I received my order and I was not happy with it. I tried to follow online directions and it just keeps telling me I do not have an order even though I am providing the order number. The website sends you around and around. Does not let me contact by email and provides no phone number. I have been trying to this for 2 hours and am no closer to a resolution. I will not order from this company again and will probably not get my refund.

I ordered a dress for my girlfriend's birthday and my girlfriend was dazzled when she saw the dress and its wonderful design. I was surprised by the fast delivery, the quality of the materials and the cheap price compared to other places

Never order off this company! They should be shut down. They had my money for 8 weeks before the tatty made clothes arrived. Numerous of emails to them, I have never come across a company as bad as this. The clothes arrived and I just laughed when I saw them. £110 and I wouldnt even give them to a charity shop, they went straight in the bin.

I bought several dresses
Returned 4 of, them. I bought them from my us direct express card. Told them they cannot add money to the card. Asked them to issue my refund $135 by check. Now 6 weeks and they have refused to refund my money. *******755

I bought dresses and shoes on the Floryday recently. I found its product price is cheap, what's more, the quality is very good. But l am very like the service and shipping from Floryday, I will continue buy product on the website in the future.

I would not recommend this company. They strive not to refund. I decided to cancel my order just after I placed it, so they would not yet have charged my card (perfectly within my rights to do). I started the online process, and "customer service" got back to me to ask if I am sure I want to cancel. I replied that I definitely did want to cancel. The next email said they had shipped my order. That is not the right way to behave. They refuse to acknowledge that they did this knowingly. I am considering cancelling the payment. From other reviews below, I think it will be very hard otherwise, to get a refund, when I try to return the items. Be very careful. This is not the way to do business.

Its an absolutly satisfying experience with FloryDay. My Girlfriend really like the dress we bought here. The color is cute and comfortable to wear, because the size fit with her. The customer service really communicative. Also, the dress came really fast and in nice package too. Everyone should try shop in FloryDay.

I have ordered several things from Floryday. The fit is great as well as the garments are well made. It take a while to receive the items, but well worth the wait. The prices are half the price in the store. I love the clothes.

I ordered a dress and when it arrived I found it was the wrong size and made from cheap material. I returned it and paid the postage. I have never received the refund. I have e mailed them a few time and just get an automated useless reply.

I bought 2 long sleeve capes and they came to me they look nothing like the pictures very bad quality and they are not capes they are like jackets I am so disappointed. I will not recommend it for anybody.

Ordered dress... it came 7 inches too long. Tried to return... forget it. They make it impossible to return.
It should be called ANTI-RETURN policy.
Dress was $23 with $10 shipping. If you do get a refund they don't refund shipping. It costs you another $10 to ship it back to then... so it costs you $43 to maybe (a BIG maybe) get back $23.
This website should be banned!

I placed an order with Floryday and then read the reviews! After reading about the poor quality of the items I attempted to cancel but was too late. I was very skeptical when I opened the package. However, I was surprised to see the quality of the items was better than I anticipated! Granted the items look better in the pictures but that's pretty typical. I am very pleased with my purchase. Shipping was very timely also!

I hate people who rip people off literally hate that's such a company like this exist how dare you people rip people of! F that pretty mink/ faux coat with the hood that they're advertising looks like a stuffed fake bear coating. It's sheds by just blowing on it and let alone pulling the hair out with your fingers shed city if I had a giant size teddy bear that was about 5'9 in height wide and playful looking and I took all his stuffing out and tried to make a coat out of it, I'm talking about a big hairy Bigfoot Sasquatch looking faux coat it looked horrible something that you would get for your Barbie if it was made out of a coat and put it on her that's cute for a little doll like that with a hood on it but for a person? How dare you people send me a toy like that it was the most hideous piece of clothing I've ever come across!
