There were no problems with delivery.
I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.
I was thinking a cute dress to gift my girlfriend on her birthday. My friend tells me about Floryday and also suggests me to try it. As I was really nervous because it's my first time of shopping from Floryday. But when I came on Floryday page really! I mean Floryday has many different variety and styles. I was confused which dress I will choose because all dresses are very pretty. Finally, I choose 1 dress and waiting for it. I can't believe it they deliver me before given time. I received it with an impressive package. And the quality is very good. My girlfriend also like it and told me to try it again. Highly recommended.
I ordered three blouses for my wife but only received two of the blouses. I was charged for all three. When trying to contact Floryday I found it too confusing. I do not recommend buy from this company.

Actually, this is my first online shopping experience, but I spoke with one of their LiveChat agents and they sent me this youtube video of how their clothes are in real life which made me convinced that the quality is really good - which they eventually turned out to be!
I ordered 3 swimsuits and a pair of shoes. I thought the price was decent until I got the shipping fee of 35 dollars. The quality of bathing suits is terrible. The fabric has no longevity and looks like it's falling apart, terrible bust/bra cover. Will be looking for another company. It's a shame.

I am very happy with my dress, it looks exactly like in the picture, Floryday staff was very helpful when I asked news about the shipment. The only note is a little delay in receiving the parcel, but I don't know who was responsible for this.
Floryday make it very easy to order and I have had several items from them I have been very pleased with. However the last item I ordered was a terrible fit and I have been trying to contact them to receive a return request'. This is proving very difficult as I can't log into their website to find my order. I have tried different ways to contact them but it seems they are only interested in orders and not returns. They should make returns as simple as ordering, I can't understand why they don't send a returns label in the parcel as most companies do. If I'm unable to return this item I won't be using this company again.
I ordered two white different design dresses to try out for my future vow renewal, and was going to buy the one that looked best and return the other, but I was so impressed with both, I bought them both. Good fit too.
I would not recommend buying from this company there delivery is appalling its now four weeks and we still have not received our goods disgusting i shall now be reporting this to my bank and complaining to them as well as we paid by debit card.
Floryday are unscrupulous. They will not refund your money and they ignore you. They did not give me a return address so I had to use address on package. They do not answer emails. If you want to throw your money out of the window buy from them!
This company eventually refunded but on the proviso that I remove a review on Trustpilot. Still an unscrupulous Company!

Ordered dresses for my son's wedding out of town. I needed the dress by 7/15. I paid for expedited shipping and was told "not to worry" -- It will get there in time. The took so long to ship the dress that now it won't arrive in time. I was clear about my requirements, but they lied about the delivery time. I won't deal with this company again.
Initially, FloryDay did not respond to my complaints but after commenting adversely on SiteJabber, they have now refunded a certain amount off my first order and the postage from my second order. I'm awaiting the amounts to be transferred into my account but so far I'm pleased with their customer service.

I bought 3 items, all marked as 'linen, cotton': a shirt, a skirt and a pair of pants. The skirt was made of a flimsy transparent 'cotton and polyester' blend, and needs 'dry cleaning only'? The shirt looks nothing like the photo, is again made of some cheap synthetic. The pants are NOT linen, but some cheap sack that's rough and abrasive, and look like armor. So, save your money and avoid this website. No wonder you cannot put a review on their website, because it's a scam!

I have read many bad reviews about your company and hoped I would't be one of them but I am and am livid. At no point when receiving the shipping document does it mention additional tax and if unpaid our goods will be destroyed. You are a foreign based company who buy goods from China so who knows if and when I will ever receive my goods will i know the quality. I think what you are doing is illegal and you are ripping people off from all over the world. This is my first experience and my last of buying on line. One also thinks they are buying goods for X and it doubles because of shipping. Why do you not build these things into your initial cost. As you can gether I am very upset and no longer if the goods ever arrive am I interested in what arrives. It took over 3 weeks to get my order but the wait was worth it, my dresses were beautiful, I got many compliments at church yesterday. Thanks to FloryDay for sending a package of pretty dresses that lived up to my expectation and I will order from this site again. Daunn Munn
They claim they offer "fast and hassle-free returns". This is not true. They said I would have to have my dress shipped back to China which would be cost-prohibitive. So they offered me 30% off the dress or a 50% off coupon on another purchase. The dress I ordered was supposed to be knee length but was 6 inches above my knee and the waistline was 3 inches too short. It might have fit someone 5' tall. I took the 30% refund which did come back to me, but I was extremely disappointed with their return policy.
UPDATE: After posting on Sitejabber, floryday offered me a full refund which is on its way.

I spent £183 on clothes three months ago, that I have never received. They took the money out of my account immediately, on the day of the order. I've had no response to all my desperate emails to them & no refund. I can't believe I fell for the SCAM.
I am disabled and not able to go clothes shopping, for my daughters wedding. I ordered everything I needed from Floryday for the wedding weekend away, and was left with not enough money and no time to shop elsewhere. Gutted

To some degree I was lucky - I received the 6 items I ordered, however, the silk dress is polyester, and the viscose ( rayon) blouse is also polyester. I try not to wear polyester as it is not biodegradable. It is quite obvious that l will not be able to return these items as Floryday has a no return policy - no matter where I looked I could not find a return address. The polyester blouse was 3 sizes too small. One dress after washing by hand in cold water shrunk 4 or 5 inches. Need to use fabric paint on other items.
