I jave ordered a mob on 17 oct 2020 and they promise to delivered on 19 oc 2020 but not deliverd and they are again promise to delivered on 21 oct 2020 but not deliverd and i called in customer care so many time but not give me a single ans for setisfication answer. I request to all of you, plz do not anyborder in flipcart. They are not deliver order on promise date

The worst experience you could possibly get from a online shopping platform. I am traveling abroad and I ordered 3 rain jackets and only received 1. I reported the problem 15 minutes after the delivery was done and the agent (who does not know how to do his job probably cause of the lack of proper training)put in the wrong request. I requested for a manager callback a guy who doesn't speak English called me so he said someone else will call me back. After a day someone who speaks English called me and he didn't want to take any responsibility. He first blamed the agent for putting in the wrong request and that he had to cancel the request and place a new request. After cancelling the request he stated that the merchandise is no longer available and ended up blaming the seller for their incompetence and Flipkart can't do anything about it since it is the sellers fault. I purchased through Flipkart and not the seller (but I wish I had purchased through the seller directly or a different website). I have nothing to do with the seller and I don't care who they are because I purchased the merchandise through Flipkart and paid Flipkart for it. He finally ended up saying the same thing over and over again blaming the seller and that Flipkart won't do anything but just request for a refund. I am leaving in three days and I still don't have my merchandise or my refund.

Not delivered product on delivery date and giving extension again and again without permission and that to they attacked custmer by saying fast delivery means worst service.

My name is Prashanth and I ordered Milton Duo DLX 1000 ml Bottle orange color from Flipkart on Jan 23,2018. Although in a review customers who purchased it they mentioned about fraud doing by both seller and Flipkart. They sent me a silver color bottle and i placed return complaint. I did not get my product until today. Today date is 16 Feb 2018 so total 24 days got over. But on Amazon, i did not face these kinds of issues. Friends, please do not trust Flipkart.If you want to buy go for Amazon. Even dont go for snapdeal. They are big cheaters.

Hi my name is kalpana and I hv place a order of realme 8 on 25th July at 12:15am with my credit card and the delivery date is 25th July at 10:00am to 2:00pm but I hv not get the product. I hv talk to customer care they said your order is cancelled and you can place your order again. They hv cancelled without informing. I hv order 1st time from Flipkart but worst experience with Flipkart.

I ordered jutti from flipkart, they did not send it on time. And flipkart always delays. That why I want to suggest you that do not purchase anything from flipkart.

WORST...! WORST.! WORST...!
I have faced worst delivery service from flipkart. On 4th oct I had placed my order which was to be delivered on 13th oct but on 13th oct the expected date extended to 17th oct which itself should not done. On 15th oct the parcel reached the nearest hub(Yamuna Nagar)which is only 20km away from my home but on the very next day it was in gurugram again which is about 250-300km away from my home. I can't understand what the delivery service department is doing. Its 18th oct and still I haven't got my parcel yet. It was my first order from flipkart or may be the first and last order. Worst one.!

I bought redmi 3s prime, which in itself is a poor product and generates so much heat that one could boil eggs with it (experienced on the 1st day of use). When reported the issue with flipkart, flipkart says that they will replace the product with another redmi 3s prime.
Why in the world would I buy another 3s prime when I know it can blast on heavy usage? I just wanted to have a refund instead of replacement of the product as I was not at all interested in using such $#*!ty thing anymore. Flipkart confirmed that theye would not refund but reaplce. I asked them to give me an option to buy another mobile worth same price or anything other product expensive than this one, but they denied every single time. Next thing that would happen is the mobile would blast on my face to which flipkart would again say a SORRY and provide a replacement of the product. DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM FLIPKART.

Such a irresponsible idiots are sitting at Flipkart and all people are fake as their products are. These people are selling local fake and defective products and stabbing the money like hell. This is how flipkart is earning money and acquiring bigger companies. SHAME ON YOU FLIPKART, CEO & The board of directors. Contact me and i can explain and blast you the issues i have faced so far with flipkart. AGAIN SHAME ON YOU BAS___DS.

Flipkart is not give service to regular customer as i purchase product of Opp reno 7 G With Oder Id FMPP*******826 there is not any proper Update by flipkart and even i have also talk with customer care team many times even they did not have any knowlege. I think I am done with Flipkart. I am writing this review based on my experience. I order my product and Flipkart promised me the delivery within 2 days and there was no sale nothing was going on, so it should be delivered within 2 days (which is by 22nd June 2023) yesterday I have been told to wait for another 7 days( which is by 29th June 2023) I dont think so now in India it take 9 days to deliver any product if I compare same with Amazon they deliver on time or before time.So now Flipkart is asking me to wait for another 7 days and there is no compensation my question is because of there $#*!ry delivery service why should I get penalised why should I suffer either they give some compention or deliver it on time but I have been told to wait for another 7 days I am done with Flipkart and ask other too that they don't use Flipkart

Hii i order some products from flipkart and make payment same time and suppose to deliver by 8 july but it's not delivered and I didn't get any call from that side. And when I trying to call then everytime they told like u have to wait up to 16 July and in evening I called the they blody told u have to wait upto 17 July and seniors will call u but they didn't called. This is the 3rd class policy maintain by flipkart i really disappointed but i will never seet idely I will excelerate this to pan level and what blody about customer care where is care of customer all are thugs and cheaters
