Одежда там хорошего качества, сама заказывала пару раз. Думаю на лето заказать купальник, несколько платьев и топов. С доставкой не было никаких проблем тоже. / The clothes I ordered several times were of a good quality. I consider buying some other stuff for summer (swimsuit maybe two or three dresses and tops). There were no problems with delivery.

I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.

This is ridiculous. I returned my item as directed. Photo copied the Postal receipt and tracked the dress. This company now has my dress return AND my refund. I cannot get any satisfaction. Im ready to seek legal advice. Never will I order from here ever again. No one responds!

First problem: I ordered two dresses on 5/17 and received 7/23/20! I needed the dresses by 6/25. I never got an email stating the date of delivery. My card was charged on 5/18.

Second problem: Their website LIES about returns to warehouses all over the world. They only have one in CHINA! You will have to pay international mailing charges to return any items. The cost to return it to China was more than the cost of the two dresses.

Third problem: material is cheap and flimsy.

Tip for consumers:
This is a Chinese company that gets cheap mailing rates to the United States, but the US post office underwrites those cheap rates. We do not get the same rates when we return the package back to China.

I will NEVER order from this company again given how slow and inefficient the system is. I ordered several summer items six weeks ago but by the time they will arrive (here in Canada) summer will be long over. As well, the on-line tracking system is useless. The only option I was offered to track my order would have cost me an additional $5 CDN. As well, the system has been intentionally set up so there is no one I can personally talk to follow up on the status of the order. The organization clearly hides behind the on-line environment. I would NEVER again order from this company and only hope that one day my order will arrive.

I bought some dresses for my sister on her friend wedding. When she wear these dresses she had received lots of compliments. She was really the life of the party because of her dress is a LOVELY dress. Quality and style is very nice. Wonderful packing and fast shipping, good customer service. I will definitely order this again in the future.

Floryday provides one of the best online shopping experiences. I've shopped at Floryday for many years and I find the pictures are always accurate, the shipping is super fast (and free) both domestic and internationally, and their customer service is very responsive to any issues should they arise. The packaging is always perfect, the items are in good quality and condition and the site has a wide range of brands.

Perfectly fitting and fashionable dresses. I was spoiled for choices when making my orders. I came to learn that they had a discounts promo. Eventually bout myself 7 dresses and they conveniently arrived on time.

Summer ball, summer wedding, summer cruise, royal ascot... the list is not exhaustive. Better in the 'flesh' than I had hoped. So pretty. Perfect length for my 5'3 frame.

I recently got a floral dress from Floryday, and it's so beautiful. Material is lush and subtle on the skin. The colour is great on my skin tone and the dress fits perfectly. It's easy to wear. Moreover, if you'll love to expose some skin, unbuttoning few buttons will do the trick. Good thing is, you can pair with variety of accessories. EXCELLENT!

Just trying to get them to acknowledge I've sent a return request, (6th time lucky maybe), is time consuming and very frustrating. They are happy to take your money but so slow (if ever) to process a return request. Heavens only knows how the money will ever be returned to me. My advice, if you like a project, buy through Floryday. It's a full-time job to get a response, head-alone a refund.

I am online shopping addict. And I have had my fair share of epic fails when it comes to items being shopped online. I am now very anxious and worried about the products I buy online.

I ordered some items in February, every time I contacted them they would give me another excuse. I now want a refund, they said I have to wait 7-14 days. They took payment from my card immediately! Horrendous service

FloryDay.com serves many different markets, particularly in my locality, it's super good to receive products in high quality and on time. They also provide good customer care to track your order and delivery, they keep on checking it all the time till you get everything you need. I find it great that I can select my favorite fashion online but get valuable products and services.

An order was placed on their site using my card which was not by me. As it was a family member (a child) my bank could not reimburse. Within 2 hours of the order being placed, Which was 2 hours before the email stating it was shipped, I made an attempt to contact them to cancel this, there is no customer service number and the online chat is for pre sales only, after an order has been placed, the only way of contact is by email and expect up to 72 hours for a response. The form to contact them would not work. Pre sales could not help, they went ahead and shipped it anyway, I had no choice but to contact Yodel directly and they helped by stopping the shipment immediately. After posting a review on another site, Floryday emailed back stating they will refund but it may take 15 days to go through, they also tried to coerce me into taking down the review, adding that I can keep the item. I told them several times that I never received the item. I am yet to receive my refund.

Fast shipping! The dress I ordered arrived on time just before my sisters birthday. They also have great customer service, they were patient about my queries and they reply very quick! The variety of dresses and fabrics got me confused which one and how many to buy, but it is astonishing that you honestly get what you see on the website. Avoid... Recieved three tops. Two of poor quality and one with a hole in it. There was not a returns address or an invoice with tops. Trying to get a returns address has been stressful and a nightmare. Finally received one and am now waiting for a full refund plus postage costs for tracking parcel. So disappointed. Stick to big reputable companies...

I have ordered on May 18 and still today July 4th I haven't received my shoes. I have open 3 tickets and I get the same reply to be patient because my shoes are in transit. I was also told to contact my local usps which to this day hasn't received my package. Nobody cares that I haven't received my order in 2 months. My last option is to dispute it with my bank as the item never received.

The item I received was too large. No way to receive any help. Return policy doesn't work. After several months of sending complain letters they promised to refund 50% and they did not refund. They don't deliver what they promise. Dont follow their own policy.
