I'm here because FlightHub got my first ticketing experience with them right. Ticket in hand, I had an uneventful time at the airport going back to Laos and the trip was a good deal, too! I'll definitely use them again.
Never trust this website. They sell airline tickets at a supposed discount. We buy them thinking we are paying less. Hours later, they deduct different amounts from our account. I agreed to a ticket for the TOTAL amount of $660. Hours later, they changed the price and the total amount was $820, with prices and fees that were never shown before. The customer service is terrible and they do not answer our questions. They just go around and around in their answers and are never clear. I contacted several agents. It was horrible, because I requested a cancellation and they still charged me an extra $75. This company is dishonest, a fraud, and they still charge me for the cancellation because they charged the wrong amount. FlightHub Booking Confirmation Number: 261-862-581

Great Website Experience - Awful Call in Experience
The site is easy, prices are amazing, offers are great, payment process is super fast!
But - your transaction better be straightforward, your trip better run smooth and for heavens sake don't call them or have any questions, since their actual customer service support is garbage.
I had one question - just one- "could we upgrade our ticket". The customer service rep i spoke to had the worst grasp of the English language, the call center was super noisy and it took me a full 10 minutes to explain what I wanted only to have her answer something that I did not ask- clueless - and almost cancelled our tickets on us - seriously FlightHub? Stop using Indian call centers to handle your customers.
So buyer beware - customer service is abysmal.
Hated hated never recommend to anyone. Simply rude customer service put you on hold for hours and no solution. Just sorry. Once they charge you thats it can't get ur refund even if its under 24 hours period policy..
Flighthub, just stay away. I am now stuck in a foreign country because flighthub will not change my flight date as they are stuck to airline conditions. Nothing in their terms states this, and representative told me I cannot read the airlines conditions Until AFTER booking. "Non refundable and non changeable unless otherwise stated" is the only clause that was repeated to me on the phone. Basically meaning flighthub can do whatever it wants with your money and $#*! your life.
This company is a scam. I have been waiting for 6 months for a refund. Every time I call they just say it's going to be another 20 business days and give an excuse. I've never dealt with worse customer service in my entire life. Would give zero stars if I could.
Less than 24 hrs from booking I attempted to cancel my flight. The operator said no one including their supervisor has the ability to make an adjustment to fees that have been billed. $375 in fees later... but strange that some folks qualify to have the fees waived. Who are these special flight hub people with magical fee waiving power? Not the customer service personnel or their management! Wish they would do the right thing for the now "never" client instead of racketeering the air fare industry.
Online to book, found flight, hit select, shows price of 351.60 per person, put in names, etc, when i finally confirmed it was 703.20, confirmation then came up at 793.20. Talked to them for over an hour, showed them where i had taken a pic on my phone of the flight i chose and the price. They do not care. Totally misleading, find another agency even if you pay a bit more, cause who knows what price you will end up with. And they want $$$ to cancel what you just booked 5 mins ago. Contacting my credit card company today. Word to all, do not use them.
If it was possible to rate this zero stars I would. They take your money and don't give a crap about you after that. They cancelled my flight and left me stranded in another country. They hung up me every time I tried to call and get things sorted, they ignored all emails. They refused a refund and didn't even offer as little as a future flight voucher. I have never dealt with such a terrible booking company and I hope that nobody else has to be out through the same issues. Do yourself a favour and check out flight hub horror stories on Facebook before booking. I wish I had seen it first because it's VERY accurate.
Please guys for your advice if trying to book at this website don't please they will scam mall hand working money. They can't change the day of your flight if your miss it please guys don't book from this airline I had an agent his name was Bryan I need help and all he did was laugh at me no help at all. I tried to book for family to come I don't any money with no help at all lose all my money. No one is giving me clearly information at all i wanted was to change the date of flight but no they cancelled my flight without my permission so I'm sue the company for this I didn't even receive a call or anything about the cancellation who ever own this company need to work with the team and help people not make fun of them. So a quick background: my daughter had to undergo a knee surgery while trekking somewhere in Colorado. She called me after her accident and asked if I could go see her.
Unfortunately, my husband was away and I had no idea how to use most of these sites. Fortunately my friend suggested that I use FlightHub and everything went surprisingly smooth, no problems experienced during and after booking.
Prices were competitive and I was able to fly from Ontario to Colorado without any sort of hiccups.
Overall this website is highly recommended for those last-minute emergency flights. I would be using this again in the future!
Paid over $2200. 00 and because of COVID had to cancel last year and with travel credit. I am playing hell with these crooks trying to get me and my wife's seats and luggage costs included from our original payment to our new flights. They keep hanging up and when asked to return our call after a long wait of hours as soon as I pick up the phone for customer service they hang up. This site should be fined and shut down. Crooked $#*!ing Canadians... The worst I've ever dealt with and thanks for screwing another retired military veteran!

Unlike some online travel agencies that charge customers for alterations 100% of the time, Flighthub will actually allow you to change your flight details (departure date, return date, etc) without having to pay for extra fees. I remember changing my flight departure date from February 27 to March 5 due to health reasons and it was all done in a timely manner.
If you're in need of a flight, avoid booking directly from an airline because most of the tickets are too inflated. Instead, go to a third party website such as FlightHub. It helped me compare ticket prices easily.
Booking is very easy and I didn't even have to contact their customer service hotlines. Payment process and confirmation are systematic and very efficient.
Both my son and I cancelled our flight to Sweden at the end of November, 2016. Penalty charge debited on December 03,2016 but refund has not been made after 3 months! My son called Flighthub over the last few weeks and the reply is always the same "being processed and you will have the money back in a couple days".

When booking a flight on Flighthub's website, I was initially greeted with a "timed out" error. So I tried again - success. Except that the first one actually did go through. Two tickets for the same flight! The airline noticed it within 24 hours and cancelled one of the tickets. They assured me the money was refunded to the booking agent: Flighthub. Similar to the previous cases here, I have spoken to numerous people, even some twice on different days, and after more than 1 month they tell me "call back in 24 hours" or "wait another week". The script never changes. Even the manager I spoke to follows it. Stay away - probably best to book with the airline.
Pretty sad when an airline demonstrates better ethical behavior.

Flighthub has been a very useful tool for me to find cheep flights.
Things to improve:
-more details on luggage capacity of the different company
-Also had some problems while booking with this website because it doesn't let me use symbols in my name and that I has been a big pain when they transfer my info the flight companies (if you have a composed name. Don't do it)
As a military man I'm constantly flying to my next duty station or taking vacation see my family flight hub makes it so easy and cheap to do those things and for that I can't thank them enough they really are for the people!
Prices are too high on this site and functionality is starting to decrease. They also send a ton of emails to you everyday which gets really annoying. You can get cheaper prices directly from the airline. Stay away..

After receiving a message from flighthub that our credit card has not worked, we booked another plane ticket with another company. But these f... processed the booking and collected the money later in the night! When asked to refund, they charged 225$ of "handing fees". Don't touch this company even with a hockey stick.
This is the first occasion when I am checking on them, in any case, it wasnt the first run through taking their administrations. I have had some better than average experience booking air tickets by means of FlightHub.
I strongly recommend people to stay away from this company. First, their call centre in a non-north America country which means that they have individual working for them that cannot communicate in English. Second, to get to talk to someone that cannot communicate well, you have to wait an hour to two hours. Third, you can never get a hold of a manager because they are always to busy. My experience was so bad, I just cancelled my flight without caring about getting any refund or change. On the contrary, they even charged me 75 dollars more to cancel my ticket. But guess what! I'm happy with the lost of my flight ticket and cancellation fee because I never have to deal with such a sh*t of a company. Beware people!
False advertisers, more expensive then direct airline prices and no customer service. I booked a ticket from Toronto to Las Vegas today based on their web site promotion of $20.00 off but once I put the credit card info in, it charged me full payment and no discount. Calling and waiting for half an hour to get the supervisor did not help. They simply don't listen.
Simultaneously I had checked the airline directly and their price was 10% lower then Flight Hub but Flight Hub does not care.
I bought two tickets, for my daughter and one for myself amazingly at a very reasonable price. Happy to get convenient and desired flight time. Booking agent of Flighthub on phone, when I needed help, was great. Thanks
