1st time buyer, I was a bit skeptical. Transaction with way better than expected. Got my product in mail today. Very fast shipping, quality products only thing that could have made this better was if I received automatic updates throughout the process. The information is available though, you simply have to log in to view. Overall very good experience

“Still have not received my items or tracking information”

Once again they have failed to provide tracking information or and answer of where the items I have already paid for have not arrived. I am due to make another payment on Friday. They just keep saying wait 24 hours for the ticket to be answered. It has now been two weeks of fighting for answers. They blame the vendor. If that's the case then use a different vendor. Especially since when I placed the order it said it would ship from flexchoice. Which I'm assuming is run by FlexShopper. This is unsatisfactory and very poor customer service.

I guess I had to give it one star but it needs a no star button at all this place needs to be Shut down goodbye flex crap shopper I am very very upset because they lied to me and they dont care about anything that's why their stock is at 1.56
This flex shopper rent to own or lesser crap is a ripe off you go to the store get this flex shopper and your told it's one amount of money and I have to Receipt to show how much money was charged to the perfect money hungry flex shopper this company she only have customers in florida and stop having people spend more money they are suppose to and its should be investigated because this company should be closed do not I repeat do not used this

I've been a faithful of Flexshopper for many years now. And the entire process has been great. Whenever I require help, my account manager CYNTHIA is always there for me and if I require my payment to be rolled over to the next month she's always willing to work with me. Which is a BIG help. So thank you once again CYNTHIA for all your continued help.

I have never written a review before but i felt like people need to know. I have been a long time customer. I've always made my payments and paid off all items. For some reason this year, flexshopper started doing multiple charges and not recrediting my account, they also would charge my account on days that arent authorized. I had called in so many times to fix these issues only to find they never were or that my conversations werent documented on my account. I constantly took time out of my days to get things fixed that were there issues. I then called because they started charging my account a bunch on one day and had to have my bank handle it. I called to speak with a supervisor (HIS NAME IS JONATHAN) who not only was extremely RUDE but interrupted me, wouldn't let me speak, put words in my mouth and said I refused to pay and would put a note on my account of repossess when I never asked or denied paying. I am completely disgusted with this company. I hope no one goes to them.

I was on the phone with a "customer service representative" trying to make a payment on my xBox for a little less than they were requesting and the RACIST called me a $#*! and threatened repossession! Just wow... I don't even know what to say my blood is boiling and I am shaking! Shut this racist company down NOW!

Placed an order on April 27th, 2020 and said store pick up was an option then after I checked out told me I had to have it shipped. First shipping date I was given was May 4th then the 5th then the 6th, order was still pending after a week so no tracking info available. Called multiple times and spoke to multiple reps and finally was told that I would receive my order between the 7th and the 20th. I asked to cancel my order so I could place an order with a different vendor, still thru flex shopper, and was told I had to wait for the original vendor to email them back even though my order was still pending. My reason I went thru them was for quick delivery and that just didn't happen. Everyone was very polite and professional but absolutely no help or resolution to my issue was given. Just a terrible experience all around and honestly doubt I will order thru them ever again after this.

The lease agreement set up to where they make a difficult for you to payoff quickly. I was told I can change my payment date to 1mo, but they don't tell you that you have to pay up front for the remainder of the month before they begin taking monthly payments. They also do not give you the option of beginning monthly payments until you have made four consecutive payments for 1 month. Its simple. You pay for 4 weeks and in the 5th week you make a monthly payment. They don't do that. You still have to pay the additional 1 week or the 5th week which means you're overpaying. The lease is set up for sneaky frivolous charges where they can make the most money out of you for an extended amount over the time. You actually wind up paying double for your purchase if not more. They also went into a previous account that they were not authorized to go into using expired credit cards from a previous purchase. They also entered incorrect account info phishing for a payment. They're crooked legalized loan sharks. I plan on filing a lawsuit once I pay them off and reporting them to the NYC comptrollers office and the BBB.

Tip for consumers:
Just don't use them. They need to be investigated.

I have been with flexshopper a long time. While I don't like using rent to own I did like the way things were handled in the beginning. This last year has been a year from HELL with them. I call and get pushed from one person to another over and over and then hung up on. I've placed numerous tickets and not one has been responded to. Once my contracts are finally up I am completely done with them. THEIR CUSTOMER SEVICE has gone to crap this last year!

Don't just don't find some other way

They contacted me stating that there has been billing issues even after I sent them my bank statements showing that THREE payments come out of my account WEEKLY for over two months. They tried scamming me out of my hard earned money. I highly don't recommend this fraudulent money hungry so called business.

Edric assisted me today, he was very plesant & helpful. My trsnsaction with Flexshopper has been extremely pleasant & smooth from beginning to end. Where can you go and pick out your item of choice & pay only a $50 fee and 100 days same as cash... no where else. Your buying items over time, get the items shipped quickly and make biweekly, monthly or weekly payments. Best service and process ever! Forget Fingerhut, Rent a centers & traditional layaway! Flexshopper is the bomb!

Do not use this company, they keep withdrawing payments from my bank account that I did not authorize. A 750.00 computer is going to cost double. They can have it back! I'm done!

They are the best! We ordered a tv that was no longer available, they fixed it and we were able to do in store pick up at a local retailer 2 days before Christmas. Can't say thank you enough.

The woman I spoke with in billing tonight was the most friendly, helpful customer service representative I've ever spoken to and that's coming from someone who usually by the time I get past the automated system I'm so frustrated that I hate whoever actually picks up lol

THEY ARE ALL ABOUT MONEY, THE CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVES ARE HORRIBLE( EACH ONE I'VE SPOKE WITH TOLD ME DIFFERENT STATEMENTS WHEN IT COMES TO MY ACCOUNT, THEY LIE ABOUT YOU MISSING PAYMENTS WHEN CLEARLY I LOOK AT MY BANK STATEMENTS. LUIS THE BILLING SUPERVISOR IS VERY INCOMPETENT, RUDE & HAS A VERY SMART MOUTH! THEY JERK YOU AROUND WHEN IT COMES TO WANTING A NUMBER FOR CORPORATE. I WILL NEVER LEASE ANYTHING ELSE FROM THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN! I WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL OPTIONS AS I DO NOT PLAY ABOUT MY MONEY!

Ordered tires and fedex lost them or who knows. Took quite awhile on hold but when I finally spoke to the returns agent she was so helpful and friendly and took care of my problem immediately!
