This company are real crooks. They say you can return goods but have to contact them first. I have tried 4 times to email them and again to contact them by phone. The phone says there is no one available please leave a message after the tone. They say that if you email them they will reply within 24hours. I am landed with clothes that I do not want and no refund. Please be very aware that this firm, if it exists as a firm, is an absolute scam. Do not trust them an inch. If I could have given negative stars I would have done so.

My wife purchased dresses from this site and she was very satisfied. They fit great and more importnatly they were only a faction of the cost she would normally pay for dresses of this high quality. She is happy and I am happy because she is happy. Ad also because it cost her, and ultimately me, much less than she had planned to spend on her new wardrobe. Thanks for the great buys.

I ordered 2 dresses received them in a reasonable time. When I open the package did notice the material was very thin( need slip). Tried them on one was to small the other to big. So can not use either one. Decided to wash the one that was to small to give to a friend and low and behold it shrunk and the one to big did not. Put up a review and Floryday contracted me and offered me a refund to take down my review. I agreed it been 18 business days and no refund. This is how they get good reviews for a while trick people in taking down the bad reviews. Not a good company DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!

I brought a dress for my wife and she like it too much. She told me that it was the best birthday gift ever, as the dress quality is amazing and of course I didn't mention the price but I saw something the same which is high price.
I have to thank them as well as I mentioned to send it to my home in specific date and time wrapping as a gift and they deliver it as mentioned. Great Thanks to you and your team :)

The information and site given for tracking is incorrect. Tracking site in foreign language does not recognize order #, info from cust service says shipped two weeks ahead if inquiry!

The dress I ordered and when I finally did receive it (3 weeks later) it did not look anything like the one online - it was 2 sizes too big and cheaply made - I have waited three days for them to respond to the return request. Their website completely breaks down when I try to fill out the return order online. I'm told to print "the picture below the page" and no picture has come up after a dozen times of trying. So I have no return address / label. I'm sending it back to the address on the package but I don't have any great expectations. They have not responded to a number of emails asking how to get this to them and, I'm reading on their website that they only allow 10 days for a return... so here I am waiting for them to respond while my time runs out. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

I just received the dress I ordered and I cant stop smiling. I thought the dress would be a size smaller or bigger but nope it is perfect. The quality is more than what I thought it would be. I cant wait to tell my friends to also order from them. The color is the same as advertised I am so excited. Thank you guys for the wonderful service.

They are as cute as in the pictures. Keep in mind they are not American sizes so measure yourself first. Great quality! Plus they constantly have great deals! I think it's time to upgrade my wardrobe *wink wink*
