I ordered a Denim solid long sleeve knee length casual dress and I was excited, It was a perfect blue color, good fabrics and it was a perfect size for me.
The most amazing thing was that the dress got to me at the expected date and in a good condition.

My first experience with FloryDay started off a little shaky as the dress i ordered for a wedding did not arrive when it should have, needless to say I was freaking out, however after emailing and talking to Your costumer service I was sent another dress and was received in 4 days. Because of their excellent way they handled my inquire and fast reaction I will and have order from them again.

Some-days ago I bought a dress from Floryday.com for my wife. She was very happy when i give the dress. The color of the dress iis very attractive, size is same their chart.The price of the product is very reasonable.

I had to return every item I purchase due to poor quality and inaccurate and differing sizing. I immediately on receipt returned these item and I have now been waiting over 10 days for a refund. They keep blaming site maintainance as the problem. This is not my problem TBH and I am so disgusted with the delay in issuing my refund. The refund policy detailed on their website doe not reflect their actual return process. Floryday actually deduct postage and processing costs from every individual item, therefore reducing the actual amount they refund. My advice is not to be fooled by the pricing of the items on the website, the quality is shabby and the sizing is actually pretty awful. So given my experience is to AVOID AVOID Forlyday!

LOVE THIS DRESS! I have bought this dress for my wife. We are planning a road trip this summer and she is always more comfortable in a dress than in shorts or slacks. This dress is perfect! Love the way it feels, love the way it swings and love the color! I will be buying other colors too. Try this dress! I know you will love it!

I recieved an email from floryday saying payment was needed to complete my order when in fact. The amount owed had been debited from my banking account. Once i sent an email pointing this out, the 24 hour response was my order was being completed and would be shipped in january. I then sent an email requesting an explanation for how they took funds from my account and then emailed me that the order was not paid for? Awaiting that explanation..

I ordered 3 pair of shoes for a wedding. I paid for expedited shipping. There is no phone number to call. I haven't received any info. Nor can I get a phone number to call. My products were due 12 days ago. I am issuing a complaint with the BBB

I've been a customer of FloryDay for a month now and have found their prices and quality hard to beat. They also have a wonderfully wide variety of dress for any occassion. Their customer support is excellent and are quick to respond to any query. I really love my new dress that is so comfortably and perfectly fit to me.

I am desperately trying to get my refund back from this company and I realized today, 03/10/18, that I have been blocked from their customer service. Ordered in February am desperately trying to get my refund back from this company and now they blocked my connection with their customer service. Ordered on February 02,2018 - and canceled 02/15... so far I have gotten absolutely ZERO back.
Who does this?

I recently discovered FloryDay and I absolutely love this website. They offer variety of style and the dresses are super cute and affordable. I recently bought the Cotton Solid Half Sleeve casual dress and it came in the mail exactly like the picture. The fabric is soft and the style is cute. I will definitely be purchasing more from FlorDay.

I have tried for 5 months to send back two items that was not matching what I had ordered (wrong color and different cut than the picture shown in the webshop). Floryday have during these months, in approx 20 different emails just played an endless hide and seek game, that never leads to me getting my money back. Every single answer I've had is a dead end or a loop back to where I started. (Links that doesnt work or references to a new department that again refers me back to the other dapartment etc etc.
It's a complete fraud and they are systematically fooling innocent consumers.

My friend suggested me Floryday and for the first time I was going to order one dress. But when I saw the collection I coudn't stop ordering more that one. I'm so happy with the quality and the fit of the dresses. Above all I'm so happy with the collection. One dress I selected was casual elegant while other was somewhat colourful. So this is a collection with my exact taste. Going to be a loyal customer of Floryday.

I ordered 2 dresses and they came in only 10 days and I choosed ordinary delivery. The dresses are very small in size but i checked my inches instead and ordered size after that. Both dresses was perfect. One dress was transparent which were not shown on the photo.

I ordered 4 items from Floryday at the end of May.
They took a month to be delivered. I kept 2, which were fine for the price. I returned 2 on 3rd July and have still not received my money back.
It would appear that Floryday deliberately makes it difficult to return items and I am still waiting for MY money originally paid on May 25th. I will never buy from Floryday again.

Please be aware, there is an online company out there called Flory Look. When you go online to see the reviews for Floryday, Flory Look reviews come up as an option too. I wrote a review on this site thinking it was for Flory Look, which I have been having ongoing issues with. Floryday was quick to respond to my complaint and that is when I realized they weren't the company I was complaining about. Don't get the two companies confused. Flory Look is a terrible company to deal with. This is not Flory Look!

I didn't wind up purchasing anything here for my Girl Friend yet it was more since I was attempting to be watchful with the amount I was spending for the duration of the day than in view of the costs here or choice. The costs are very sensible and reasonable. The choice was phenomenal. Administration was mindful however not irritating. I favorited the place to return considering a financial plan to invest the following energy I'm in The Bay.

I bought a dress from Floryday. It eventually arrived but I am VERY disappointed with the quality of the material. It really does not match the price!!! I also ordered a size larger in order to prevent being disappointed. Well, didnt help! It was still too small, the cut was as bad as the quality of the material.
I will definitely never shop here again and will not recommend it to ANYONE!
