I wanted to buy a good torch, with a good battery back up, long range light and of course a durable one. As I put my search on web, Amazon, flipkart and indiamart appeared to be hijacking the entire search. To be brief, I short listed on a torch with 8000 mah battery, steel body, 1 km to 1.5 km of light range and 150 watt power consumption available at flipkart. It took me hours to finalise all this. My consignment reached me within seven days. I paid the delivery boy as COD and he left my place. As I was busy with some guests, I opened the parcel after a few hour. The torch in the packing was much inferior to the specifications. It was from a different company. Of course they say that they will take back the item, but I will have to wait for at least a week to get my money back into my account. It costs a lot of time, energy and attention. It takes away your peace of mind. You also get late in getting the things you need. All this courtesy flipkart.
Necessarily delivery is getting delayed logistics for no reason. Flipkart makes lots wrong commitment and this is not the first time happening from Flipkart. Discription on the portal is completely different from reality. Also, i have been trying to call customer care number since 3 days and the numbers are inactive. There is no proper customer care service or team.
My account was blocked suddenly i don't know why. I waited 45 minutes in chat support so that I can unblock my account. I was chatting through my friend's account. I don't know their representative was sleeping that time what. First I was getting replies very very late. Apart from that 2-3 times they just told me that out supervisor is here to help you. And after some time my chat got closed. Wtf $#*! services really.
Flipkart is not understanding the feelings of customers as I have order the shirt. I was waiting for the delivery and 2 day before automatically they cancelled... When I called back they replied to order again... And I can't wait longer for the product... What kind of bull$#*! I don't know. Even they was not talking even politely... They don't have sense to talk. I'll never order from this app.

I earlier wrote regarding replacement and refund for ikall k320, they might have seen review here or on their site itself, they themselves phoned me then and assured refund. Lastly they picked up my phone and the next day they refunded my amount. At last after so many times calls and lastly writing review this happened. Thanks for review sites.
Worst experience, i ordered the product on 22 september(worth Rs 3149) it was supposed to be delivered till 29 september, you told me on 30 September that the product is cancelled by Flipkart itself due to some delivery issues and the Refund will be paid within 2-4 business days.
From then I have contacted numerous times to Flipkart's customer care for Refund, every time after discussing the issue they promise to Refund me within 48 hours.

Order placed on 24th Jul'22 & delivery was confirmed on 30th Jul'22 but I didn't get my order yet. No updates from customer support, not getting updates of my queries/complaints. No official email id is to sent our written concern. No cancellation policy, No refund policy. It seems that they have taken my money and I will not get it return. The gesture of non response is completely shown as a FRAUD COMPANY.

I bought a 6litre pressure pan from Flipkart which i got delivered on time but while agent came i handed over cash 600/- short n informed him to wait till i withdrew cash so i can pay entire amount of 2000/- on the way i got a link n paid for the product. Nowvi came to delivery agent he refused to give my money back n in the process i wrote to both Flipkart n their delivery agent to reverse credit of excess payment of 2000/- but they don't care really for their customers. Hence i lost 2k. So my cooker costed me 4000/ in place of 2000/- learnt a lesson to go buy from local shops then buy from cheats

I had ordered 10 Mysore sandal soap of 75 gsm. I paid Rs 644 when I received the soap I found that MRP rates were erased. I got suspicious and checked the rate from net and found the rate to be Rs 38 per piece the total cost would have been 380 and not Rs 644
Flipkart is not able to trace the shipped product. It is not able to re ship the product to its customer, more than 20 days passed, ordered product not delivered till date. Flipkart, s advice to its customer is to cancel the present order and re order the product.

I am Samridhi Sabharwal. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy flip 4 with which watch was free with a minimal amount of 3000. At time of pre booking I called an executive he told me that a voucher would be available when phone would arrive at my door step. Second time I called customer care, when phone arrived they said that voucher for watch would be available when replacement policy of phone for 7 days is over. Then third time I called they told me to wait for 24 hours. Then forth time they told me they have launched a complaint against the voucher not showing. Since then I have made 15 calls twice daily.
Facing such bad experience I am boycotting flipkart because amazon was never a problem.

I was calling/mailing to flipcart from day one for replacement my product as it has issue but no response and their customer case only missed call me, after that text me "apolizise for not being able to call you".
