Одежда там хорошего качества, сама заказывала пару раз. Думаю на лето заказать купальник, несколько платьев и топов. С доставкой не было никаких проблем тоже. / The clothes I ordered several times were of a good quality. I consider buying some other stuff for summer (swimsuit maybe two or three dresses and tops). There were no problems with delivery.

I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.

I ordered a swim suit and blouse I did receive swim suit. However blouse did not come. They both have the same tracking number. I have sent several messages they sent tracking info.it does not work. I also got a new phone. I installed the app and used the same info to log in. I coud not find any of my informationn. I have also ask for help to fix this. No response. I never received a email telling me when. Items. Were are shipped. Looks like I'm out of the money. I will order from Wish from now on at least they are trust worthy. Warning. Do not order anything from Floraday

I am EXTREMELY impressed with the company and the dress. It fit absolutely perfectly and there wasn't a single thing wrong with it. Definitely would recommend this website to anyone interested in ordering a dress online. Nothing to be skeptical about with FloryDay.

I wish I had found this website before purchasing from this "company". My experience is that it's a complete scam. My purchase came to over $130.00 and I had to pay another almost $40.00 in shipping. These garments were absolutely awful. The dresses and shirts were nothing like what was depicted on their website. I would describe the material as shower curtain fabric; really bad knock-offs. I returned what I was allowed to, minus the bathing suits, for a refund that was never credited. Never once did I complain to them; I just sent the returns thinking they were a legitimate company. THE PAGE CONTAINING THE ITEMS I HAD RETURNED WAS DELETED FROM MY ACCOUNT TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE I NEVER RETURNED THEM. The "Chat Now" feature is turned off and I have been taken off the mailing list. This company stole over $170.00 from me! It's a complete scam. These people are THIEVES. BEWARE!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I bought a parcel with a couple of thing to Floryday and after three weeks, and following their parcel tracker, I found my parcel was delivered back to the origin point. I got in touch with them and after a couple of days waiting for them to contact me, they re-send my parcel which I got 4 days later, and in 8 days time (since I let them know my claim) they refund me the 70% of my purchase in compensation for the service that went wrong.
First I tought I was a scam victim, but afterwards tuned out to be a very serious and client orienteted company. 100% satisfyed. I would advice it to anyone of my friend.

I have written several emails and keep getting the same email back from this company. My shipment is supposed to be in Memphis, Tennessee I was asked to call Fed-Ex and check on my shipment. I called Fed-Ex and told them the tracking number they told me the package was there but it was empty. Fed-ex instructed me to call the company that shipped me the merchandise and have them complete a form so I could be reimbursed my money. It's been two months and Floryday continues to seen me an email that my package is in Memphis. It's been 2 months now. I will not recommend this company. They are a scam DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

I purchased two dresses that looked like they would be for summer very bad material. I returned the items. Floryday did not want the product they wanted to give me 50% of my purchase, I agreed. I never received the refund, so I then returned the dresses at my cost. Since February 2nd I have been trying to get a refund, they said they have not received the items, so I am not getting a return and that the problem is with my bank. I am now in the process of having my bank charge back the purchase. This is the worst service. They have no process in place to even have a return policy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

You can't return belts or jewelry. You won't know this until you get the belt and it doesn't fit. Chat is for orders only. I'm trying to cancel second order ************** which "Your item is not shipped yet." But can't cancel and I placed it October 14 2020. PLEASE LET ME CANCEL MY ORDER.

The dress I ordered from Floryday was garish and cheap looking. It looked quite different from the picture. This is irrelevant- it was trying to return it that was a nightmare. I do a lot of online buying, confident that most sites have a great return system if required. I rarely make a return.
Getting a return address was difficult. Emails went back and forth with Floryday trying to convince me to keep the item because return postage would be too expensive for me. They offered 50% off another item if I kept the first. I wasn't interested and was now determined to return the dress. It had become a matter of principle. It wasn't until I raised a dispute with EBay and PayPal that Floryday supplied a return address and agreed to refund my money. It cost me about $12AUD to return it, which I was happy to pay. Eventually they refunded the full amount but it shouldn't be so hard. A similar thing happened to a friend with Floryday and neither of us would ever shop with them again.

This company is most definitely a scam. I advise EVERY-ONE/ANY-ONE to STAY AWAY. I decided to take my chances and order some of the very pretty blouses that i saw on the site for the summer they were gorgeous, How ever I had know clue it would take over 3 weeks to process my order when the money was taken from my credit card the same day and another 3 weeks before they ship it out and then from there another 1-- 2 weeks before i actually received my order, in which I still have not received yet. Im guessing by the time i do receive my order summer will be over, I will keep you updated. LAST NOTE, Yes I to read the horrible reviews, and decided i'd give them a try and spend under a certain amount I am so happy I did not spend a lot of money.

Please it's only faire to be just with what you advertise... your shoes i ordered arrived and it was a big Joke!. Don't take people for fools my money was too much to take five pairs in the dust bin. For heavens sake. What was wrong for a person trying a product of another country? From the price to quality was so horrible i regret my money and the time i stayed excited waiting to recieve five pairs of shoes which was nothing but a big joke for lack of a betterward! What was i even thinking when i read negative horrible comments and chose to give you a benefit of daubt?! Don't loose your money like me be aware and know those shoes they advertise sweetly are not worth what they charge i would have walked to a paris local market and won myself beautiful shoes other than the what they cahrged. Gosh i feel so horrible.

I ordered a dress from Floryday on May 13th, paid 15.98 for expedited shipping, got a confirmation email, and a shipping email (6 days later!) still dont have the dress. When I type in my order number on the website it says it doesnt exist. When I follow the tracking link, the website doesnt exist!
Update: though the dress took a very long time to arrive and my expedited shipping money was wasted, the dress did eventually arrive and it was decent quality.

I was searching with my fiancée for a dress as she wanted to wear a special dress for a friends wedding, searched online a lot till we found Floryday, we found all what we needed they have a variety of designs with the lowest prices I can imagine, we bought a dress from there and my fiancée was the star of the wedding she got a lot of compliments foe her awesome dress, Highly recommended.

I can't give you an opinion on the clothing because I don't have the energy to get to that point. And you have to question the overall rating of the company, i. E., I see more complaints than praises. Do they actually have stock available? The supposed 7-day delivery suddenly became about 35+ days (busy, backorders, etc. as they put it) and that was too late. Why wasn't I told that upon ordering? It took almost 3 weeks to get a refund; it took a week simply to get a confirmation of my cancellation. You will indeed "talk" to boilerplate, canned responses from a computer on the "online chat" function; you will not get a person to talk to; you will be exhausted in the process and I'm simply happy I got a refund and got no further into the process. This is simply, completely, not the way to do business, and that ship has sailed in terms of my ever trusting this vendor again.

Contact address is United Kingdom but actually ships from china. Their processing time very long. No value for cost. Dress very see through... poor quality

Ordered 5 tops on March 11 and still haven't received them. Got one email with " tracking link" and contact link but if you hit either it says bad request, insecure site.
