Одежда там хорошего качества, сама заказывала пару раз. Думаю на лето заказать купальник, несколько платьев и топов. С доставкой не было никаких проблем тоже. / The clothes I ordered several times were of a good quality. I consider buying some other stuff for summer (swimsuit maybe two or three dresses and tops). There were no problems with delivery.

I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.

Purchased 2 swimsuits. Both have plastic liners in check but can't return them as they done receive returns on swimwear. Maybe state this in the description won't shop again now I'm down all this money

It seems that if you want to contact Floryday, comment on here and they'll get straight back to you. It won't solve your problem as they'll still keep sending automated emails. All I want to do is exchange some sneakers, my account doesn't show any purchases so I can't go through their normal way of returning them. Now I'm left with emailing a computer in the hope that sooner or later a human might read it. Absolute joke of a company

All things look good on the website. Terrible quality. One shirt sent 2 sizes too small the necklace had wires sticking out ruining a jumper. No reply to mails beware if you buy it It WILL NOT be changed however hard you try

I ordered clothing in the amount of $191.93. Didn't receive. Complained. Finally received clothing 4 months later. Poor quality. Have tried to contact them by letter and email with no success. I need my money.

I ordered a dress in early April. Received confirmation that my payment was received and would take 7-10 days to ship. It has now been nearly 3 weeks and still no product. What makes it worse, is that they don't respond to your requests. Totally dishonest company. Should have read all the negative reviews first before ordering.

Latest update - After weeks of frustrating chasing up and and absolute bull S%$£ excuses from these people and offered a discount if I removed my comments -which I will not! Customers need to know about these scam companies. I finally receive my refund for substandard customer care and ill fitting clothing. Honestly folks, don't bother wasting your time or money ordering from these people. If there was a minus rating - they would have it! Shop local! Theresa - Dublin

I ordered over $300 worth of items in two separate orders I returned everything over three weeks ago and still no refund. I've sent several inquiries asking about it and they claim they can't find my order number yet it's right there for them to see on my account. Do not order from this company they will steal your money.

Recieved my clothes and returned due to poor quality and looking nothing like the pictures. Still waiting for refund 4 weeks later They say due to "system maintenance " their refund system is down! They offer alternatives but I would not buy again. What a con. Avoid at all costs!

This company has never heard of consumer protection and appears to be violating a number of laws, including deceptive advertising. Their website is impossible to navigate and I am unable to get a refund, or chat or talk with a representative about a refund. I ordered a dress that appeared cute in the catalogue, but arrived in an absolutely ridiculous size - not sure it would fit anyone. Company mass produces clothing from another country and rips off American consumers.

I ordered five tunic tops. Size XXL, my usual size. Tunics are customarily long and roomy. These are long enough... but cut so skimpy I could only get them over my head. Arms, shoulders bust, hips... everywhere is so tight they are impossible to wear. These people have ZERO concept of American sizing. Stay away!

UPDATE: Now they are trying to bribe me with a full refund and I keep the clothes. All I have to do is take down my negative review. Now I'm incensed! This would explain why there are relatively few negative reviews of this company. Their things are cute... quality is OK... not great... but they are seriously mis-sized. And now I know they have no scruples. Unbelievable!

Stay away from this outfit... cheap all around. I ordered 5 items which took over 6 weeks to arrive. Tracking stopped after awhile and any attempt to reach the company was futile... what they call 'chat' is 3 more websites which tell you nothing. Email requests were answered with form emails which said the same thing each time. Poor quality! I returned all of the items and was charged $30 for the original shipping cost. I paid $20 to return the items so it cost me $50 learn this lesson... stay away from Floryday!

I'm trying to return some items. There directions does not work states page not found! The worry free return statement is very very untrue.
I've left messages and tried to get a hold of customer service for two days with no luck.
I suggest stay away from this company!
Very sad I like their clothes but I'll never order from this company again!

Its a great online fashion store.The design is extravagant by yet simple to use. Im able to find dresses easily for special occasions such as weddings and cocktail parties. Who needs a wardrobe designer when you got a great store like FloryDay. I trust their clothes quality and i intend to buy again from them.

The clothes here are awesome! I got one, floral 3/4 sleeves above knee dress for my girlfriend and she was super excited and loved it! It made her stand out. High-quality clothes at an affordable rate. I highly recommend them to anyone!

What you get is not what you see. Don't be fooled by beautiful looking garments on models in pictures. In reality what you get looks very different. The dress I ordered looks stunning & sexy in the pic but looks like my granny's curtains in reality. Poor quality. No shape. Different looking fabric & colours than what is portrayed in pics. This was my first time ordering Chinese clothing online & it will definitely be my last time. What a waste of money! If I could give what I got zero stars I would.

I ordered 6 pairs of shoes online on 3 April - received after 8 weeks. Only 1 pair fitted. 2 were too big, 1 was too small and 1 was damaged. Return policy impossible to understand, and no contact email or telephone number. Returned by recorded delivery to sender address on box. Received, but no acknowledgement.
They look good value, but customer service in extremely poor.

The quality is extremely poor and the sizing is horrible. I cannot return my items because Floryday makes it impossible to navigate the online return maze. I've been trying for a long time with no success. Do not order from them!

Bought a dress, which was too small for me. I contacted the customer service, filled all requested information received another dress after approx. 10 days. It took a while, because shipping was from Hong Kong.

Waited over a month, nothing arrived, no update in shipping details for over 3 weeks. Told me to chase courier even though not specified and past experience is they will only speak to sender. They suggested I reordered and they would credit my account. I refused this as have no intention of waiting months or using this company again. Eventually and reluctantly they agreed to refund waited ages, claiming it can take 28 days to get a refund. They took the money instantly, no goods arrived, took weeks to agree a refund then refunded only after writing a poor review on this site.

If you paid with your PayPal account directly, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay immediately once processed, while it will take about 30 days to receive the refund if you paid with a credit card through PayPal, depending on the bank processing time.

Let me start with that my girlfriend was initially searching for a summer dress, something different if you wish. We normally shop on the internet so after she stumbled upon floryday she got excited, the products looked amazing and there was a great deal of different and diverse dresses. She had some questions that wanted to ask and let me tell you, the customer support is amazing, they were great, strait to the point, you know, in modern days the support can make or break your company and floryday has got that right! The shipping was fast, which is a must and Im very happy as in the end my girl is really glad that she found that website I suspect that shell be using it again.

What a shame these pretty garments are made without proper construction and from such cheap fabric - and I mean CHEAP! I won't be going through the hassle or expense of returning my purchases, they'll go in the garbage where they belong. Lesson learned! If you can't touch it, try it on don't waste energy and money buying from these websites... if the price is 'cheap', you're getting what you paid for.

FloryDay is an excellent site for shopping clothes online. They ship and communicate quite fast. I was able to pick what styles will suit me and was a lot satisfied. Ordered many time there. Good experience. Will be back there for the newest arriving.

I ordered some dresses from Floryday on Sale. They were so fit and I really liked the quality.
I am still receiving compliments on them. They are so fantastic and the fabric does not lose its quality or color after repeated washing( i do not wear the cloth for second time without it is being washed). L have already started browsing to buy more...
