1st time buyer, I was a bit skeptical. Transaction with way better than expected. Got my product in mail today. Very fast shipping, quality products only thing that could have made this better was if I received automatic updates throughout the process. The information is available though, you simply have to log in to view. Overall very good experience

“Still have not received my items or tracking information”

Once again they have failed to provide tracking information or and answer of where the items I have already paid for have not arrived. I am due to make another payment on Friday. They just keep saying wait 24 hours for the ticket to be answered. It has now been two weeks of fighting for answers. They blame the vendor. If that's the case then use a different vendor. Especially since when I placed the order it said it would ship from flexchoice. Which I'm assuming is run by FlexShopper. This is unsatisfactory and very poor customer service.

I bought an ipad here for a christmas present and tell me why the item already came with damaged. So I called customer service after waiting for so long to reach someone they told they would replace it blah blah because iwasnt going to pay for something that has damage. Yet they said someone would e-mail with more info onhow to return it but no I didn't get any email at all annnnd they charged me that same week. Like wtf i called onviously they would be close bcause its christmas week and the holidays they're busy so now i have to give a damaged present because the new item wouldn't be able to come on time and nobody even reached out to me after ive been told they'd fix it don't even waste your time they're items are mostly used.

From the start of contract I have been on time with my payments. Now they are taking double payments. Customer service are the worst because they say they cant do anything about it.

I never had a problem I went out to Best Buy looked at the products that they were selling then I went home made sure it was exactly what I wanted I ordered it the next day I went to Best Buy and picked it up I never had a problem with him taking money out of the bank

The phone totals 1K, it is still broken; runs very hot, off screen, terrible picture quality, banged up once I received it... not at all worth 1k in total payments... regret, regret, regret!

I decided to try Flexshopper even though they seem pretty scammy. So I purchased an item through Adorama and all went well. I was happy they seemed to work better than I expected.

Now fast forward a month. I always intended to pay off the lease prior to the 90 days. When I attempt to login it makes me apply for Flexshopper again, which is ridiculous first of all. I already have a lease, why does EVERY SINGLE LOGIN require me to reapply before I can see my account... oh about seeing my account... there isn't one really. Once I finally get to the point where I can review my account it says my balance is -1110 and I owe -10 a month or something like that. I have NO way of seeing what I owe, what my payoff date is or ANYTHING! Worst website ever.

I attempted to contact them, but all I got was a copy/paste response about give them (Longer than 99% of companies I've worked with) I think 3-4 days to respond, but it claims it's usually within 24 hours. I still have not received a response from them and I have no idea what I owe or how to pay off my lease. I am about to put a stop payment on their payments as they won't help me resolve this while my 90 days is ticking away. I would not recommend them to even an enemy at this point.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid them unless you never want to know the status of your account or if you hate having customer support help you cause they never will.

This company is a rip off. They charge double the amount of interest charged for the amount you were approved for. You cannot check the remaining balance you owe online. Something they do not tell you. The customer service people are idiots. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.

Hello Lizantra, we appreciate your business, we provide three different payoff options to all our consumers. First option is the 90 same as cash but does not exist for residents who reside in FL, NC, and TX prior to November 2021, The 90-days SAC has been excluded from the Marketplace for consumers in those states since November 2021. The footnote pertaining to this information is located on the bottom of the FlexShopper website. If you pay the full Cash Price of an item plus sales taxes within the first ninety days of your Lease, you will own the item(s). You will not have to pay any additional amount. Second options are the Early Purchase Option. Simply refer to the table in your Lease to look up the Early Purchase Option amount after each payment date. This option is a little more than the 90 same as cash price. Last option is the 52 weeks this option is more than the first two options. Consumer can make 52 weekly payments or exercise an Early Purchase Option to acquire ownership of the rented goods.

I have never had an issue or complaint against flexshopper. They are always willing to work with you or correct any mistakes.
They have great service and I recommend them to anyone.

Tip for consumers:
Pay on time and you will have a wonderful experience. I prefer the payout early option as it saves you some money.

How can I take flexshopper to court I contacted them to have something returned and I've never got a label to return it I informed them that I got in touch with my bank to change my information so they can't take anything out of my account

I wanted a MacBook to use for school. So, I went to their site and ordered one. Only problem... it was incredibly old and it still had 10.7 iOS on it. I went to install Microsoft Office in it but it wouldn't let me because of the software. So, I had to purchase the 10.8 software so I could try and upgrade to the newest BUT when I was finally able to upload, there wasn't enough storage space. I've sent multiple emails, no response. I chatted with Luella in their website, she said I'd get return instructions in 72 hours. Nothing. So i had to call back a couple more times. They said they've already reachws out to the vendor and it shouldn't be long until I get my return instructions. But here I am, still waiting. Oh... and apparently Im getting charged for this stupid MacBook that i can't even use!

This company is a rip off. While I do understand they charge interest based off of financing, however it is a rip off. They don't give you the option wether you want them to debit funds from your account either weekly, biweekly or monthkly. They make the choice for you. My issue w/Flexshopper is upon non satisfaction of an item it was successfully returned. CONFIRMATION receipts was sent to them w/tracking from me & the company that received the mercandise, however they hit my bank account not once, but twice 2 weeks in a row still trying to charge me for the merchandise while they confirmed in the email that they received the item... So I'm trying to understand WHY are they still trying to take my money* RIP OFF SCAMMERS******

Tip for consumers:
Be Weary of them debting your account if you return the merchandise back and they give you confirmation that they received it but still keep going into your banck account!!!

This page is a RIPOFF, who abuse of people who cant afford paying the item in full. I was looking to buy some apple airpods. I know they cost less than 200$ at Walmart. But i checked in here they cost almost the triple of the actual price at the apple store. They basically double up the price to get more money from people. Im soo glad i did my research and decided not to give this company a penny. People if u cant afford it DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. LOOK FOR MORE OPTIONS!

I purchased a TV from these crooks a year ago April 2021. The TV is paid off and they are trying to charge me a late fee for whatever reason. They have taken the payment out every week for a year and now they are saying I owe them $5 for the late fee. Well I will say this FLEX SHOPPER CAN KISS MY $#*!. I DO NOT OWE A LATE FEE
