I wanted to buy a good torch, with a good battery back up, long range light and of course a durable one. As I put my search on web, Amazon, flipkart and indiamart appeared to be hijacking the entire search. To be brief, I short listed on a torch with 8000 mah battery, steel body, 1 km to 1.5 km of light range and 150 watt power consumption available at flipkart. It took me hours to finalise all this. My consignment reached me within seven days. I paid the delivery boy as COD and he left my place. As I was busy with some guests, I opened the parcel after a few hour. The torch in the packing was much inferior to the specifications. It was from a different company. Of course they say that they will take back the item, but I will have to wait for at least a week to get my money back into my account. It costs a lot of time, energy and attention. It takes away your peace of mind. You also get late in getting the things you need. All this courtesy flipkart.
Necessarily delivery is getting delayed logistics for no reason. Flipkart makes lots wrong commitment and this is not the first time happening from Flipkart. Discription on the portal is completely different from reality. Also, i have been trying to call customer care number since 3 days and the numbers are inactive. There is no proper customer care service or team.
I bought a mobile from Flipkar which was defectice. Upon requesting many times, they exchanges but the 2nd mobile also defective. When informed, they said the replacement is only once and suggested me to go to nearest service center to get it repaired. Please think twice to make business with such fraud company.

Flipkart journey and access started in the period when the names Bansal and Ayyappan was there and I have a great attachment to this brand of E- Commerce. Particularly in the recent days I came across the Pay Later system which is a highly laudable system and it helped me a lot when my purse and the bank balance were bare minimum. This will help many small business owners like me who bill their customers to the bare minimum or who receive their business returns in piece masalas. I ordered 3 "Toy Joy Stunt360" through Order ID OD**************, amount to Rs. 1275/-. A package was delivered which had face masks instead of the 3 toys ordered. I reported "Wrong item delivered". A Flipkart delivery agent came back with the 3 toys but insisted to return 3 toys (already delivered according to him) and refused to take the face masks, and left without delivering. Now I get a notification on flipkart.com stating "Return not possible by Seller as per Return Policy". I have been a loyal flipkart customer since it's inception and feel sorry to see their quality deteriorate to such an extent. I couldn't even go past their call center executive to a senior person. Would flipkart except me to order again!
Ordered product (Tablet PC) on 16th of October. Promised delivery 19th October. No updates from customer service and the product has been dispatched to wrong city, then rerouted to Mumbai after that package untraceable.
Funny thing 2 other products originating from same warehouse in Mumbai delivered at my doorstep 1 on time other with 1 day delivery.
I have purchased big ticket items worth lacs from flipkart and recently they are getting consistently bad maintaining promised delivery dates.

By chance you received the products then you can't do anything because they will never answer you on mail and their customer executives will never help. I bought a boat Rockerz headset from filpkart.But the product had some connectivity issues.Customer care were not ready to replace it.After 3 days,they accepted the replace request & after 4 days (on delivery day),they cancelled the replace request themselves.Even they were not giving any valid reason. I ordered 2 products recently and I didn't recieve the product but it's showing delivered in flipkart app and I am facing problems last 20 days. OD**************, delivered the wrong product and the one order showing unavailable immediately after the order was accepted, may be the product sent to me not getting sold so the use such practices and making customer foolish, when the issue raised simple answer was the actual order product is not available and can not be replaced, it has to be returned and the money will be given back after 9 days. The purpose of ordering product gone for toss and ruined.

I have placed an order for Redmi 9 (Nature green, 64 GB) and the proposed delivery date was 04.02.2021. I have been waited for the item till yesterday (04.02.2021) after that I have seen the status like order cancelled. When I check with the customer care they told me that due to logistic issue order was cancelled also asking for the new order. When I have placed that order its rate was 7999, Now it is Rs 8299. So this is clear case of cheating by providing an offer to the cutomer and finding some idiotic reason for not delivering the item. Such a platform like flipkat this is not the good deal. I do furnish my dissatifaction against your poor customer delivery service and wrong committment.

Totally worst service. I have bad experience with flipkart because I have ordered a material from flipkart on the 9th Jan 2022. Original expected date is 18 Jan 2022. But until today (31 Jan 2022) that material was not delivered. On the 14th Jan one of delivery guy called me and asked the OTP without delivering the material. I have told when i receive the material then only I can share the otp. After that no body call me for deliver. I have raised compliment through customer service but they also not solved the issue. So I will recommended to all try to avoid use of flipkart for purchase any product.
