1st time buyer, I was a bit skeptical. Transaction with way better than expected. Got my product in mail today. Very fast shipping, quality products only thing that could have made this better was if I received automatic updates throughout the process. The information is available though, you simply have to log in to view. Overall very good experience
Once again they have failed to provide tracking information or and answer of where the items I have already paid for have not arrived. I am due to make another payment on Friday. They just keep saying wait 24 hours for the ticket to be answered. It has now been two weeks of fighting for answers. They blame the vendor. If that's the case then use a different vendor. Especially since when I placed the order it said it would ship from flexchoice. Which I'm assuming is run by FlexShopper. This is unsatisfactory and very poor customer service.
Greg Roy was a very big help to me today. I needed some billing questions answered and some mistakes corrected. He was thorough in explaining what he was doing to correct the billing issues. He was very pleasant to talk to. I really enjoyed that I as the customer was treated with great respect and understanding. I will definitely be in touch with him again if I have any other billing issues

I cannot stress enough to people to not use this company! I received wrong item and had to send back was supposed to be for Christmas would not make it back in time so I canceled order. They were still charging my account for item I did not have! Then to get refund was hell just to speak to someone that knew what they were doing. Spoke to several different agents every one of them had a different answer. It took weeks to get a refund. O lost count how many times I was put on hold. Worst customer service ever! Then after 3 weeks they start to charge my account again out of no where! Now I have to wait for a refund again! Could go on... if you want to save your bank acct and some headaches stay away from these crooks! Nothing but a nightmare for me!

I was having a tough time this year. This is the first time that I used Flex Shopper. I am so impressed with their customer service. I explained what was happening and Cynthia.( I think I spelt it right.) Was fantastic understanding the problem. She consulted with her manager and they came up with a solution that was fantastic. It shows me that they have the best customer service that I have ever talked to. I thank them so much for helping me. I can finally get some rest now.

I ordered 2 beds only got one. It's been 3 weeks getting charged for 2 and told they would suspend payments until the completion of there investigation regarding the missing bed. I am still getting charged for 2 beds. I keep calling and no resolve.

Avoid this company at all costs. Refurbished phones are not refurbished. They are used and never checked. One I received was iCloud locked, one broken speaker, one broken home button. Avoid avoid avoid. I had to call and return my last 2 items with them.

I spoke with multiple people the last few weeks regarding my refunds from being charged for a cancelled order. I have been transferred to a different department multiple times just to be transferred back to customer service. And have yet to have my issue resolved and still no refunds.

Not only was the item not the item listed but it didn't even work and was missing pieces. I immediately filled for a return. They took $200 from me while in the process of returning the item. Then wouldn't even refund my money. I will never recommend this trash website to anyone or use it again. Seriously the worst company I've ever interacted with in my life. Customer service was never helpful either.

Order some items, called, and requested a return. They told me they would not charge me, but did. I had to request the return 3 times before it was done and was told I would not get a refund bc I didn't request the return in time. I requested the return 4 days after I received the items. Their rep did not do her job. A worthless company with worthless customer service with nothing but excuses as to why they don't do their jobs.

I have used flex shopper since 2016. I have paid off multiple accounts. I have never missed a payment on any and currently have 1 in good standing. I attempted to buy tires, they denied my application. I called their customer service because as I stated I have paid off multiple accounts and never was late or missed a payment. I am told they are not sure why I was declined and have no way to track what went wrong. The agent says she will send a message to someone and see if it can be fixed and couldn't provide a time frame. Needless to say, I have been a loyal, good customer and this is extremely frustrating.

I had no complaints about the site. The problem is with my account and the customer service's inability to troubleshoot and figure out what went wrong.

Is it fair to say flexshopper is way to much for rent to own for me. At least with some rent to own stores have home fronts in states where you can come and go exchange the goods if the customer dislike the product. Plus I don. T like the interest

I was extremely upset due to issues with billing. They billed me incorrectly; however I was able to reach Gregory Roy and he helped me tremendously. He set up follow-ups to fix billing cycle issues and also checked on credits that were suppose to be issued to me due to incorrectly billing me from last.

While everyone that works there seems to have the customer's best interest at heart, Gary seems to go above and beyond the call of duty for a customer service representative. He always makes sure that you are happy with the service provided for that call and always does everything in his power to make sure that you are satisfied with the outcome.

I had one payment left back in feb and all of a sudden in July they are telling me that I owe $655. How is this possible!? I literally had ONE PAYMENT LEFT! I haven't heard a word from them until now. Sounds like they racked up some fee's and now they wanna collect. It just makes no sense!

I bought from them in the past and never had any issues. I recently ordered two items from them, set up my payments. Then three months later they finally charge my card and charge all three months one crack. Mind you i was never notified. They claim they notified me by email but check all my emails and spam emails and never gotten any. Said they left numerous messages but not sure where they left them. Then they go ahead and charge my card right after me telling them on the phone that i am not authorizing any payments over the phone. But they go ahead and charge another payment. This is the worse customer service i have ever had to deal with. To my understanding when you don't authorize a payment they are not allowed to go ahead and charge the account, but they did.

I recieved the wrong Item in November. I immediately called so they can put a stop payment on my account until I could return this and either cancel the account or exchange it for the correct one, I was told they seen the notes in my account due to the complaint and they would refund me however that has not happened and I've been given the runaround and transferred a couple of times where I've had to sit on hold close to an hour until I hung up this is completely ridiculous I hope nobody uses this company. I still have gotten no help.

My package got lost so I emailed the appropriate department to start a ticket, three emails and I never heard back. Over a week went by ups couldn't do anything as they didn't know where the package was so I called flexshopper. The rep on the phone was great and walked me through and said it could take up to three weeks to get it resolved(replacement).
Five weeks go by and they took two payments even though the item was sent back and cancelled once it was finally found. I called and they had to confirm the item was in fact not in my position for the 22nd time and said it will be another week before they refund any money. No explanation on why it's taken so long and why this hasn't already been confirmed!

I wish I could give no stars. Paid my account off doing 90 days same as cash. The day before the 90 days was up a payment was due which they processed. I called on day 90 to pay account off. They told me the payment from the day before was not reflecting and I would have to pay the total amount of almost $300, which I did. I was assured I would be refunded the $31 and they refuse to refund me or show me proof of account history. STAY AWAY!
