I wanted to buy a good torch, with a good battery back up, long range light and of course a durable one. As I put my search on web, Amazon, flipkart and indiamart appeared to be hijacking the entire search. To be brief, I short listed on a torch with 8000 mah battery, steel body, 1 km to 1.5 km of light range and 150 watt power consumption available at flipkart. It took me hours to finalise all this. My consignment reached me within seven days. I paid the delivery boy as COD and he left my place. As I was busy with some guests, I opened the parcel after a few hour. The torch in the packing was much inferior to the specifications. It was from a different company. Of course they say that they will take back the item, but I will have to wait for at least a week to get my money back into my account. It costs a lot of time, energy and attention. It takes away your peace of mind. You also get late in getting the things you need. All this courtesy flipkart.
Necessarily delivery is getting delayed logistics for no reason. Flipkart makes lots wrong commitment and this is not the first time happening from Flipkart. Discription on the portal is completely different from reality. Also, i have been trying to call customer care number since 3 days and the numbers are inactive. There is no proper customer care service or team.

Had purchased a induction electric COOK TOP. On 26/06/2023 I got delivery. On 11/07/2023 there was a blast while I was cooking. It is a 2000W device and I was cooking at 240W but still there was a blast from inside the device so the glass broke into tiny pieces and it scattered all over on the platform. They say that it is a physical damage but it is actually some manufacturing damage. They are not ready to help me, It is a 1 year warranty device. No replacement nothing they say.
I was ordered 19 grocery items, when I was checked all items, it is found that half kg rajma send instead of 1kg urad dal, when I complaint, they are just ignoring and not resolved. Now I decided to remove Flipkart app forever.

Fone has manufacturing defect, so it is sold at discounted rate. I am calling Flipkart everyday, and there is no resolution, no replacement and no refund. Asus 13 mp Camera quality not as good as Samsung 12 mp J5. Call quality and gps sound in car is horrible with too much background noise. Other person on call cannot hear my voice on auxiliary connection. Samsung is much better in this feature. Total disaster phone if you connect in car and try to speak hands free. Flipkart technician from Jeeves does not understand this problem, nonsense technician sent by Flipkart. Do not buy such discounted phones from Flipkart. I want to sue Flipkart and stop all purchases on Flipkart.
Some days before i just ordered for one regional kada,. That is not up to mark or not the orignal one, because i bought that one second time, the first time the kada is orginal and same that is showing in image. I just want to return, the flipkart accepted the request, but today the delivery boy can't wait for 4 to 5 minutes and he just hang off the mobile and didn't pick up the call. If you purchased anything from which has warranty to cover you could not be able to do that. NO proper communication will be provided. SUppose you purchased mobile or TV from flipkart and you got deffective product from it. Normally people try to cancel and get the refund.
They will block your account and will say you will be blocked permanently from this platform as your cancellation rate is high. And they will not pick ur product. Your money will be waste with such platform.
Don't ever ever try to buy from such site. Try to buy from genuine company website.
Flipkart has local reseller, will sell you deffective products everytime. Just think 10 times why he is able to sell at low price, because it has some deffects. Why particular brand not able to sell the particular product at flipkart price.

Recently i brought a lather belt from Flipkart on 28th ocytober 2023, Men Formal Brown Genuine Leather Belt, This seller is a fraud and sells duplicate goods, He is selling the belt which is not even worth Rs 200 in the market, for Rs 2395.
