I wanted to buy a good torch, with a good battery back up, long range light and of course a durable one. As I put my search on web, Amazon, flipkart and indiamart appeared to be hijacking the entire search. To be brief, I short listed on a torch with 8000 mah battery, steel body, 1 km to 1.5 km of light range and 150 watt power consumption available at flipkart. It took me hours to finalise all this. My consignment reached me within seven days. I paid the delivery boy as COD and he left my place. As I was busy with some guests, I opened the parcel after a few hour. The torch in the packing was much inferior to the specifications. It was from a different company. Of course they say that they will take back the item, but I will have to wait for at least a week to get my money back into my account. It costs a lot of time, energy and attention. It takes away your peace of mind. You also get late in getting the things you need. All this courtesy flipkart.
Necessarily delivery is getting delayed logistics for no reason. Flipkart makes lots wrong commitment and this is not the first time happening from Flipkart. Discription on the portal is completely different from reality. Also, i have been trying to call customer care number since 3 days and the numbers are inactive. There is no proper customer care service or team.

Poor service from flipkart. Last 5 days a product out for delivery is yet to deliver. There is no proper response from customer team even they doesn't know where the product is. Even they are supporting the logistics team.

Flipkart is a app cheat u by not give your refund money, once I ordered a hair straightener and they not delivered the product after four week of time I cancelled but I didn't received my money back. While I connect to the agents they always give u wrong promise that (one business day) and still my refund not given to me.
Flipcart- Although I am pretty satisfied with your products but the delivery charge is too much.
On other shopping portal they don't charge beyond purchase of 250 or above.
That too even on bulk purchase of 3000 & above -you are charging delivery cost for every single product.
Their 10-day replacement policy requires you to be 200% purchase sure about the item you are going purchase. Unless you have experienced the item offline it is big risk doing big purchases. Given they have closed mindset approach to customer grievances suggest to stay away from this portal.
I order almost 10 items on big billion day. They allow to choose flexible date according to your availability.
I already paid for all those products. After waiting till delivery date I didn't call for my 4 products and after delivery date flipkart messaged that your product has been cancelled by seller.
I just want to say that they are making fool to customer in the name of big billion day sale.
You pay but did not receive product after 1 week you will receive refund but what about the time you spend to track and waited for your product. Will they return your time... Noooo
Amazon is far better than flipkart.
Your business is growing at a phenomenal rate and I wish you all the very best in your endeavor. However, I no longer wish to remain a plus member at Flipkart since my KYC (expired on 6th September '22) has not been renewed (unable to renew/update from my iPhone due to some glitch) as promised to me by several sales executives over the past few weeks.
As a result, I have lost trust in Flipkart's service and ability to deliver on promises made to its plus members.
It's disappointing to not have been able to use Flipkart Pay Later services because of such a barrier. As a result, I won't be renewing my KYC and have activated my Pay Later services from Amazon India since today. I've also shared my feedback on Flipkart's feedback section. Hope to see an improvement in this area for future customers.

It was a reject quality second quality phone.
We purchased this phone by April 10,2022 for
Rs *******. Now they reduced the price to Rs *******. Because of its low quality in receiving and downloading data. Flipkart is partnering with samsung
to sell this discarded useless phones.

I have booked the laptop, and it will take 5 days to ship and 15 days to deliver. I understand delivery is always a day or two ahead before the mentioned date. So I want to cancel the order and purchase from amazon.
I contacted the seller about how long will it take to refund since the product is not shipped yet.
They have no answer other than saying it depends on the seller. I asked for seller information; they said we don't have it.
They deliver the wrong product and ask us to submit our aadhar card or pan card for background verification. I do not understand who the heck is Flipkart to verify my personal records for a product return and the best part of a company which is now part of leading player walmart is. Their own representative doesn't even know who they need these documents and he is just there to read what answer comes in the system... Ridiculous team and I feel pity for walmart to taking Flipkart as there team.

Flipkart E-commerce best shopping site in India. I orderered "Pen drive 32 GB" price was quite reasonable compared to the market... it is very promising low and value for real cost, it is really nice. Best part that they derived the products within 2 day and no extra charges. I just want to say that flipkart is better than other E-commerce site.
I have ordered the blue tooth of real me wire less one. Their size was too big to fix in the ear and on off was on the top I wanted to exchange them with another company and they were telling go to company to get them repaired. I called the customer service but no good response.

My first order with Flipkart.com was a LG Optimus PRO G... ordered it COD... they mailed me the free stuff, a battery pack first, which reached me first in two days... then it took 5 more days for the phone to reach... but, it was OK cos it was close to 4000 cheaper than a store i enquired at... so no problem even with the delay...
Second time i ordered some phone charger cable and it reached within 2 days, so happy with their service and will order again!
I used this medium to save time and money. When when I have received the product, it is not working properly and customer service. Has is just a medium of purchase. Very bad experience, I have paid full amount and now I search for service center, waste my time and money and headache that I have received used phone. I will take away that one star as well that I gave here. It's the worst worst website to buy from. We made a mistake of buying from them. Made to wait for 20 days for product to come. On 21st day. We were told we have to made 10 more days and refund can't be processed. We are now taking them to consumer court. We were really harassed all this while, it was a gift. We had a plan to move out of town but here we are stuck because of them. No resolution at all. Save your self. Don't buy from flipkart. Use Amazon plz.
Worst service on online
Purchased Nestle Coffee and the the jar was damaged and was to be replaced. The pick up came and refused to take the jar and then the Flipkart showed that I have declined to return. What is the logic?
Now they are not responding at all. Poor and Pathetic.
Do not purchase anything in Flipkart. Today i have received my order and the color mention on the web portal is entirely different from what i have received. The seller is "Quality love" who is based out of New Delhi (a true bastard)... shame on Flipkart to have these kind of sellers...
Flipkart and Amazon they both are comparable in terms of offers, products and delivery. The only thing which makes Flipkart one step ahead of Amazon is their refund/replacement policy. You got a faulty device which you had ordered and you want a replacement for that? Just inform them send them a request to replace it. A representative will come with a replacement and he'll check your faulty device and he'll hand over the replacement which on the other hand with Amazon it's annoying. They want you to send your faulty equipment first and then after inspection(Not sure how they do it) they will send you a replacement which takes twice the time that Flipkart takes.

I don't know why there is no refund policy or even a store credit. Like I am placing a return request on the day it was delivered still no advantage. The return policy is useless.
