I'm here because FlightHub got my first ticketing experience with them right. Ticket in hand, I had an uneventful time at the airport going back to Laos and the trip was a good deal, too! I'll definitely use them again.
Never trust this website. They sell airline tickets at a supposed discount. We buy them thinking we are paying less. Hours later, they deduct different amounts from our account. I agreed to a ticket for the TOTAL amount of $660. Hours later, they changed the price and the total amount was $820, with prices and fees that were never shown before. The customer service is terrible and they do not answer our questions. They just go around and around in their answers and are never clear. I contacted several agents. It was horrible, because I requested a cancellation and they still charged me an extra $75. This company is dishonest, a fraud, and they still charge me for the cancellation because they charged the wrong amount. FlightHub Booking Confirmation Number: 261-862-581
Booked a flight with FlightHub three weeks ago. The booking process was easy and I was surprised to find how fast it was, all tickets were reasonably priced overall, I enjoyed my experience. Would definitely book again.
If there was a zero I would have reviewed Flighthub with that. I have spent hours on hold with these people at Flighthub. They're very polite but do nothing. They 'accidentally' cancelled my flight and did not inform me and as of yet I don't have a valid ticket with my leaving two weeks away and I made the reservation three months ago. This kind of hassle takes the fun out of traveling. I've been promised on 3 occasions to get a call back about my tickets. Hasn't happened. Spare yourselves. Don't go for the cheap flights... won't happen... not worth the hassle.
This was a simple search and click to book our trip. I'm so happy with the ease of navigation I experienced. I can't wait to experience the places I'll go on my upcoming adventure and won't forget how simply FlightHub made it happen!
One of our party could not travel due to pressures at work. Advised of cancellation and a much reduced refund was offered. Never received. As well can book through this site with credit for future flight. No thanks people. Was trying to book directly with Hawaiian Airlines. Did not notice flight hub had intercepted. Will be more careful in the future

As much as we would have wanted to refund for the cancelled flight, if the airline fare rules states we can not refund, then unfortunately we can not. In certain circumstances like your own, the airline will allow to keep the ticket open as a future credit.

Honestly folks, there are simply too many issues to articulate on this site ranging from total confusion, hours on calls with their supposed 'support', to out right lies all to enhance their own revenue stream. They will not follow through on anything they may agree to do and you will spend hours following up, be passed from person to person, have to recant the issue time and time again, all leading to no resolution. We gave up and ate the financial loss rather than continue to pursue a solution. Our time is more valuable. Clearly this is a business strategy they have... delay and avoid until the customer stops calling. Their leadership and ownership should be embarrassed but perhaps the company and staff reflect their values which is shameful.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother booking through Flighthub. They have too many competitors who can offer the same price and work with integrity. This company's leadership should be embarrassed.

Do not book through this company! This is the worst organization I have ever interacted with. Miserable customer service, near impossible to get a hold of and they change your flight dates all the time. Save your money, go somewhere else, they suck.
After charging me twice for flights by agency mistake, the flighthub refuse to address it. It has been nearly 5 months no answers(booked in Aug 18). I'm out about $6000 and no one was able to travel with the tickets. It's a terrible agency to use at this time specially considering the situations with covid 19.
One of the ticket booked was requested to be cancelled because of Covid 19 positive result, still waiting to hear from them. When you call, u wait for hrs till you give up. If you don't want to be out so much for supposedly cheap tickets, avoid flighthub. Dont throw away thousands of dollars to save couple of hundreds

Easy to navigate. Are usually dislike these sites because it's hard to change your dates and move back-and-forth without starting all over again from different cities. This one was very easy. And I double check the price is against other sites and it was as cheap or cheaper than any of them.
After watching the prices of my trip for a couple of weeks, I felt pressured to make a decision before prices rose or seats were taken. The price was no better or worse than other places we could have gone, but this site takes out some of the research steps and makes booking convenient. Still, you are hooped if you need to make changes or adjustments since the cheapest seats usually do not include those privileges.
My partner and I spent Valentines in Paris. Prior to checking out FlightHub reviews, we were nearly hopeless because most flight tickets costs thousands of dollars. Then after hearing about flighthub (and checking out some online reviews) we decided to try it out.
Everything worked fine, a few site glitches (could have been due to our poor connection, though) but overall, the booking was easy and cheap.
It's my worst experience to deal with this company their customer service only picks up the call when you want to purchase something there is no answering at all after the sale. I was trying almost 2 days on hold more than 4 hr on hold each call but... I don't know really and ended up calling the Air line they said that this company blocks them to make any changes in tickets because they want to make money out of it as well. But really men if you need the extra money that's fine at least pick up the call.
I do not recommend anyone to buy from them its better to contact directly to the Air lines.
I booked a flight through FlightHub because they had some great prices, however if you need any extra assistance don't expect anything. I was trying to change my flight date through their toll free number, I could hardly hear what the person was saying to me he was talking way to fast and quiet, I did not get my flight changed he told me to call back another time and that their were no flights available for me to pick from, he said nothing regarding my flight change after that and said "we are done here, have a good day, bye", and hung up. I am not very happy about this and am still in need of changing my flight. I will not be booking through FlightHub ever again.
Unfortunately we received the news that my sister had to undergo a gastric bypass. She had been reporting on the phone about how it would help her if some of her family was there during the operation. Overall it was a rather stressful week, and we needed a simple but effective booking for the last minute. We don't normally travel but had heard about FlightHub, and they were able to give us the rates you'd get at any given time, not just for special occasion. Overall, they made our lives much easier throughout.
Amazing price! Found the same flights same itinerary etc with high price on other websites. This one is the best, very easy to use, ill be using flighthub for my flights since now. Gotta travel between central Asia and USA a lot.
The website is easy to use and very competitive price with other online booking websites. I don't really know how they make money but their price is always $20-100 cheaper than other websites on the same flight. Hope you guys will keep it that way. Good service.

Coming from the Hospitality industry I can easily recognize that the company has very sophisticated system. The bookkeeping process was very fast and it took less than 60 seconds. This is our family GO TO company when we need any travel services.
I have been using flighthub for all of my trips this year. I like the size thanks to how quick and efficient it is in finding the best deal. The only thing I wish could be done more is that before booking, the site can provide more details about luggage/airlines conditions. It was my first time travelling and I of course making a mistake in booking cause I didn't know much about budget airlines to Europe (I've only been flying from Asia to Canada before with parents help as I was underage at the time). It worked out in the end but since then I'm always super cautious about this department and gotta look into the airline website itself before booking anything and that can take some time especially if I'm going with a group. So I would say little more details during checking out would be super helpful.
I noticed in the final payment step of booking the price seemed a bit higher but site didn't let me go back to review. Now I notice a 29.90 charge on my credit card plus the individual charges for 2 tickets.?

As long as nothing goes wrong... you're OK. I needed to talk to a real person. 2 hrs on hold each time. When they do answer... they are robots. No concern for the customer what so ever. Really, really bad! BEWARE

Booked flight with flighthub.com, after entering all the details it states the price changed and charged me $250 more. The vague options made me think I was doing the search again. Went through customer service immediately, spent 1 hour waiting for the guy to tell me they cant and wont do anything even though the exact same flight was still advertised for 250 dollars less. It still is right now. Never again, be very cautious of this website. I have no doubt this is price gouge tactic.
It was a pleasant experience. 1000% better than Southwest. Prices are manageable and I did not experience any scams with seating. Overall I would purchase a ticket from Flighthub again in the future. Especially if I win this $400 monthly drawing.
I'm not sure why the other customers are complaining about the customer service because based on my experience, the sales rep was kind and attentive. I've never booked my own flight prior to this so I was not aware that tax fees were included. The entire booking process was then explained to me by their agent. I will use them again.
I booked flights with Flighthub and when my charges showed up on my credit card today, there was an additional charge of $44 per person each way. I have no idea what the charges are for. I plan to call them to find out... but based on the long string of complaints... I'm not holding out hope. Stay away. Use Kayak.com.
