Been shopping on flipkart for many years now. Never had bad experiences. Returns are also hassle free. I would avoid buying electronic goods from flipkart though, they have no return policy, only exchange.

Last Wednesday I purchased a Samsung note 4 mobile from this flipkart.com. Best part provide feature detail of phone, free 8 Gb memory card with 30% Discount on flat rate. I got my product within 3 days. It’s service is to fast...

At th time of delivery, order has been cancelled and know one customer service executive able to give reason for order cancellation automatically.
Very bad experience.
I suggest don't buy any more product from Flipkart

I had purchased a Motorola TV which was delivered on 02 Jun... however installed on 08 Jun after reminders. The product was found defective and complaint raised on 09 Jun 2020. However till date 29 Jun 2020, the issue remains unresolved. The Flipkart & Jeeves(Tech Support) are playing a ball game.
One thing I must especially mention that the services are absolutely crap. Despite reminders we have neither received a call back nor do they provide any mail ID or Tel No to escalate the issue.

On calling upon the engineer says... he is clueless...

If you wish to land in such clueless situation then only buy from flipkart else... choose some other alternate

Flipkart is the worst service in India Only fools the general public….I ordered something and it was delivered to me with plant root added and if you complain, there is no response. Better shop from some other shopping site

Been more, 98.322.16. 238.*than a week that I have ordered the product on Flipkart. Still its not delivered. Everyday they reschedule the delivery saying they looking into concern and the customer care executive also ask to wait for

Don't ever go to Flipkart for purchasing unless you don't have problem in getting something defective or of no use. I purchased an Infinix Laptop which had some issues with the display. I raised a return request and I was told to wait for 15 days so that some technician can check and validate the issue. Days passed and no one came. They arbitrarily rejected the request and when I called them, Flipkart representative told me that the return period is over and my product can't be returned or replaced. Flipkart work totally in denial mode and they hardly care for their customers. Being a premium plus member, I never expected this to happen. I searched online for this kind of incident and found that I am not the only one to get scammed like this by Flipkart

If you have too much money, rather donate it to poor kids instead of wasting it on fraudsters like flipkart... They shamelessly delivery defective products, and when you try to place return request, they have the audacity to block the account so that we cant place return request. After that make 100 or 1000 calls to their useless customer care number, all they know is to speak in their robotic tone, with no regards to our concern, but only talk about their bull$#*! resolutions which take a forever lasting 72 hrs to complete. Not only will they waste your money, but your time and energy also... In short, the worst service of the millenium...

Flipkart is stupid company who is delivering expired product and even after complaint they are not taking any action on this, no handling management system, vendor can delivered expired product also, no monitoring

I have purchased an analog wall clock and received on May 1st and immediately initiated return due to quality issue. Till date I am either getting false messages from Flipkart regarding pick up which has not happened so far and I am sick and tired of calling them, chatting online, escalated to grievance officer etc etc. They have crossed 2 deadlines of picking up the return and am given 3rd deadline! The associates are speaking different things which seems there is no proper answer they have for my issue, I just need my refund whether they pick up the return or not! Absolutely horrible experience as a Customer

Pathetic after sale service from the smartwatch seller "Noise" and "Flipkart". After buying 3 watches, 1 of them needs to be returned/replaced for a legit reason but the return was not accepted even though they didn't follow the "open box delivery policy" and delivered without showing the product.
Suggested multiple options to resolve the issue but none was accepted. Finally will buy some other brand from another platform. Will not recommend neither Noise nor Flipkart.
Flipkart failed miserably to secure the customer rights and money. Talked to 5/6 customer care representatives and they closed the chat without providing any solution for the problem. Should've selected product brand and e-comm platform more wisely.

Flipkart is becoming worst day by day, they don't stand on there promises and then customer service is another Ultimate, they disconnect when you ask any sensible question I dunno wat a common citizen should do. Is someone taking responsibility over this?

Very bad service. Whenever i tried to talk to customer care executive they are saying that they will transfer my call to senior but disconnect my calls 4 times a day.
They don't value your money and time. Worst service ever.

It's too unhappy? Delivery delay, my cuddle baby diaper delivery date change again and again by flipkart and customer executive not solve my issue even they not return money also I ordered 8 October but till now not delivered

Its been 3 years that i am using Flipkart and since then i was never satisfied whenever i had faced any issue with the items delivered and sad to say situation is still the same or may i can say it is becoming more worse now.
Even if you talk to senior most escalation manager on the floor they too are helpless to resolve customer queries.
I would suggest to think twice before buying any product on Flipkart.

I've used flipkart for ordering quite a few things now.
Delivery times are average and quality of the ordered goods have always been good.
Though never inadequate, it just still lacks the variety in available goods for shopping.

Although has a great option to buy online vouchers as a gifts for someone. I've used it once and has proven to be an excellent gift for my techno savvy friend. Plus one star for that.

There services are very slow. They deliver defected products... even I call there customer care 3 times still my issue is not resolved. After all this they were not doing replacement which is written in their policy... Worst online shopping app I ever used!

My experience is don't buy any smartphone from flipkart it may worse for you because i am suffering. First of all they will provide defected piece or something is missed in box like charger and they refuse to replacing the phone. There technician visit service are very bad they will not hear your problem.so dont think to buy anything from flipkart otherwise you will understand when you suffer.

Flipkart has admitted having unauthorized sellers on their platform. The warranty promised on the Flipkart page is false. It could be as low as zero months and you'd get to know only when you try to register your product with the manufacturer. Flipkart is unwilling to help in any way so you will just be running from pillar to post for a resolution. Buy items worth the amount you are willing to throw away in case the product doesn't work. Better still pay 2-5% more at a shop near you to be sure you have a genuine warranty.

Worst service imaginable meets Laughable customer support, you get flipkart.
Orders get delayed, wrong products get delivered, trouncing return/ refund policy. Sellers exploit this platform for their Shady practices.
Non-customer friendly, not at all trustworthy
They care about getting your money, but seem to have no interest in getting your product delivered correctly on time.
Everything goes wrong, there's no guarantee for your product or your money if you use this platform.

I Strongly recommend my fellow consumers to avoid this platform completely.

I am frequent user of Flipkart for ordering products and even though some times it has the prices comparatively lower to others and great exclusive offers but usually the variety of products available and comparatively less too and over that there delivery is very bad because sometimes their deliveries can take up to 2 weeks.

Ordered an globe stand one week ago. Received the box today... BT it was empty... no product... I have attached picture... for complain called to flip kart customer Care and spoke to Mr Raman... he is asking my account details and otp no... this is first bad experience from flip kart... cheated me by giving me empty box...

Negative feedback is good for you. It helps your company improve and grow better than the competition.

However, if a disgruntled customer takes it to the web, everybody on Facebook, Google My Business, or Yelp can see the one-star rating and their poor experience with your business.
