We bought a bed frame, and first they marked on their website it was delivered, we never got it.so my wife called they told her it would be approximately May when we would receive it, being it March we didn't want to wait that long to get a bed so my wife canceled the order. 2 weeks later they brought out our cancelled order, to our surprise.we purchased a bed from a different store and definitely didn't need a second bed. Now they are wanting us to pay a $160 shipping fee before they'll come and get it.
I do not recommend this site. I had been a customer for many years. I never had any problems with them in the past. I needed to return an item because I had been pulled out of work and would not have been able to pay for my item. They said that I could return the item but would have to pay for shipping and needed to give them all kinds of information about the condition of it before they would even accept it back. I let them know everything they asked. They then double charged me my weekly rate mind you I have no money coming in. I did owe them 1 week of back rent and that was fine. I tried to contact them about the issue and basically they told me to pound salt. Please don't fall for this kind of nonsense

If you use them please make sure you pay or they will harass you and by harass I mean harass 8-12 calls a day. I missed 3 payments due to losing my job. They even contacted family members when I didn't even give my family's info out. I have screen shot and kept all my phone records. They make it impossible to return your items… and if you want a payment arrangement they make you put a huge chunk up front. Beyond ridiculous. I understand they want their money but there are correct measures to take. Even though I'm up to date now I will never use again or recommend.

Flexshopper is the worst, this is my first time using them and I will never use them again. They don't explain things correctly and the one guy I spoke to kept talking over me. They didn't help me take care of my issue so now I have to pay for something I shouldn't have to. Will warn all my friends and family to never lease from them.

I have been paying these people religiously and I called to update my payment information. I spoke to 3 reps all confirmed they had removed the old account and they would process payment under my new account. Well that did not happen. This company double dipped. They took money from my new account and charged my old one which had no money so the bank charged me an nsf fee. I called CS and both reps I spoke to were rude and condescending. I highly suggest you stay way from this company. You are better off saving for the item you need or putting it on a CC. This overpriced crap is a SCAM! Beware-don't do it. You never know where your information will end up or how much money they will take from you. Once they have your info they have free reign! SCAMMMM!
This company is a joke and a ripoff. First my shipment is extremely late, then it's damaged, then I'm double billed in the same day, then I'm supposed to be removed from automatic payments due to being double billed, and now I'm getting billed twice in one week. I'm over this, and the quality of the merchandise is very poor for the prices being charged. I understand security measures, but repeating yourself 5 times in one phone call is a bit extreme. I will NEVER use this service again, I will do without rather than do this again.

The service was convenient at the time, I called in to pay my balance in full and the representative failed to carry out this payment. Thankfully I noticed the following week (due to a very busy week) that the payment never drafted my account and another weekly payment came out. This could have made me miss my deadline for the 90 days same as cash, if I had not noticed it. I called FlexShopper and paid my balance in full and they did nothing for the poor customer service I received due to an employee not doing their job. I will not use them in the future. So if you set up a payment be sure to verify it was completed.

I had called in many times into flexshopper to take a card off & stop charging that card. When they all ready have my bank card on file.
Customer service has not tooken card off
& just today (3/11/22) I was charged twice on two different cards.

I have been with flexshopper a long time. While I don't like using rent to own I did like the way things were handled in the beginning. This last year has been a year from HELL with them. I call and get pushed from one person to another over and over and then hung up on. I've placed numerous tickets and not one has been responded to. Once my contracts are finally up I am completely done with them. THEIR CUSTOMER SEVICE has gone to crap this last year!

Ordered a tv and it was returned by Fedex due to a miscommunication. However, Flexshopper is still trying to charge me for the tv weeks after it was returned to them. I have proof that it was returned via email from Flexshopper. But still they are still charging me. Plus the 2nd week was not free with a code like they said it was. I ended up closing my bank account so they can't take anymore money from me because they certainly are not ever giving it back to me. What a rip off company and customer service is a joke.

I should have read the reviews on the site and other sites before giving the scam company my account information. Almost all reviews on this site of the company who claims to be flex shopper are all saying the same crap! This company is a scam! They don't ship you the products you order, they steal money straight from your bank account, they break their end of the lease every time with everyone by charging them before the product even arrived! I have screen shots and video proof from my front door camera that the package was never delivered! Even the office manager said it was never delivered! There are reviews saying they have even seen unmarked trucks delivering crap! Oh and if they do deliver it people are saying it never works or is broken! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT INFO AT ALL ITS A SCAM!
FYI they claimed it arrived on the 10th website said the 11th in chat with customer service the 10th is a Thursday not a Friday but again it still didn't arrive
Update: todays date is 2/15/22 the package still never arrived and they are refusing to help or stop payment claiming I have the laptop and I don't. Will be filing police report in the morning and calling usps to verify it was never delivered. They never had a legitimate lease and are stealing money. I currently requested a free consultation with a lawyer who's delt with them before for fraudulent charges. FYI the number they gave me saying it's usps is actually flex shopper. They are litterly the fakes bull $#*! company ever.

This company is a joke they trying to get triple the price for the item you purchase, I did early payoff within the first 25 days of the agreement to pull my self from these scammers, my lease status shows is completed, so I will see if they try to charge me for an item that already paid, I will sue them and close their company, also have your evidence with you take videos of all transactions you made also bank statements, if they try to do some funny things you can sue them and use the evidence against them, please please don't make the same mistake I made

I ordered tires through Tire Agent, financed through Flex Shopper. I ended up sending them back because they were the wrong size. Tire Agent was great by staying in contact with me about the refund. Flex Shopper was horrible. Never issued me a refund and after spending months trying to get an answer, each time they had no idea what I was talking about and were very rude saying my account was past due. Every single agent I spoke to did not understand that I returned the tires and Tire Agent sent a refund. It was horrible and they just kept taking payments out. Never again will I use them

Answer: I place my order all happy. Then after receiving my confirmation I went online to look at the reviews of the company and to my surprise I was very disappointed at all the reviews and people complaining about not getting their packages and things like that.So I called and asked to cancel my order they said that the order has already been sent in. And "they sent a request to cancel the order" and if the order gets delivered to my house they told me to reject the package so the person sending it can send it back to flex shopper. Pretty much like every story is on here. But this is where it gets interesting... upon reviewing the contract. Besides all of the extreme interest rates at the very very bottom there's a document which entitles you to cancel your order within three days of the initial purchase. That's funny because over the phone they had told me that the cancellation request might take up to three days. So this is where it got even more weird, I was so infuriated I YELLED at them. I even said "the contract states I have three days to cancel the order, what games are you trying to play?" they still told me i was stuck. I threatened them. And then with in a few minutes they took my order off, so they can process the cancellation right away they were just trying to get me to get it delivered and at that point I would be stuck with everything. DONT BUY FROM A COMPANY THAT WONT LET YOUR RETURN YOUR PRODUCTS. READ THE AGREEMENT!
