1st time buyer, I was a bit skeptical. Transaction with way better than expected. Got my product in mail today. Very fast shipping, quality products only thing that could have made this better was if I received automatic updates throughout the process. The information is available though, you simply have to log in to view. Overall very good experience
Once again they have failed to provide tracking information or and answer of where the items I have already paid for have not arrived. I am due to make another payment on Friday. They just keep saying wait 24 hours for the ticket to be answered. It has now been two weeks of fighting for answers. They blame the vendor. If that's the case then use a different vendor. Especially since when I placed the order it said it would ship from flexchoice. Which I'm assuming is run by FlexShopper. This is unsatisfactory and very poor customer service.
This company is a joke and a ripoff. First my shipment is extremely late, then it's damaged, then I'm double billed in the same day, then I'm supposed to be removed from automatic payments due to being double billed, and now I'm getting billed twice in one week. I'm over this, and the quality of the merchandise is very poor for the prices being charged. I understand security measures, but repeating yourself 5 times in one phone call is a bit extreme. I will NEVER use this service again, I will do without rather than do this again.

I had a couple of billing issues, so I called Flexshopper to get them resolved.
I spoke with Hervory Jules and I must say that not only did I get my billings issues resolved. Hervory was very polite and knowledgeable about what I needed to do to get my issues resolved. She explained how everything was going to work going forward, which made me very happy.
I'm not new to Flexshopper. I've used them before and I love their service! And, hopefully I will continue to use Flexshopper for a long time in the future!

Ms. Kimberly, was the customer rep, I was tendered to. I had been holding for 1hour and 15 minutes. I was trying to find out about the FlexShopper Advantage protection plan. No one knew nothing about it. It was like it was foreign. Ms. Kimberly took the time to stay on the phone with me and called her supervisor to help her explain the protection plan but I needed some more input on the plan. Ms. Kimberly gave me wonderful customer support. She really went above and beyond.

I set up an account, ordered a MacBook and it took forever to be sent out. I cancelled the order, but they still sent the item out. I intercepted in transit on UPS.com ( to return to sender). I sent two emails and called multiple times and they are still taking money out of my checking account! Basically stealing my money in so many words! I wouldn't suggest Flex Shopper to anyone.

I wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt. And I really needed a printer but didn't want to spend all the money up front due to current events. I ordered October 20th for pick up. Website said should be ready by the 27th. I called on the 30th after no updates. I was told the store received my order to give it a couple days, that the company would email me directly when my order was ready. 2 business days later I was charged the weekly fee but have yet to receive the product I ordered or even an email from the store. I have attempted to call FlexShopper twice since I found out about the charge (on hold now for 40+ minutes). And have not been able to get any answer!

This company is a joke they trying to get triple the price for the item you purchase, I did early payoff within the first 25 days of the agreement to pull my self from these scammers, my lease status shows is completed, so I will see if they try to charge me for an item that already paid, I will sue them and close their company, also have your evidence with you take videos of all transactions you made also bank statements, if they try to do some funny things you can sue them and use the evidence against them, please please don't make the same mistake I made

I ordered two 4K TV's on accident and reached out to customer support. Due to high call volume I saved my place in line and went about my day. I received a callback within 10-15mins and the orders were cancelled in no time. I've had no issue with the company. I cannot recall the males name who helped me but he cancelled the Vizio's in a flash.

I was denied a spending limit with out an explanation as to why. They said, I could find the reason why if I wanted to know. Of course I want to know! So along with the denial there should have been an explanation! I should not have to search, email, message or text anybody! I I would've been a good trusting customer. Alot of my furniture I have gotten from businesses like this. Always paid on time. Never a problem. Flexshoppers prices are better but I'll pay the higher prices since Flexshoppers don't seem to want my business. Their loss of a good customer

How is it possible not to receive a response or any correspondence after 3 weeks? No updates to my online account, no phone calls, no emails, no snail mail, no telegram, nothing.
Three out of four items were returned back to Adorama on 11/8. I have provided the UPS delivery confirmation on numerous occasions. The other item was mailed back to Best Buy via regular mail on the same day I shipped the other items.
In addition, I have asked for a breakdown of account details for both of my accounts several times. I've received nothing.
This is ridiculous. FlexShopper has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Further, your agents are unprofessional and disrespectful, they lack product knowledge, skill, accountability and urgency. I will never do business with FlexShopper again and I'll be sure I spread the word to others to keep their distance.
It'll be even more pathetic when (and if) I finally receive a return email from FlexShopper. It will most likely be some canned, apologetic response saying "we're sorry you feel this way, blah blah."
My banking and payment information will be changed tomorrow. If your company is still interested in receiving payment from me for my previous orders, you can reach out to me - I might get back if I have time.

Flex shopper is a company that steals your money after you pay it off. I paid a amount that a employee at flex shopper quoted me in December and paid it in full and now 6 months later they are stealing money from my account... What happened to the amount that I paid in full... The on employees must not be trained in simple mathmatics... Now you are taking money from a account that you were supposed to delete. Be awere consumer I guess when you are given a amount to pay in full it just to pad someone's pocket...

Order a Apple Watch and the delivery date was the 8th ordered it the same day as the phone and the phone shipped out but not the watch. Now get told the 12th. I guess they don't have them in stocks like they said and now the phone was the first purchase and last. The only thing flexshopper.com knows is to keep customers on hold for 30 minutes

DO NOT BUY from this company or use them to help you buy anything at all. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. This is the worst company to ever do business with if you don't want to get ripped off.
This company is a total rip off and preys on the vulnerability of the consumer. They are sneaky in the sense that they do not disclose their intent unless you read the fine print and agreement word for word. What they don't tell you is that you can't get out of the agreement by paying your balance in full within 3 months. Otherwise, you canNOT pay off your balance without paying them 60+% so really, you are paying more than what you owe. They hide this very important piece from you unless again, you read the agreement word for word.

Read the fine print because they don't tell you the details upfront. This is a sneaky company to preys on your vulnerability. They will rip you off and you will end up paying quadruple of what you owe whether you pay till the end of the "lease" or if you try to pay the balance before your "lease" is up. They don't want you to pay the balance because they want to keep overcharging you with interest. It's not worth it. They're a rip off!

Don't ever use this method to buy anything. I did not read the "fine print" and I needed new tires for my SUV to pass inspection. I fell into this financial trap by having them put on and making bi-weekly payments. I had 90 days to pay without interest but as life happens i forgot to pay it off in 90 days and i went from owing $1,100 for 4 tires to over $, 2000. I finally called to see what my balance is and I've already paid $856.00 in bi-weekly payments and the pay off is $666.00 as of today. If i continue the bi-weekly payments i would have paid over 2k for 52weeks for 4 tires on a Kia. This is called 'legal loan sharking,' so know what you're getting into before you sign and drive.

Our lease to own agreement is for 52 weekly payments. You can change the frequency in which you pay, but this does not change the terms of the contract. It does not further extend your agreement, nor does it cost you more to change the frequency of payments.
There are more options to pay off and save money! Payment and the terms are mentioned early on in the contract you sign within the first few paragraphs of your lease (usually section 2, but can vary to 3 depending on your state). In addition to the 90 days same as cash, there are other early payment options available. The Early Payoff schedule is detailed in the agreement.
We understand life happens. There may be some options available to you. Please contact us and request to speak to the Billing or Customer Service Manager while mentioning this review. We will also try to reach you based on the information you've provided.
Had an issue with the monitor that was sent. Asked to have monitor replaced. Took them 3 wks to respond and only after I had reached out to them again. The lady I spoke with told me I need to return the CPU and monitor. Told her I only wanted to return the monitor, as I am working from home and need to keep the CPU. She told me she would see what she could do. Today, I finally got to speak with a wonderful specialist in the warrantee department who told me they were going to replace my monitor only. She informed me I needed to return the monitor prior to them sending one to me. I totally understand and will do that today. I do not remember her name but she was the most informative specialists I had spoken with within the last month. Tell her thank you for me and she deserves a raise!

I made a purchase through flexshopper for a electronic device and I have had nothing but a nightmare with billing and customer service. So let's start with billing I picked up my item with no down payment and I thought that was great except they added some protection on which I did not want. One day later after picking up the item I had a payment that was due, however, I had changed the form of payment and was told that it would be taken from the new source of payment and not the original. The next day I was charged on both accounts. I called and was told that it was a extra payment. I told the representative that it was not and that I just changed payments form. I got no where with this rep. She did not listen to me.I had to talk to a supervisor and she explained that it would go ineffect the following week.Then the sup returned the money to my account. Following week I got charged 2 times again and another fee. I called back and waited on hold the first time 10 mins. To only get hung up on by the automated system when it was my turn. So I called back again waited another 18 mins to get hung up on again by the automated system. So for a 3rd time I called and waited almost 45 mins to finally get a rep whom could hardly speak English. I had to explain myself over n over again to get them to remove the extra charge and reverse the extra payment they took out. The next payment come due and they did not take it. I called again and again to get hung up on. I wouldn't refer my dog to these ppl.

Watch your bank account for getting charged double for 1 payment. Also beware of customer service line will hang up on you when it's your turn so you can call back and wait again. Company is not very professional when it comes to customer's experience

I ordered a camera from these people. A few weeks later I got a call from the people who were delivering the camera except it wasn't a camera, they had sent me a buffet server. I told the guy I wasn't interested and to send it back. A week later, they called again and wanted to set up delivery. Same item. I told them I had no interest in it and told them I had no interest and to send it back. Just out of curiousity, I checked my account and it stated that delivery was made on January 5th. Oddly I haven't received anything from these people. Stay away from these people. They are dirty and they do not get good reviews.

I thought I was satisfied with FlxShpr until my laptop broke down and when I called Dell to have warranty work done on my computer I found out that I received a refurbished computer not a new one so it wasn't under warranty. First, I'd never pay this price for a refurbished computer. Second, my contract says I was receiving a New Laptop. At first Flxshpr said that were going to replace it and I was waiting for a shipping label. Time was passing & I pulled up my email to see if I had any mail from them and low & behold the was a message that I didn't qualify for a replacement. Now I wouldn't trust to send them back this computer if they told me they would replace at this point. So I owe about $350 & will not be paying that without receiving a new laptop & then I'll return this refurbished laptop.
