I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.
I ordered cloths. They were too small even though i used their size charts. The picture did not adequately represent the photos. Tried to contact them email they never answered and as some one else said, went to return the items and it was going to cost $ 66 to do so. My total order was about 70.00
I ordered a frock with some trepidation after having read some derogatory reviews. Normally I take a dress size 10 or a size S; however, after taking the relevant measurements a size L was indicated, which is what I ordered. I paid for the quickest postage. The lovely frock arrived timeously(in under a fortnight) and did not disappoint. The colours and style accurately reflect the photos on the site. The quality and workmanship is of a high standard - and I am pernickety about both aspects. To those customers who made adverse comments: I would advise you to measure your bust, waist and hips as depicted very clearly on the site. You cannot blame the company for your slipshod measuring. I encourage any hesitant buyer to step forward confidently with Floryday.

I ordered a Medium size according to the chart. Chiffon Floral 3/4 Sleeves Knee-Length Dresses. Really, it looks gorgeous & fits great. I am Really happy that I Received many awesome compliments wearing this dress. I plan on wearing it again for Xmas. It's totally worth the price. I have tried several online shopping portals to find out best apparel for my upcoming function but Floryday is the platform where I found a perfect piece. I end up purchasing some more products from this site and also recommended to my friends. I think is an all-in-one solution for all our shopping needs.
Perfect fit; I am 5'4"ish and it sits on the knee; just the right length to wear over jeans and trousers. Good for dressy occasions but the velvet pocket flaps are a bit too formal for everyday wear so I will tuck them inside the pockets. It has lots of different colours on the black background so will team well with various garments in my wardrobe.
I'm enjoying their slightly different selection of items, from other shopping places. Good value clothing. Lovely selection of prints.

Previously, I had several unpleasant experiences of buying online. But these guys made me finally happy! They helped me select the right size. They answered each question. I got all the information prior to paying my money. Now I am super excited of wearing my red polka dot dress in the streets of Rome while on vacation.
I ordered some T-shirt from this company and it took less than 3 days to have my order. They are very responsive and ready to help when the client ask them. I recommend them for their excellent service.
I cancelled my order 12 hours after placing it. Received an email that they are sorry to hear about it. Company has not processed a refund and shipped the item 4 days later. I had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card and was assured that the money I paid will be refunded.
I usually never write a review but please listen to my words. Stay far away from this company. I have lost all my money and I have returned the items by their own a return label and their shipment agent. They never return your call. They claim that they never received the item back but I have tracked it through their own shopping agent. There phone number is a scam... if you dont believe me try to enter *******4598. Everything is wrong with them. So I dont get a nervous breakdown... I am going to close this case and loose my money. It's not worth my aggravation. Stay far far away... please. They deserve minus start rating.

It should not take over 30 days to receive product. Especially if the promised date of delivery is December 23. I ordered three items on December 3, in hopes of receiving them by Dec. 23. I emailed customer service and I get a general reply indicating that they are still putting the order together, what? How many days does it take to put an order together. If you do not have the product then it should indicate 'out of stock". Here it is Decemberr16 And still no product.
I would not recommend this company unless you can wait over a month for your clothes. Don't waste your money!
Ordered clothes from Floryday, been trying to return for two days, no response from emails ( 3 sent), been trying to own load returns label for 48 hours... still not downloading!
How am I suppose to return my items within 7 days if I have already spent two days trying to get hold of the company.
I even tried the CHAT icon, only to be told... we don't deal with returns and cut me of... so annoying.

Fighting with this company now over my items never being delivered. Checked tracking provided and it says items made it all the way to my state and then was returned to sender due to an incomplete address! My address was complete upon ordering! I have requested an update multiple times and they will not respond. Based on other reviews here, even if I ever receive the items they will be crap anyways. Thank goodness my bank says with documentation of the responses and tracking saying items were never delivered they will help fight to get me a full refund!

I ordered 3 dresses from this company which were of poor quality, however I decided to keep 2 and return 1 dress trying to find how to return the item is nightmare as there is no returns address or invoice. I eventually sent item back to where they said and paid for the item to be signed for on receipt. I have still not received my refund after over 1 month. They do not respond to e-mails it amazes me how companies take your money instantly but when you you want it back you practically have to beg or ask your bank to resolve the issues!

I have received clothes that are badly made and in a material that is not tenable. When I try to log into my account to return, I am told that it doesn't exist! There is no delivery note and I did not get an order number or confirmation email.
Do not order from these people. Merchandise is poor quality. The sizes are crazy. There are no returns as they ship from China. They suggested l give my purchase to a friend when l tried to return. I'm basically had with what l thought was a new company similar to ModCloth. Be warned.
Ordered two dresses, kept one and sent the other back for a refund.
Their ticket system for correspondence is unnecessarily complicated.
Also one of the dresses was described as silk, which it is not (has been checked by a person who works in fabrics) You don't realise it when you order, because they hide it pretty well on their website, but the clothes are from Hong Kong. And their sizing system is inconsistent and erratic.
I ordered 2 dresses recently from floryday. After reading some of the reviews I was somewhat concerned, let's be honest. Nevertheless, I was pleasantly surprised! I received an email to let me know when the order was dispatched and they arrived in a timely manner! The dresses were very pretty and fit well. I followed the measurements when ordering and not just dress sizes (one dress was a small, the other medium). The quality is not like a 'Review' or 'Cue' dress but for the price you pay, I think the dresses were good value. Furthermore, the styles are very pretty and not like anything I have been able to shop for locally. If the group can continue to provide this kind of service I will definitely be ordering with them again.
I am so happy with this company, have received four dresses and a pair of shoes and I am pleased with which one of them! Thank goodness for an honest and reliable company. What you see is what you get! And it's great value for money! Having been ripped off by Shillas uk, I am so grateful to Have found the right site for me. It is exciting receiving an item form them knowing that they are going to fit perfectly. Highly recommended!
I implore anyone considering buying from this company to not waste your money. The clothes are not as described, clothes described as cotton or linen are viscose. Badly cut, nothing like the advertised image - it's an utter disgrace and scam. It is extremely difficult to get your money back and even if you can they take off a load for postage. This is a cynical scam and I intend to contact trading standards about their their misleading and false claims. DO NOT BUY.

Well it is now 7/14/18, and still now package. After my first review Floryday did refund my paypal account half of the purchase price. I finally was able to get a tracking number but I am unable to get the link to go anywhere, it just recycles back to the same page. Frustrated beyond words. Will keep updated on the situation. Received my order, wanted to send it back, but was unable to, no shipping info etc. Would absolutely not recommend!

Boy do I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Order still has not arrived almost a month ago. It is impossible to contact them, my tracking number can not be found anywhere, and e-mails go unanswered... wondering if and when I will ever get my order, and wondering what crappy quality I will receive. Consumer beware!
This company is absolutely ridiculous. Find a different site. I was charged $108.36 two times when I only authorized one charge. I called into the company was told I would get a call within 48 hours from the billing department. I was never called back. I called back was hung up on. I filled out an online form, I still have not been refunded the money. Do not risk giving this company your account information. They are hackers.
