytime I call they are so kind and willing to help. I love this company
I had an account with them and when I lost my job I was unable to pay. They took $1100 out of my tax return and we were supposedly squared up. Flash forward 4 years later. They send someone to my parents house and threaten to have me arrested for failure to pay a debt which was already paid. They had no proof and four years later neither did I. So i kept paying again until it was paid off. Flash forward two years later ironically right the middle of a national pandemic. They called me and all of my children threatening to take me to court for breech of contract and have continued to accrue fees and interest for the past two years for another $1400! Unbelievable the lengths these people will go to. I have contacted an attorney as this is complete garbage and fraud!

This is the most sneaky and conniving company I have worked with. I called in july to pay on my account. Paid all but $200 was told my customer service I was done with my contract in July. It's now October I'm still paying on it. Customer service lied about my end contract date. If I knew my price would triple after July I would have paid off in may instead of letting payments continue. I called customer service and told I'm the liar. This company is full of crooks. STAY AWAY! Do not deal with them. Use any other company.

Cynthia Rodriguez took care of my needs in a timely manner and was also very pleasant to talk to. Many people in her position I'm sure don't always get appreciated and I'm sure they get insulted on a regular basis. Cynthia shows that, even if this unfortunate thing has happened to her, this hasn't deterred her from being kind and helpful to the customers.
There was a "glitch" in the billing with FlexShopper of which I have had no success in being refunded. They took a double payment out and did not notify me until two days after the second payment was taken out of my account I waited on hold for over an hour only to get a customer service rep that was not able to communicate in English well. Not only that but I have spoken to three other customer service reps and each time was told a different story. I have very little trust in a company that can make this big an error and show such lack of empathy and such unprofessional customer service.

If you use them please make sure you pay or they will harass you and by harass I mean harass 8-12 calls a day. I missed 3 payments due to losing my job. They even contacted family members when I didn't even give my family's info out. I have screen shot and kept all my phone records. They make it impossible to return your items… and if you want a payment arrangement they make you put a huge chunk up front. Beyond ridiculous. I understand they want their money but there are correct measures to take. Even though I'm up to date now I will never use again or recommend.

Received thomson laptop had it for an hour it was damaged. Contacted customer service immediately they are giving delays of 3 to 5 day on getting return label so they can at least get one payment out of your account. Grace (customer service agent) stated its in my possession so there is nothing they can do to stop payment. I could not believe that. I canceled and informed her i would dispute the charge should it appear. This company does not care about you as a customer. I wish i could give them zero stars.

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!

This person doesn't want to get caught up in a scheme of not getting what is paid for, broken merchandise, or late delivery. This person is basically asking if this company is legit and if all the negative comments are just hope you idiot.
