I'm here because FlightHub got my first ticketing experience with them right. Ticket in hand, I had an uneventful time at the airport going back to Laos and the trip was a good deal, too! I'll definitely use them again.
Never trust this website. They sell airline tickets at a supposed discount. We buy them thinking we are paying less. Hours later, they deduct different amounts from our account. I agreed to a ticket for the TOTAL amount of $660. Hours later, they changed the price and the total amount was $820, with prices and fees that were never shown before. The customer service is terrible and they do not answer our questions. They just go around and around in their answers and are never clear. I contacted several agents. It was horrible, because I requested a cancellation and they still charged me an extra $75. This company is dishonest, a fraud, and they still charge me for the cancellation because they charged the wrong amount. FlightHub Booking Confirmation Number: 261-862-581
They took double the amount I paid for. I am too much in shock right now that I can't even understand what is going on. They keep taking around $1999 per 1 ticket (total of costs of 3 tickets) every single day. Its completely worst place you could ever buy your tickets at.
Very disappointed. Had to spend night at the airport because phone agent booked wrong flight. Customer service approach was to shift blame on me. When provided proof of their mistake, offered $ 100 as compensation, and refused to accept their mistake in writing. After 15 calls and several email exchanges, just gave up.
Stay away from flighthub.
Read all the reviews. Wrong flights and wrong names appear then they try to rip you off with surcharges.

I'd never heard of Flighthub prior to booking this trip. After looking into many other "known" sites... Flighthub gave me the best price, most choices all at once and an overall easy to use experience. I believe we've found our go-to site for booking trips.

Loved how much we saved booking through Flight Hub! We found return flights from Toronto to Maui for $500 taxes in. Amazing! My only criticism would be the check out page is quite chaotic with a lot of advertisements, making it hard to clarify whether your booking actually went through or not!
Easy, quick and reliable. Only issue was the seat assignments (for 2 passengers) as we ended up having 2 flights with separate seats, although I suspect that was mostly due to our last minute booking (approximately a month before the flight).
Flighthub is shady... they make money by making "errors" and then charging you $75 to fix each ticket plus hours of your life trying to get someone to pickup the phone. Big time fraudulent business practices

The prices are generally better than most competitor sites but the customer service, along with their contact center, is very sad.
Much room for improvement
Booked a flight. Received a call the following day stating that the airline had changed their price and we now had to pay $350 more for our tickets. 5 hours later (4 of which we were on hold) they did virtually nothing for us.
I don't enjoy having my time wasted (two full evenings), being ripped off, or being taken advantage of. We will be taking our travel business (10-12 round-trip fares per year) elsewhere in the future.

My flight was cancelled by Boutique Air. I spent two hours trying to get a refund from Flighthub, No one can say anything but they'll check with Boutique Air and then puts me on permanent hold. Have called three times already. Obviously Indian customer service. Do not use...

Flight Hub is okay. It gets the job done. Prices are only marginally cheaper so consider it if you really want to save money. They don't have the same kind of smooth customer service experience as actually buying from the airline website
Flight hub offered the best price-flight time combination out of all the search engines I tried. For our upcoming trip, we have only one lay-over each way with reasonable wait times. The process was quick and they confirmed the booking immediately.
When booking my vacations I always use flight hub. They offer the best selection at a very reasonable price. Customer service is typically helpful and staff amongst the airport are great. Thank you flighthub for the awesome rates!
Ok, I told Jacob@ FlightHub if my refund came in today like they promised... I'd leave 2 good reviews, if not- I'd leave 10 bad ones. ( the process took 11 days) So here we are. I am Very glad I bought the cancellation insurance. Hurricane Fiona & Ian sideswiped my travel plans. I am truly grateful to be safe & am sorry for what has happened to those affected by the storms. But, I needed my money back- American Airlines refunded my money in 48 hours- to flight hub. 5 phone calls later to very polite & helpful people. Sarah, Aram, Marcia(?) - & that Turkish sounding guy guy I got frustrated with... the problem was resolved. I definitely plan to use flight hub services again. Thank you

Like the other reviews - bad customer service! I went to book our ticket and it said click to review charges before booking but instead just charged my credit card with no review page. They charged me $40 for extended cancellation policy. I then called to cancel everything a minute after clicking the button and have been on hold forever. The reason we were going with them was because we could select our seats only to find out those seats are not guaranteed so you are also paying for that with no guarantee of getting them.

I purchased 6 tickets for a family vacation. 5 days before departure, we checked our reservation to confirm seats, only to find our entire trip had been cancelled. Called FlightHub and they said it was due to their airline being unable to provide a 'flight segment' and that their system had sent me an automated email at 11:44 pm 48 hours after I had booked my trip. Essentially, even if you are spending $4000, it doesn't matter enough for them to call you to tell you they have cancelled your entire purchase - their effort only goes as far as automated middle-of-the-night emails that end up in your spam box. We had to re-book new flights at double the price (directly with an airline this time!) because after 3 hours on the phone with FlightHub they refused to take any responsibility.

Make sure you don't need to make changes to your original booking, it will cost you. $350! My booking was $500 and have recently run into some serious financial trouble. After being on hold for almost 2 hours (1 hour x 2 days) I was told "there is nothing we can do". Was able to switch my accommodations to be free - thankfully not booked through flighthub! - and not I'm stuck with these tickets. Thanks for having a good ethic business practice!

Using flighthub's website is fast and easy. I used flighthub to book a flight to New York and unlike others, I did not encounter any problems while doing the booking; no downtime, freezing or even system glitches. I received my confirmation and e-ticket after just a few minutes. This site is really good, especially for those who have little time to do their bookings bec. Of their busy schedules.
Sometimes, the deals are listed a little not clear, but overall an nice experience. This website are definitely much better than a lot of other websites where it is very messy and unclear especially in terms of currency setting.
