There were no problems with delivery.
I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.
I recently ordered 2 dresses for my daughter for her prom. As usual, FloryDay doesn't disappoint, and the clothes were delivered sooner than I had expected and precisely to the measurements we had given out. The price of the dresses were fair compared to the high quality I was getting. Your customer care team were polite and communicated with me with due diligence. Thanks and I will shop again.
Floryday has unique styles that you won't find at other stores. The only negative was shipping (but that was not Floryday's fault). Floryday shipped my order within 24 hours & it arrived in the USA in 3 days. The package remained in LA for over a month (due to Covid) before it was processed. Package arrived, each article of clothing was in a heavy, plastic zipped bag with no imperfections. Very satisfied customer and I'll definitely shop Floryday again.
Trying to return items is just a nightmare. The website does not work properly and you can't live chat with anyone unless you are looking to purchase something. Then you email and I am still waiting on a return response, it has been over 24 hours. The product is great but hope you don't need to return it.

I ordered two dresses for my sister's wedding, and was getting disappointed because they took quite a long time to arrive from China and I thought I would not have them in time... And suddenly there they were in the letterbox, not even customs to pay (I live in Switzerland). So I quickly tried them on and OMG, an Absolutely perfect fit, both of them! The material is lovely and floaty, the length and all sizes corresponding to chart given, so am over the moon and can only recommend this website. My sister now wants to order some dreeses too, lol!
Would mot recommend this company! RIP OFF, Purchased several items on line. Company had no issues billing/getting their money however unable to contact them to return some of the I items purchased. None of their links worked nor was I able to submit the online form as directed for returns/customer service. On-line chat is only for preorders and no other questions/concerns. Return inquiry requires order number which website doesn't accept if order already completed. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before buying from this company. Awful! HORRIBLE!

I so love Floryday Fashion because it will be never being a struggle to have online transaction with them. They all have what you're looking for and delivery on time. They are the game changer when it comes to online thingy. I'm just happy and so love all their stuff.
Bought a cute dress. Size XL. Doesn't fit 165 lb person. Is only one sheer piece of fabric which was not represented in the online pics- it was shown with a slip or something. Have been trying to get a return address for one week and cannot get in contact with anyone. Will not be buying from floryday again. I feel like I have been scammed.
There is nothing easy about returning product. They do not refund and it costs you to have product shipped and returned. I would not recommend doing business with this company. The products are ok and pricing good but not worth the time and energy.
After ordering a dress three & half weeks before my daughter's wedding it arrived 2 weeks after her wedding. When I clicked on My Orders it said I hadn't ordered anything yet even though I have 60 points in my account. They only allow a "live chat" on preorders & not post orders. No ph# for customer service & no order # I could do find so I'm stuck with a dress I no longer need! Frustrating on how much time all of this took which produced nothing!
I just received my order. The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. I should have read all these reviews before ordering. I will try and return the purchases but after reading reviews regarding returns, I may have more trouble! How can companies stay in business like this?

My initial review of Floryday was scathing. I was not happy with the garments that I ordered. After a bit of difficulty getting in touch with customer service, they took the correct action and credited my account. They even told me to keep the garments at no cost. Regardless, I sent the items back. I am going to give Floryday the benefit of doubt here and trust that the slow customer service was due to the holidays.

Floryday is the best for the latest in fashion. I love checking out the latest designs of clothing from home. They have impressive sales on a regular basis. The measuring guide on the website is useful to work out your exact size. I ordered a few tops and was surprised by how fast the shipping was. The sizes and styles were accurate.
Worst experience of my Life! Company took my order but would never respond to any email communications after that. My order status said PROCESSING forever so I finally cancelled my order. Instead of excepting my cancellation, however, they sent me a reply asking if I would please reconsider and not cancel. I had told them in my first cancellation email that I had intended to place a new order for different items after they issued me a refund but it has been well over a month and now no further reply or refund. If you look closely at the reviews a majority of them are 1 which is the lowest you can give. I tried to clarify the major discrepancies in their size chart as picture of long items have measurements of short items, short sleeve items with 24 inch sleeve length, etc. Their response was to just have me refer to the size chart again and again.
To place the order took along time, the site itself is very cumbersome and definitely not user-friendly, especially if you want to make changes to a pending order. Their customer service can only be reached via an online form, the response I received was so poorly written and didn't even come close to addressing my issue. After that experience I felt very uneasy about continuing my $340 order with them, so I canceled it while it was still in the processing stage, however since my card had already been charged, I was directed to submit another online form to formally request the cancel and refund. I should've never placed an order with them in the first place without doing research about this company, I regret it. I am still waiting for a response to my request

This site is excellent. The business operations are well-coordinated and should you be dissatisfied your issue is appropriately solved. It is however, not easy to find an issue to be sorted out. You will always like what you buy. Can you imagine getting a refund for your money or a replacement of what you have? This happens here. You cannot hesitate to come back to FloryDay.
Ordered shirts and immediately decided to cancel the order the same day. I went through their process explaining why I needed to cancel. Never heard back. Clothes arrived weeks later. Rude business practices.

I will not buy another product through this site. When I received the clothing I tried on an item, it did fit right but I was optimistic. Over the next few days I tried on the others and all of them looked and fit very different from what they appeared to be on-line. Bulges in the material there shouldn't be and the sizes were too big. According to Floryday website there are 14 days to return and exchange items once received. I am screwed out of over $100.00. Hopefully I have helped prevent another dissatisfied customer

Just received my goods from FloryDay & they are awful.
Terrible quality, wrongly sized, not the fabric as described on their website and no tags of the fabric description or washing instructions.
Can't find a return address either on the website, or on the invoice that came with the package.

I am returning all items I ordered. They do not fit as pictured. I ordered my usual sizes and checked their size charts to be sure. Items are way too small through the bust and upper arms. The company does not make it easy to return. Will never purchase from them again. Kathi M
