Одежда там хорошего качества, сама заказывала пару раз. Думаю на лето заказать купальник, несколько платьев и топов. С доставкой не было никаких проблем тоже. / The clothes I ordered several times were of a good quality. I consider buying some other stuff for summer (swimsuit maybe two or three dresses and tops). There were no problems with delivery.

I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.

Okey. I want to give 5 stars for them because first of all their prices is acceptable. The dress I bought filled my expectations perfectly. When I will buy another one, I will definitely buy it from here.

Trouble with returns and refund at floryday.com

Purchased some shoes for a wedding that seemed to look like the perfect shoe! (images on website look nothing like the real thing).

Firstly the shoes arrived late even though it was guaranteed delivery of 5-7 days. When the box arrived it had no branded packing just arrived tapped up in a small box with a customs sticker on. Shoes inside were wrapped up in a bag! No returns slip, invoice anything to say that the shoe has come from them.

Secondly I am usually always a UK size 3 so when checking the size guides on their website the shoe sizes were not coming up how I expected them to. There was a whole size difference between the UK and EU match ups. So, I decided to order what would be a UK size 4 just to be safe. The shoe did not even fit on my foot! It was more like a UK size 2.

Thirdly the shoe looked nothing like the images in on the website. It was the wrong colour, cheaply made and the worst looking shoe I had ever seen!

I then went online to find a returns address and what to do - I struggled to find any information for ages until searching via Google. I emailed the company stating that I wanted a refund and requested the address to which I got a reply back saying "Option 1: You can return the item(s) to our UK warehouse and then we will initiate the refund GBP 31.60 (100% of the product value) once we receive the returned package. If you choose this option, please let us know and we'll provide you with the return address and return instruction.
Option2: We can send you a GBP 22.12 coupon code (70% of the product value) which is valid within one year, and you can use it for your next order on our website. Meanwhile you can keep the item(s).
Option3: We can refund you GBP 15.80 (50% of the product value) and you can still keep the item(s)."

I thought ok great, they have replied quite promptly offering different things but still no instructions on how to return or a delivery address!

I sent the package back to the warehouse return address I found on the outside of the packing with a hand written note asking for a refund. Maybe I shouldnt have done this but I was afraid it would go past the return date which is 14 days from receiving the item and as I now know its a company based in China I can see it wont get back in time.

I am still awaiting an answer and just want my money back on my paypal.

Generally really disappointed with the service and returns policy and quality of goods.

I hope someone can help me.

It is a one stop shop for my clothing and apparel needs. The products are beautiful and budget friendly. I can always go back to this site and buy and buy. I will definitely buy more items from here. Keep up the good work FloryDay.

The clothes I order from FloryDay always arrives quickly and I always get what I expect.
There is something for every ones budget and It's always the best quality-price ratio possible. The color of three T-shirts I ordered a while ago is still intense, even after multiple washings. Customer service is always there providing quick and clear answers if I have any question about sizes or similar.

Buyer beware. My personal experience was horrible. I returned my items with Floryday's return label. They said they would refund my money less $7.99 for the prepaid label. The "customer service" person said they are slow to return money because it is the busy season. August? Really? In any case, that's no excuse for any online retailer. I just lost $50.

The clothes are very cheap quality and poorly designed. They online photos misrepresent the actual product. The material on the dresses I ordered was a thick, shiny polyester. Something like you'd see on very cheap old lady pajamas.

Since I already returned the items I can't take a photo of the actual dresses. However, I'm attaching the pictures from the website. What I received looks nothing like what they show in the picture.

They also deleted my (negative) reviews of the dresses. I see they only have positive reviews.

Tip for consumers:
Do not trust the reviews. They delete the negative ones. When the material says "polyester" do not buy. Also, these might fit better on very heavy bottom women. The dresses are narrow in the shoulder and very baggy otherwise.

This company send fake clothing not like cloths in their photos, My order came to £21.04 after sending it back for a refund they refunded me £11.81 so they made £10.81 good business if you can do it total ripoff

Ive purchased some different dresses from this site for my wife. An amazing dark blue embroidered dress, black with red style long dress, a green printed stylize frock like green leaf wearing, over-top is so beautiful, a few other Asian inspired frocks all of which are STUNNING! Perfect finish, perfect fit for my wife, cheap rate & awesome quality that looked very beautiful, also good customer service they have. Every one can buy from anywhere. Thanks & best of luck

Easy to use website - you can see different views of the clothes that come from size S. There is no video, but that's fine. Excellent price: quality ratio for stylish and colorful dresses.
The lace dress I ordered arrived promptly and in great condition.
I will for sure be checking again for good deals!

Ordered shoes months ago, returned them weeks ago from Essen (Belgium) to Grace-Hollogne. It seems like the 150 kilometer distance between the two cities is too much for this organization. Again I want my money back and will never ever order anything again.

This dress is more like an over layer. Cannot be worn by itself without a slip or body dress underneath. In that respect the picture isn't quite accurate. However, once you have an unerlayer it is really pretty and super cute with boots. Still a good value for the price.

Bought 2 items of closing on July 31st, 2021. Neither the fabric nor the size were of quality and as described. I returned them (US warehouse adress) at my own expense and I keep sending emails asking for my refund. They simply ignore me. TOTAL LOSS. When it is too good to be true, it is. Floryday is one these Chinese companies attracting customers with great prices for which you receive pieces of crap. You never get your refund!

Tip for consumers:
They claim full refund upon products return. I returned both items in original packing. NO REFUND YET. I PAID for items, shipping, return fees and it was a TOTAL LOSS FOR ME.

I ordered a swimsuit on 4/20/2020. Money was taken out of my account immediately. I waited 3 weeks and sent them an email. Responded with sorry COVID bs. After 6 weeks I requested a refund and was told no. Today is 6/6/2020 and now I can't even track my order. Totally unacceptable! How many people's money have they taken? My order was 27.98.

The other day I went on google and surf the net and I found the most online trendy outlet where trading women clothes. That place actually my mom was looking for so long to buy some comfy and cozy outfits. Finally I placed an order and I got my packet on time. It's been so helpful website to shop online clothes. Highly recommended!

I ordered two pretty tops, size S, UK 8/10, which is always my size. Delivery was fine, but both tops were MUCH too big, more like a UK 14/16. Based on these sizes, I would have had to order a UK size 4!
Returns, which you have to pay for yourself, are not easy at all. The instructions are in bad English, complicated and not very clear. I have yet to receive my refund and I won't be ordering from Floryday again.

Placed my order.It does come from China, HK. Under a holding company. I never got my stuff but they were fast to get money. The holding company had horrable reviews of people not getting there stuff.Are it so cheap not any good. BEWARE

I placed an order over a week ago. You've taken the money from my card but order info has now disappeared from account page and ivechad no delivery.
I'm reporting this company as a theft transaction with card carrier, reporting you to office of fair trading, trading standards, metropolitan police fraud squad, watchdog and taking legal advice.

I'm so satisfied with their services. They got a lot of choices on clothing, accessories and etc which you can afford at much lower cost. I ordered a dress and some jewelries last week and have it before the expected date. Following their instructions on the website, I typed in my order number to get details on how to return the three items I had purchased.
The form said my order number was invalid/not recognised. I have tried to ring on the number for customer services, but that number is unavailable.
I have sent 2 emails which have not been answered.
I am returning all 3 items because of their poor quality.

Amazing quality and fit - need it in every color! This dress is just gorgeous! The fabric was very comfortable, had a little bit of give and looked very pretty. It is a little bit expensive but definitely something you can wear more than once to a whole bunch of different types of occasions

I have been trying to get a hold of someone to do a return on the crap i received from them for days now it is a scam if you buy one item they will be sure it is OK. The next order will be crap i wear a size 6 med i ordered a large in all nothing fit cheep material it even smells. I am going to get them shut down if they don't get a legal return address and a phone number people can call and actually talk you someone

I have attempted to get some help tracking my order and have gotten ZERO assistance. Over the past two weeks, I have called several phone numbers to no avail. Both of the "assistants" hung up on me! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced! I just want my money back.
