1st time buyer, I was a bit skeptical. Transaction with way better than expected. Got my product in mail today. Very fast shipping, quality products only thing that could have made this better was if I received automatic updates throughout the process. The information is available though, you simply have to log in to view. Overall very good experience
Once again they have failed to provide tracking information or and answer of where the items I have already paid for have not arrived. I am due to make another payment on Friday. They just keep saying wait 24 hours for the ticket to be answered. It has now been two weeks of fighting for answers. They blame the vendor. If that's the case then use a different vendor. Especially since when I placed the order it said it would ship from flexchoice. Which I'm assuming is run by FlexShopper. This is unsatisfactory and very poor customer service.
Don't buy from here I did my item required a signature the item was not dropped off it was sent back now they want me to continue to pay for an item that I did not get want me to make a police report for it to be because it was sent back to get it off my credit they are a joke

The site is ok and able to find what I'm looking for. However, the site saves my login but when I select to see an item, I have to log in again. I also get this weird "Internal Server Error" sometimes when I go to my shopping cart. This should be fixed.

I will never work with this company again! They call me 5 times in one single day, I've spoken to multiple representatives and supervisors which where TERRIBLE AND RUDE. Cornelius, even yelled at me! They take money out of my account on 3 different days in one single week, every week! I will for sure be reporting them for harassing me! Please please! If you need tires, use AFFIRM. I will never ever support flex shopper again! It's against FEDERAL LAW to be harassed, and repeatedly called after you have spoken with a client.

Hello everyone I used this service for the first time and I already have problems. Ok when you sign up with the mobile up you are going to run into problems as far as making payments on the actual website and through the mobile. You cannot make any payments on the website if you sign up through the app, you have to call them to make payments. According to customer service the "IT Department" is suppose to work on this so that you can make payments through the app if you sign up through the mobile app. So if you want to make any payments the best bet i can tell you is sign up through the actual website with a browser not the mobile app. I will be returning this item so that this can be fix. I do not need to call them every time I want to make a payment on my account

Screen goes blank or gives error when trying to make online payment and put on hold for hours when calling. They dont want anyone to use the early payout so they dont provide a method to make payments.

I'm so pleased with the company they have excellent customer service every time I've called in I've been helped and they've gone above and beyond the lady that helped me today deserves like an award. When I first joined the site it would only allow me to put two things in my car at one time so I have multiple leases equaling quite a bit of money. I was extremely upset she took her time to explain things in detail. Then I had two items that were broken I did return them and I'm hoping to be refunded everything that I paid on them including the $50 fee to start the lease it's only the right thing to do. Overall this company is amazing they have a wonderful variety of selections that you can buy and it's very easy. I read the lease thoroughly and I recommend that you guys do the same. But I promise you when you call and you will get excellent customer service. I highly Recommend them

In September lost job. Caught up payments on 10/20/22. Then it showed iwas behind again.called in talked to a supervisor. He reversed some nsf fees he said. Told me I was good. Went in this week to look at my account. Now they are telling me I'm missing a payment for may and October. Called in to speak to a supervisor and Sonia Hu on me. Called back in they transferred me to billing still could not answer my questions. Said will have a supervisor call me today have heard from no one. Run away from doing business with this company. They pull out double payments, and no one can give you a straight answer.

This is one of the worst companies that I had to deal with! I returned the keyboard promptly since I didn't need it.
Im calling them once a week to understand why my credit card is been charged every week since I shouldn't be. When calling customer service I found them to be rude, careless and don't try to fix the issue. Apparently, they have lost the keyboard and still charging my credit card.
I'm currently on the phone with them, of course on hold for 30 minutes now, to know what's going on.
Don't shop with these people, horrible customer service... you will regret it!

Staright up joke and RIP off. They r constantly taking out double payments and then additional 2 to 3 dollars here and there. Tried to do the chat about the issue and waited for rep for like 10 mins after giving up. Do yourself a favor and just buy it out rt or go without so not worth it here.

I have been a customer for almost a year and each time I've had to speak with someone, it has always been professional and friendly. I like my products, I've had no issues with them, and once paid off I will be purchasing from Flexshopper again.
Tip for consumers:
Make sure that when you are ready to purchase, call in due to some of the items may be online, however, they may be on backorder with the warehouse or store you chose to get it from. Also, stay within your limit.

I couldnt be more pleased with the service I recieved from this company. They made the process very easy and simple. The lease agreement is very detailed and agents do a great job in explaining the 90 days same as cash and full term. It's a win win for me. Easy, simple and convienant. Only advice is communication... its key... dont be afraid to call them and ask questions.

I have ordered several things and thousands of dollars worth of stuff over 1.5 years from Flexshopper. I have never had a problem and they have actually allowed me to get stuff that would have been hard to get. As long as you pay on time and/or contact them and such they make things work well. I highly recommend them. And for my latest purchase, its something I have wanted for a long time and finally cause of them I got it! Seriously I truly do recommend Flexshopper!

Ordered a mattress on 11/30 at no point did the website say the 3rd party US mattress manufactures once ordered. Normally they have stock in warehouses. So now it's 12/21 and still no answers where the mattress is and or if it was manufactured yet. I keep getting the run around it's in professional.

I have used flex shopper to buy tires for years. I have paid off at minimum 5 accounts. I have never missed a payment and suddenly when I apply when I need some new tires on my newer vehicle, they denied my application. I called their customer service because as I stated I have paid off at least 5 accounts and never was late or missed a payment, and I am told they are not sure why I was declined. The agent says to use another email and re-apply, I do so and the same thing happens. Whatever, now they lost a good customer

Recently purchased a desktop to work from home from FlexShopper. Everything was going well until July 2022. They decided to do a duplicate charge on my account. I contacted the company and received email and text messages stating they would look into the error. The representative in text told me they would apply my duplicate charge to my weekly payment (as I requested) since a refund would be a huge hassle. Fast forward to two days later, a representative sent me an email and told me they could not apply the refund to my weekly payment and that a refund would be submitted. She told me that the refund would take 5-7 days. Here we are almost a month later and still no refund. They also charge you way before a week. I have been charged for 3 days, 4 days, and 5 days. Where is the WEEKLY payment if youre being charged way before a week?! The equipment is decent but I have never had such a crappy experience with charges with a company before this.

I bought my phones a year ago, a agreed to make a weekly payment of $7, my phone was only $150, it's been well over a year my phone should have been paid off, but instead they were taking up to 50-80$ out extra, after calling and confronting them plenty of times, the never solved anything everytime I asked them how much I have left to pay the price some how kept going up $100, my phone was only $150, I have paid $400 on it, they wont give me a refund, and wont stop charging my bank, if I cant get my refund, I will be suing the company. I normally dont care to make reviews or complain but they have took $250 extra then the agreed amount on the lease.

Better off going to an actual store unless you want to be scammed out of your money and thrown in circles.
