There were no problems with delivery.
I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.
I find Floryday more reliable and prompt comparing to other online shops. Reasonable prices, choices, product guarantee and overall joy of online shopping.
Better than what's shown in picture. It's a very vibrant one and chose a size larger than u normally wear and delivery was right on time. Just marvellous.

Stuck In Floryday Hell. I cannot believe that 6 months after they completely screwed up an order I am still being inundated with Marketing emails by this absolute joke of a company. It seems I just have to accept that they won't / can't remove me from any marketing lists... no explanation why, no explanation of what they are doing about it, no explanation of when this will be fixed... just an assurance that they will continue to harass me for as long as they want to. Surely there are laws about this? Be warned, it appears this relationship is for life, whether you want it or not. ABSOLUTELY AMATEURISH JOKE OF A COMPANY. UPDATE: I am now receiving survey requests via surveymonkey.com and it seems they are in breach of the surveymonkey.com guidelines as there is no way to unsubscribe and no email address for communication. So, duly reported at my end and we'll see what happens. Also now receiving communications from Floryday telling me their managers are too busy to liaise with me regarding my complaint!

Ridiculous amount of time spent on emails trying to get a return address. Live chat sends automated messages and then stops responding. No phone number and no way to return! Buyers beware!

Although the return proces of Floryday orders is quite complicated. You do not find a return adres on the website, and cannot download a form on the site, but have to contact customer service. Once I had contact with costumer service and got the UK adres to return the order everything went very quick and smoothly. I sent the items back and recieved the full refund only 2 working days later. The customer service replied all my emails and also promissed that they are working on improving the procedure.
On the 5th of July I placed an order for a couple of t shirts and dresses, the order arrived on the 24th July ( three weeks later) - all items are very cheap quality and do not fit. I want to return them, but that does not go as easy as usual internet stores. You have to contact custom services first, wait 24 hours for their reply... well I hope I can get rid of this worthless fabrics soon and get my refund
I did get an offer of a full refund and to keep the goods too but my conscience wouldn't allow it, I simply wanted the goods so very happy they arrived.
After spending £96 I could ill afford as a single parent - the goods arrived and were of extremely poor quality and did not resemble florydays description. The returns policy is almost impossible - I'm sure this is deliberately made so by the company so that they can keep your money. Despite going through the rigmarole of their returns policy to the letter I have still not received a refund or a reply to my numerous emails to them and have not received a refund. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL RECEIVE SHODDY GOODS AND LOSE YOUR MONEY

This is a joke. It's not even a real business. They dont respond back and your stuck with items. It's a computerized company. Please I beg you dont get caught up in this goat rodeo.
I was mislead with shipping dates, have not received my order. I have requested a refund twice and am still waiting. They do not respond back as promised. I will never order from them again.

Quality of product is very good - BUT one item is too small - tried using their return guidelines and they are saying I have no order to return - funny - they confirmed order - charged me for it - and sent it to me - yet I have no order to process a return for?
