С доставкой не было никаких проблем тоже. / The clothes I ordered several times were of a good quality. I consider buying some other stuff for summer (swimsuit maybe two or three dresses and tops). There were no problems with delivery.
I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.
Sent wrong item and wrong size. Would not accept return of item and offered only very small refund. In addition, by the time order was delivered, return window had closed.
EDIT: Floryday have now refunded my money with no expectation of returning the item. They have asked me to remove the review in return. The size, quality and data gathering still stands. Customer service has earnt them an extra star.
Ordered Harem Pants (baggy hippy trousers) in a 3XL, as I'm a size 18 (waist 38.5", hips 50", thigh 30")
They arrived measuring 28" waist without stretching, and fully stretched achieved 44".
They are made of non stretchy Nylon (I presume as there's no label) with a thigh space of 24", there was no way they were going up, and I can't imagine them being comfortable or looking nice if they did!
They really looked like they'd be stretchy cotton style from the photo (stolen and used around the internet)
I requested a refund 10 minutes after my order, and it still arrived a week later. So shipping-wise, great service - compliments to Royal Mail!
Also I have just tried to sign in to their site with an incorrect email and it sneakily makes you a new account this capturing another new email address! Great, more spam:(
Correct email address wouldn't let me in, change password consistently failed. This is a joke surely!

I ordered shoes they arrived eventually but were poorly made & wrong size so I wanted to return them-that's when the fun started(NOT) after WEEKS of pleading grovelling begging imploring they would NOT GIVE UP A RETURNS ADDRESS! After waiting DAYS in between emails & offering me stupid "discounts" that I wasn't interested in because as I had stated several times I WANT MY REFUND & RETURNS ADDRESS they will not let me have it! WHY? What is wrong with these INCOMPETETENT ROBOTS? It's not as if I'm asking for the CEO's personal address! The frustration I feel is palpable talk about wanting to bang your head against a brick wall! I sincerely applaud those reviewers who managed to get a returns address PLEASE POST IT ONLINE & I feel most happy for anyone that has been able to get a refund all I can say It must have taken so much dedication & perseverance such a pity FLORYDAY robots don't operate in the same humane way.

I ordered 4 dresses and I choose all of them in size M, but one runs small. I am not happy and contact customer service and then I realize that I need to check each size chart for each dress. They offer me satisfy solutions and I am happy now. Highly recommend this site as they have nice dresses and good price, but CHECK SIZE CHART FOR EACH DRESS!
It has been 3 months now since I brought 3 dresses from the FloryDay website. This would have to be the worst online experience I have ever had. Firstly it took over a month to receive the dresses only to find that they were the worst quality I have seen, incorrect sizing and one was even a different colour to the one I had seen on the website. I sent countless e-mails trying to return them and had absolutely NO RESPONSE! I went into their chat room and was told I would get a response in 24hrs and AGAIN NOTHING! After all this time I got an e-mail from them, asking me to take down my review. They said if I take down my bad review they would give me a full refund. It has been 21 days and my money is still not in my account. Moral of the story this is a TOTAL SCAM! Any good reviews have been paid for or put up buy flory workers as the good reviews are so far from the truth. DO BUY FROM FloryDay! TERRIBLE CLOTHES, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO REFUND, SCAM...
The dresses looked nice online. I eagerly awaited mine. When I took it out of the package, it had deodorant stains under the arms and waist! Ick! Not acceptable!
Tip for consumers:
The clothes are nice looking, but go to a store and check them out. Don't trust online ordering here.

Didn't gave to the goodwill. I saved this until the week of my event. When I opened and saw it was already worn I looked at my receipt and it was over 30 days so didn't bother.

I ordered from this company and it took 3 months to get my order! I asked for a refund and they would not refund. Will never order from them again. Very cheep material and service.
I love this store. This is because of two things basically, they have fair prices, and two because they have amazing dresses. Also they deliver fast meaning you can buy your dress while on vacation.
This company return policy and customer service is horrible! You have 14 days to return an item but you can not communicate with the customer service number they post and they will never sent you a return label! It is an oversea company so you will have to pay for the INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST The sizes are three smaller times than the average USA size.
