“My experience with flipkart”

I wanted to buy a good torch, with a good battery back up, long range light and of course a durable one. As I put my search on web, Amazon, flipkart and indiamart appeared to be hijacking the entire search. To be brief, I short listed on a torch with 8000 mah battery, steel body, 1 km to 1.5 km of light range and 150 watt power consumption available at flipkart. It took me hours to finalise all this. My consignment reached me within seven days. I paid the delivery boy as COD and he left my place. As I was busy with some guests, I opened the parcel after a few hour. The torch in the packing was much inferior to the specifications. It was from a different company. Of course they say that they will take back the item, but I will have to wait for at least a week to get my money back into my account. It costs a lot of time, energy and attention. It takes away your peace of mind. You also get late in getting the things you need. All this courtesy flipkart.

Necessarily delivery is getting delayed logistics for no reason. Flipkart makes lots wrong commitment and this is not the first time happening from Flipkart. Discription on the portal is completely different from reality. Also, i have been trying to call customer care number since 3 days and the numbers are inactive. There is no proper customer care service or team.

Flipkart cheats its customer. First they gave me a faulty TV in exchange for my Television (good and running) and now when the TV which was installed 2 days back has been found to be faulty, they are offering me a gift card of 1000 from Flipkart in place of my old tv... I mean seriously. Flipkart team do you take drugs?

I want my Sony Bravio TV back in original condition. You are trying to give me 1000 INR gift coupon for my TV... seriously? Stop fooling customers. Your cheating will not work this time. I will go to any extent if needed. If you dont have any quality check on the products that you sell, better sell it to AMAZON or likes and go HOME.

You offer me a 3 years warranty of 1450 INR through JEEVS Bangalore and that too is fraud as when I checked the website for repair, it shows it doesnot offer repair as a service, only installation. How many time can you do FRAUD. I hope you undestand the law of the land and you can be penalized for this ruckus that you have created.

This was my worst experience with flipkart I have ordered Phillips juicer 1863/20 (ID- OD**************) with pre payment, Flipkart promise to delivered on 12/12/18 but then message it will delivered on 10/12/18, but refuse then promise to delivered on 11/12/18 again the delivery boy refuse to give then promise to delivered on 12/12/18 again refuse, The delivery boy say no to come on my address direct, I complaint for this issue atleast 5-6 times to flipkart customer care but no proper action was taken, And they promise to delivered on 13th then 14th then 15th and then they cancelled it without my permission because their delivery boy was not delivered my ordered, This is very very bad, Never ever want to shop with flipkart again also advice to all not to shop with this site, I don't know why i need to give even single star to this shopping website just the worst shopping site.

Recently I bought a pair of Lee Cooper shoes and on opening the box I found them to be a size smaller. I at once made a return request but return was denied because price tag was missing. Lei me tell there was no price tag in the box or attached to the shoe when I opened the box! There was only a price and product info sticker on side of the box. I spoke to four employees of Flipkart but they made me feel like I was lying about the price tag not being there.
When I was invited to review the product and wrote my review, Flipkart did not publish it, can you believe it! They don't give a damn for the customer. Following is my review on Flipkart which they did not publish online.

''Got the product on time but it was a size smaller, guess should have ordered a size bigger for this particular model!
Put in a request for return, courier boy turned in and said he can't take the shoes back because the price tag is missing. I explained to him that the price tag was not there in the first place. It only had the brand tag and genuine leather logo in a plastic string on the shoe. He asked me to raise a complaint with Flipkart.

I called Flipkart and told them I want to return my shoes. I was told the price tag has to be there and it was there in the box and checked by Packers before shipping. I replied I did not find any price tag in the box but there is a sticker with price, model, size and bar code on side of the shoe box. But the cs rep declined to return it and the matter was escalated to a team'.
During the next few days got 3 calls from the team and they said the same thing.

I understand the policy that price tag has to be there, but couldn't the seller have made a mistake and missed packing the price tag with the shoe? I got the feeling that Flipkart meant to say I am lying, that the price tag was there as stated by the seller! Ridiculous, probably the seller wants to clear inventory and comes up with such excuses to not return the product. Seller probably has a policy of once out never in! Lol

Looks like Flipkart has grown so big that it no longer cares for customer satisfaction. My money is down the drain and Flipkart lost a customer.

I've purchased Michelin tires from Flipkart, but they delivered the wrong product to me. On the first day of delivery, I contacted Flipkart support, and they raised a return request and assured me that the item would be picked up. However, when the pickup person arrived, they denied the pickup and told me to complain again. I did so, and this time they raised a complaint and updated me that they had raised the return request and my product would be picked up. Once again, the pickup person denied the pickup and told me to ask customer support for a smart check pickup. This happened several times, and despite my continuous follow-ups, my issue was not resolved. One day, Flipkart agents told me that my account had been blocked for some days and asked me to wait. When I connected with them again, they told me that it was more than 7 days and I was late to contact them, so they couldn't help me. This is a clear case of fraud, and I want to warn others about this fraudulent activity.

I had placed an order(order id - OD**************) on 2nd March 2018 for grocery. Till 9th March I kept on getting message for rescheduling of the the product delivery. Now on 9th March within the delivery time frame the seller had trying calling me but my number was not reachable for that 5 mins(Delivery slot was from 7.30 - 10 pm, vendor tried calling me at 8.30 pm and I got cancellation message soon after that) so he sent a report to Flipkart saying customer not rechable and flipkart cancled the order instantly. I want to know is it a way you serve your customer? If it can be rescheduled multiple times from your end, is it not your duty to make a 2nd attempt to reach customer?(Though their vendor is ready to deliver it on 10th March, Flipkart didnt take any attempt to cross verify with vendor to confirm) A very bad service provided by you #Flipkart... not expected... not going to place any further order and I will make sure no oder is placed by friends and family with this feedback untill I get the same order delivered

I brought a whirlpool 330 litre three door
The product delivered on 09/06/2023, installed on 13/06/2023 has transporting damages bottom, that is not visible, the right side legs pierced and have right side bend - whirlpool assistant installed it and after one week usage I observed leakage airflow through the bottom right side of the vegitable tray, thus condensing of water, that flow to the floor, I am not a technician, thus the Flipkart has full responsible, since I pay full amount to Flipkart. The issue I raised to whirlpool, servicer came and by cloth Wipeout water/mist, then after verification tell ok, I report the damage to servicer, he said it not covered in warranty, till the above defect /issue continues. Flipkart and it's seller has to be replaced or solve the problem/issue, since warranty covers only manufacturing defects, and technical issues, continuous chatting and calling with Flipkart assistant they continuously direct to contact whirlpool service warranty, then post notification your issue resolved, thus their responsibility is over, this way both Flipkart and whirlpool clearly clean their hands. I think that this three (Flipkart, seller, whirlpool) gaming a drama before me/customers, they cleverly cheated poor customers/me, who hit the goal I don't know. L am a customer investing my own hard earned money, in their view if any damage you make it/suffer, thus all of my friends, you cannot fall in this online flopy platform traps by showing lowest prices, either they ship damage items nor they have no responsibility to the product they delivered, thus I request all of my friends to purchase any products from nearby shops by viewing thoroughly, and the shop holder take the responsibility to safe transportation and installation of product, we don't worry for its maintenance even the price is slightly higher.
