1st time buyer, I was a bit skeptical. Transaction with way better than expected. Got my product in mail today. Very fast shipping, quality products only thing that could have made this better was if I received automatic updates throughout the process. The information is available though, you simply have to log in to view. Overall very good experience
Once again they have failed to provide tracking information or and answer of where the items I have already paid for have not arrived. I am due to make another payment on Friday. They just keep saying wait 24 hours for the ticket to be answered. It has now been two weeks of fighting for answers. They blame the vendor. If that's the case then use a different vendor. Especially since when I placed the order it said it would ship from flexchoice. Which I'm assuming is run by FlexShopper. This is unsatisfactory and very poor customer service.
Site is a scam, it seems too good to be true as everything usually is, I did a lease to own a $280 headset charges over 1100 in payments to own, not worth it such a scam, value of item apparently multiplies by ten folds and they make the early purchase option non existent on the browser as i have yet to find the button to take me to that option for them to steal more of my money HIGH RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY AND GO WITH AFFIRM or a credit card it self

I already knew going into this I would be overcharged (price-wise) for my items. But my credit is in a state of disrepair (currently being worked on) and this was the only way I could get my daughter's most wanted Christmas gift for the holidays. I've used similar places before, some with home fronts, some without. So I know how it works. Generally, if you stay on top of your payments, then you don't have any problems. Things happen, and you can't always do that, but understand going into it, this is not one of the types of places that is going to cut you slack for that. My plan is to make my payments, on time for the next couple months, and then completely pay the balance off with my bonus from work. I know how these people work and don't want to have to deal for the entire year. Know the risks, accept the cost, make your payments, and it'll be fine. It's a last resort, but those of us who have found this place are usually in the position where we are looking for just that, a last resort. If this isn't for you, don't do it. Find another way. But once you sign that contract, you're in it or bust.

I am a customer of FlexShopper on the retail side, so we do a lot of business with them and recommend their services to our customers whenever is appropriate.
They are usually very fast (within 20 minutes, everything gets through), and it's very simple and accessible for our customers.
However, for the first time that I've experienced, we ran into a delay with their app that ended up being a 1-2 DAY ordeal.
But all hope was not lost, because within 5-10 minutes, IF that, of having Karen on the phone, my problem was solved, and my customers were as happy and grateful as I am.
Karen was professional, personal, and polite.
If every customer service/sales representative I spoke to was as helpful and easy to deal with as she was, the world would be a better, more efficient place.
She did more than just a good job at what she does. It felt like she actually cares about the people on the other end of the phone.
I hope if I ever again run into a problem I can't solve on my own, I get the pleasure of her being the one to assist me.

I have been using them for about 4 years now. Just recently I went to use them again for a purchase and I was forced into reapplying for a account. In the past everything I would just login get what I needed amd pay it off within the 60/90day grace and period. It would always get a boost in what I could spend too. Anyways I was concerned by the denial so I got ahold of customer service spoke to some person named Shanelle. Who basically gave me this tough $#*! we dont have a record of you ever being a customer bs. Guess I am moving onto using Klarna or Quadpay

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered three items and only received two but they have in their system that I received all three. They are still charging me for all three saying that I did receive the item. They said they will I count I still have to pay for the item. I gave them the tracking number of the order and it says that a label has not been created for it yet, but they said ignore that there system is wrong. I have dealt with UPS most of my life and I've never had issues like this. The company is trying to scam me out of extra money. I would advise you to be careful what you order and to just go somewhere else. They don't care if you get the item or not just them getting over and getting extra from you. They could have paused the payment on that item until the investigation was over but no your going to have to pay for it no matter what and they don't care. This is the screenshot that I took today 9/10/2021 with the tracking number for anyone to verify it has a label but the item was never received since 8/30/2021.

It was horrible. Every thing I tried to order they wouldn't let me get. It was we don't lease this or that. So I choose stuff off there site but wnet found cheaper elsewhere. Used the flex wallet they come back said we don't lease items like that. But I had picked out identical to what I found on site. The one thing I did order they had me sign lease on they come back said it wasn't available after I sent back a email expressing how they doing me. Interest so high! Double price! And they Locked me out account so I couldn't get in it! That's just one example in pics inhad three orders I tried tk do with them. They Did me a favor saved me a lot of money in interest!

Shop anywhere but with them. There is affirm after pay quality pay buy on trust etc....

I ordered from their site back in Aug of 2020, I havent been able to see my account and payment history, they want you to call, months and months their site is being updated and now I cant even get into the site, saying I'm not allowed but they have no issue with taking the funds out my account every week. Worst company ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I have had nothing but problems with this company. First, they sent me FAKE airpod pro's that Apple couldn't even touch because they were counterfeit. I sent them back for a refund, they "LOST" the package and now are still charging me for an item i sent back that THEY sent me a fake of! The mattress I bought went to hell in about 3 weeks, but that's more on the other company. However, when I decided to give them another chance and ordered a new mattress, this is where the nightmare has come in. I ordered in JULY, was supposed to get it by August 6. They never shipped it, then the dates kept changing. So I went out and bought a mattress and canceled the order... over 3 weeks ago, still have not been credited back the amount of it, still have not canceled my order, and keep telling me they "reached out" to the shipping company. NEVER AGAIN will they get a dime from me!
