I wanted to buy a good torch, with a good battery back up, long range light and of course a durable one. As I put my search on web, Amazon, flipkart and indiamart appeared to be hijacking the entire search. To be brief, I short listed on a torch with 8000 mah battery, steel body, 1 km to 1.5 km of light range and 150 watt power consumption available at flipkart. It took me hours to finalise all this. My consignment reached me within seven days. I paid the delivery boy as COD and he left my place. As I was busy with some guests, I opened the parcel after a few hour. The torch in the packing was much inferior to the specifications. It was from a different company. Of course they say that they will take back the item, but I will have to wait for at least a week to get my money back into my account. It costs a lot of time, energy and attention. It takes away your peace of mind. You also get late in getting the things you need. All this courtesy flipkart.
Necessarily delivery is getting delayed logistics for no reason. Flipkart makes lots wrong commitment and this is not the first time happening from Flipkart. Discription on the portal is completely different from reality. Also, i have been trying to call customer care number since 3 days and the numbers are inactive. There is no proper customer care service or team.

Dete hai sir, Kab tak problem is going to be resolved. Maina first problem raised kiay tha 9 October ko app logne ne kha ki within 48hrs ( i.e. 11october) fir app logne kaha ki wait for 12 Oct,fir app logne kaha wait last date 13 October. By 13 October our problem is resolved, but abhi problem resolved howi nahi na hi refund howa or na hi pick-up howa hai.magar app log apna Side save karne ke liye problem resolved nahi howi hai tabhi waha per problem resolved hoga hai lihk diye ho. "Very nice hai na".
Inti badi brand hai magar services or problem resolved karne mai app log koi paan dukan sai bhi kharab ho.

I've been using Healthmug, 1mg etc. online medicine app for long time. Believe me Flipkart Health Plus is totally rubbish and time wasting app. I uploaded a priscription of 3 months medicines, made on Neurologist's latter pad, computer printed and signed by Neurologist. Still I got call from a useless BHMS doctor from Flipkart. Everything was clear with him like, what is the disease, since when, etc. and on call doctor even told me that, everything is fine. After that he canceled some medicines from my order without informing me through sms, call or email. If there was any problem, he would have cleared me on the call itself.
Flipkart must stop making fun of the customers by cancelling their orders from behind like this. And when I called customer care, the executive was speaking only his rubbish lines like machine, not even listening to me.
I never thought even in my dreams that, Flipkart will give such pathetic services. Gonna uninstall Flipkart Health Plus at time.

I purchased a computer table in February 2020 using my credit card, becuase of the lockdown it was delayed, this is totally understandable. I checked my order on flipkart to see when the order would reach me, it was shown that it was in the way and also informed that it would be delayed because of lockdown. However after 2 months when i didnt get my order, i didnt mind and went ahead with cancellation of my order and asked for a refund. Then i was told that the seller didnt receive my money and was told to check with the bank. On my part i checked my credit card details where i found that i was charged for the table. I informed flipkart customer service but i waas told the same thing again that the seller didnt receive the money which is completely false, because my order was already in the way and if he didnt receive the money then why would he dispatch the order and why would flipkart inform me when i decided to cancel the order. They should have notified me on the day i placed the order. They just kept saying that there is nothing they can do and put my issue as resolved. Its very shameful how they fix the issues which clearly needs fixing on their side, but instead just dump everything on the customer. I am going for amazon which clearly takes care of their customers. I recommend the rest of the world to do the same.

I recently purchased three laptops from Flipkart, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. One of the laptops had a touchpad issue, and that's where my ordeal began.
Upon contacting Flipkart's customer service team, they claimed to have escalated the issue to the Brand Service Center. However, the brand service center confirmed the defect but shockingly refused to provide a Defective Confirmation Letter. Their excuse? The team had raised a mere "Normal Service Request" instead of the necessary ticket.
Attempting to resolve this absurdity, I reached out to Flipkart's customer service team again. To my dismay, they washed their hands of the matter, insisting that I must obtain the Defective Confirmation Letter from the Brand Service Executive "at any cost." When I relayed this back to the Brand Service Executive, they argued that the team had not raised the appropriate ticket to generate the required letter.
This ludicrous back-and-forth between Flipkart and the Brand Service Center left me in a maddening loop of blame-shifting. Despite being a premium user of Flipkart, the company failed to provide any meaningful resolution. The lack of coordination between their own teams and the refusal to take responsibility for the defective product has left me utterly unsatisfied.
In the end, I lost all hope of getting a replacement for the faulty laptop. This experience has not only wasted my time but also tarnished my perception of Flipkart's commitment to customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a company of this stature fall short when it comes to addressing genuine concerns of its premium users. I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before considering Flipkart for their electronics purchases.

The concern raised with CC by chat (option to call, mail to Customer care has been removed by the Firm in the name of Covid Care response) since 3rd of this month has not yielded any result, in fact there is no response at all. The review and rating I have raised in review section of Flipkart has been Flagged (does not fully conform to our internal guidelines). The Firm is only postponing the issue without any resolution. This Kind of behavior is not expected from the firm that too for old customer like me.

Ese service maine kisi bhi online side pr nhi dekhi flipcart pr ye mera first or last order tha or mai logo ko suggest krunga ki flipcart ke alava kisi bhi site se shopping kre lekin flipcart se nhi.
I personally request all of you to stop online purchase from Flipkart. I recently about 20 days back purchased a Samsung j7 pro from Flipkart and exactly 10 days later I found that the WiFi, hotspot and Bluetooth was not working. Since am not a tech guru I waited till monday to go to a Samsung dealer and to find the flaw. I was shocked to hear from the dealer that the entire stuff inside the box was duplicate.The imei number on the phone and box was not matching, the charger, cord and the headphones were a duplicate one.
Later the same day when I spoke to a customer care executive of Flipkart, the reply from her was "WE ARE SORRY BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE CAN'T HELP YOU COS AS PER OUR TCM IT'S 10 DAYS FOR REPLACEMENT, SO GO TO A DEALER AND SORT OUT THE ISSUE". Saying this they very well washed off their hands.
So I kindly request all to stop purchasing from Flipkart.
Only when we all do this they will learn to stop cheating. I am going to consumer court to file a case, to whatever extent it may be I will have sleepless nite till I sue them.
I ordered a product from flipkart but flipkart cancelled my order after two week telling me the order was damaged during shipment(Careless staff).
Flipkart wasted my time by providing me wrong information and I have to face harassment. I had placed an order in 26th july, 2022 which I had to order delivery by 30th july. The delivery could not be done on 30th, so I was given time of 2nd August. Then after waiting till 2nd august, I was promised the date of delivery on 5th August. After waiting for a day on 5th August, Flipkart customer said that today delivery is not possible and the date has been extended to 6th August. I waited patiently because I had no other option. Then I called Flipkart on 6th August, flipkart executive keep me assure that, my order will not be canceled and delivery will be done.And on day of 6th August I got a message that my order has been canceled from Flipkart. When I contacted them, I have been told that we cannot do anything in this, the order has been canceled. When I requested for order again, he said that it is not possible. I had placed order at the time of offer so I will not get that product again. That's it. They wasted my time as well as i feel they did harassment with me. They deny to provide me with any compensation for the pateince and wait as well as they cant do anything about the fact that the order was placed at offer value.
And they have lousy customer care who frequently apologies and tell they understand the issue(which they don't) and provide me with useless and incomplete details
