I wanted to buy a good torch, with a good battery back up, long range light and of course a durable one. As I put my search on web, Amazon, flipkart and indiamart appeared to be hijacking the entire search. To be brief, I short listed on a torch with 8000 mah battery, steel body, 1 km to 1.5 km of light range and 150 watt power consumption available at flipkart. It took me hours to finalise all this. My consignment reached me within seven days. I paid the delivery boy as COD and he left my place. As I was busy with some guests, I opened the parcel after a few hour. The torch in the packing was much inferior to the specifications. It was from a different company. Of course they say that they will take back the item, but I will have to wait for at least a week to get my money back into my account. It costs a lot of time, energy and attention. It takes away your peace of mind. You also get late in getting the things you need. All this courtesy flipkart.
Necessarily delivery is getting delayed logistics for no reason. Flipkart makes lots wrong commitment and this is not the first time happening from Flipkart. Discription on the portal is completely different from reality. Also, i have been trying to call customer care number since 3 days and the numbers are inactive. There is no proper customer care service or team.
If u r planing to buy products from Flipkart bases on reviews then caution the reviews will be fake. I m talking u because I trapped by Flipkart and his brand ( realme). I purchased c11 with rs. 8800 bases on reviews (I found 90 percent positive reviews) but when I received then found it have poor quality of camera, battery hitting etc.
Now Flipkart said we can not refund instead replacement as per our policy.

During BBD, I have received an offer wherein I will get an air fryer at Rs. 1. However, after making multiple complaints, multiple calls, multiple emails, and what not? Those are experts for mental torcher and harassment. I will never recommend Flipkart to anyone. Their customer representative is also very rude. They have nothing to do with your hard-earned money. They just want their profit and boost sales in any condition. If you will see social media and consumer forums, they are flooded with complaints of Flipkart.

Flipkart is totally fraud online shopping website. Why I am telling that. I have order one product car phone holder on 13 may they have given me the timing on 14 may but it has extended on 16 may. Still I have not receive my product yet I call the customer care they on 17th may they have give me 48 to 24 hr but still I have not receive. The terms and conditions mentioned on the website are not even communicated to their own delivery agents and they are very much idiotic in their behavior. The whole system runs on their delivery agents and customer service is there only to give you pathetic answers. They would even marked your issue to be resolved even though they have done nothing regarding it.

Last week I have ordered a new lenovo A680 model dual sim android phone through Flipkart website. Actually i thought as it is online shopping, there might be some damages in the product. But i am really amazed on seeing the packaging done for the product. Really the product looks like a new one which we would buy in a show room. So, I have decided to guide all to buy the products from the flipkart itself as the cost is also very low comparing to the showroom price and quality of products are remarkable and absolutely outstanding.
Damaged product is sold in Flipkart and cheats people. They told me to take the damaged product return and did not take it. I defaulted on the payment and because of the delay in payment, I had to pay interest on it.This is the second time I have been scammed.I will never buy anything from Flipkart again
Very disappointed with Flipkart's service. I ordered one home theatre which is of very poor quality but I can not return it, they are providing only replacement of the same product the sound of which just sucks.

Purchased Vox MObile from Flipkart on June 22 and the speaker problem was there and after that I placed return request they assured me that the purchase amount i. E 699 will be refunded in my account but that they rejected that and said no refund only replacement option I agreed with that but that also they didn't replaced and after few days they called me and said that we will refund the purchase amount provide your account details I again provided that but again they did the same. So please don't use this site its not at all genuine.

Flipkart order id (OD**************) - I ordered a macbook air on exchange and the order got cancelled because of a very nominal scratch in the corner, How can flipkart expect an old laptop without even a single scratch? I am sure flipkart is cheating with this program as the delivery boy was desperately looking to get something, and when I said I would talk to customer care he was very confidant that they won't accept my request and would ask to pay the additional amount. It's a clear case of cheating, that they are showing good exchange amount on the product and them simply rejecting it and asking for more money.
Flipkart is the worst website. They do scam fo customers. Please dont buy anything costly with like phones and electronic items. They will never help u with refunds. There application is worst. I frequently use this site, and ever since I made my first transaction in 2009, trying to contact their customer care has been a headache. Every customer support agent is unpleasant, haughty, and has little to no understanding of their job. They won't arrange a callback if I ask for a manager; I'll have to make another call. What is the outcome of my initial call or the time I invested in it, then? Why do customers need to call back so frequently? To the clients' great surprise, they do not have an email address or nodal office information. I will need to call the customer service number again for anything. I doubt that the proprietors of Flipkart even give a damn if users cease using their website. Many of our problems remain unresolved. Absolute crap. Very, very, very unhappy customer.

Flipkart is one of the best online website. Brand is very good, and I mostly choose fliapkart.com for online shopping. Because price is very well in this site. I was order "Red-me Mi" mobile last week. But I got my phone within 2 days. So that is quite impressive..
Ordered different colors and got different - very pathetic service as it was no return policy so at least send the correct color items which we have ordered - this is fraud - unable to contact flikpart only showing product is under no return policy - quality of the product is worst so don't buy anything under no return policy from flipkart - deleting flipkart account as its very pathetic service given

FlipKart cheated me on this product. Seller didn't set the Rakhi that was shown and after complain they again sent the wrong product. I order two at two different addresses both places they sent wrong rakhi. For one order flipKart refuse to return or replace for the other order they replaced but replaced order also was wrong.
NOTE: flipKart fully backed the seller for sending wrong product and refuse to refund my money.
Flipkart has proved that it's a fraud company. They have sent another used/second-hand product in the name of replacement so that they won't have to refund the amount. It's been almost a month and the issue is still not resolved. Flipkart doesn't care about customer's money. They care about their own. They keep sending used products.
