The dress is authentic. First of all, it tailored fit to my body and hugs to my figure. The color is perfect, comes with the latest fashion color trends. It has a good workmanship, affordable price and fast shipment. You cant ask for more.

My items were shipped from China, and were slow to arrive. They were poor quality - shapeless styles and low quality material. The returns website and chat "help" rerouted me back again and again to the same form which could not be submitted. Apparently they do not accept returns in actuality. Why else would I get this hopeless run-around? I will be donating my unusable items with tags still on to charity and hope this review will caution others away from this business.

I purchased a few items from this site and I had no problems. Three different items and they were very nice quality and fit just fine. Maybe because I am really tiny but I had no complaints! I was quite impressed and will be checking out more stuff soon!

I ordered a couple shirts today and a couple hours later had to cancel. Only then did I see these reviews. So we will see if the money gets promptly returned to my account. If it does I'll change my rating and place my order again. Will follow up.

I am happy with Floryday customer service. I had a problem with the dress I have ordered and wrote them. They answered straight away but not sure why, their email went in my Spam folder, so I wrote them again on the chat they have on their website and I was told to check my spam folder because it is frequent that it goes there. I did, and indeed I found it there. They solved my problem within few days and I got a full refund for my dress that was too small. So, fortunately my experience with them is good!

I purchased this dress for a wedding and was a little worried it might not fit. When the dress arrived I was stunned by the quality of the fabric and the fit. It fit like a glove and was perfect for the occasion.

I ordered three dresses, one of them had been all over Pinterest, and it was super cute and cheap. I ordered that and two others. After a few weeks, the website was showing my order had still not shipped.

I emailed them, and they did get back to me right away. They said that one dress, the cute cheap one, was on back-order. They offered to cancel the order for that and send the other two, which I ended up agreeing to. So, I did get my refund on the one dress, and the other two finally arrived about a month later. I do like both of them very much and I wear them all the time.

So, I still kind of feel like they did the old bait and switch with that cute dress I didn't get. Also, they made it seem like they were an American company, they are based in China. They did respond to my email right away and refund my money, and I eventually got some cute clothes.

Unfortunately, I did NOT read reviews of this website prior to ordering from them. I placed an order online on 2/10/2018, and within hours, I emailed the company to cancel my order. I did this via their website, but did not receive any return email saying that they would cancel. I have subsequently emailed them multiple times, and still have not heard from them. I am going to seek legal counsel if I do not receive confirmation that they have cancelled my order, and returned the purchase price to my account

Here's an update on my experience with Floryday. Guess what, still no refund! I recommend to everyone not to buy ANYTHING from this crooked, scumbag of a company. The quality of their clothing is shocking, their delivery time is months and they NEVER give refunds, even though they send you false bank transfer records. They're hoping you'll just go away and keep your
Money. They are thieves!

Because I am very picky it is hard for me to find the right dress but when I purchased a dress from this brand I was amazed how good the dress is and how I feel while having it on me. I was afraid that size would not be correct, but I am glad I was wrong. It was perfect. Also, the colour is exact the same as it is in the picture. Saying this dresses are very affordable so for sure in the future I will purchase. I highly recommend to everyone as I recommended to all of my friends.

This is my First time shopping at Floryday.
I bought the dress for my daughter as her Birthday Gift. The color and design is very accurate as i seen on the website. The fabric is also excellent and i am very much satisfied. Good packing, prompt shipping and very good customer service. Definitely eager to place my next order.

I bought 3 coats recently (January 2018). The quality of all 3 coats was substandard (tattered hems, not finished properly, flimsy material) and not at all like the website pictures. Based on the return policy - I tried to return the items and had to pay shipping back to China.

Shop elsewhere where you can return faulty and substandard clothing.

It's a legit place but I am very very very disappointed in the product I ordered a purse and it was a set of four the very cheaply made... Looks a lot nicer in the picture then it does in person also looks a lot bigger and a picture than it does in person it's small will not order from them again

The order was supposed to arrive by 9 days latest, it did not. Weeks later I finally cancelled the order. They sent a stalling email "are you sure you want to cancel?". I immediately replied YES CANCEL IT. The next day they ship it to me! I am speechless with rage! I strongly advise you not to shop here.

I'd say my experience was generally excellent. The dresses have been well made as far as I can tell. I really like what Floriday.com offers. Quick and efficient service and items exactly as as described. I love it! Love all the clothes on here and are reasonable, The dress is really cost effective, and the stitching was well done. The dress arrived quickly but you can also have it expedited. Unlike dress shops that make you wait months to get your dress, then you still have to pay a few hundred to tailor it from an off-the-rack size.
