Одежда там хорошего качества, сама заказывала пару раз. Думаю на лето заказать купальник, несколько платьев и топов. С доставкой не было никаких проблем тоже. / The clothes I ordered several times were of a good quality. I consider buying some other stuff for summer (swimsuit maybe two or three dresses and tops). There were no problems with delivery.

I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.

Where is your return address in u. K. for goods this is the 10th time of asking for money back. Mrs ann cumming scammers trying to delay return so dont have to return monies am at my bank now to get them and fraud dept to get refund.

I would simply say that it's relay amazing. I brought a dress for my girlfriend to give a surprise on the occasion of her birthday. She was relay surprised. That was relay comfortable and looking very nice for it's color. So I'm thankful to Florida.

I ordered a dress with some hesitation because I had no experience with this company. The price was reasonable, so I paid an additional fee for 3-6 day shipping. What the site failed to note was that the dress HAD TO BE MADE IN CHINA before the 3-6 day shipping could occur. After a good bit of back and forth with cust svc, they refunded the shipping cost. I got the dress after roughly 3 weeks and I really do like it. Another thing, logging into their website is impossible. I tried and tried to reset my PW but never could get an email from them to do it. Overall, everything worked out; but I dont think I will order again. Who wants to wait close to a month to get an in-season item?

The most successful online experience I have ever had, FloryDay.com site really is a great site, it is the best in price compared to its rivals, also its customer service is so helpful, according to the orders delivering it do this in a short time.

All things look good on the website. I ordered my usual sizes and checked their size charts to be sure. The customer service team are very easy to deal with in terms of shipping, prices etc enquiry.

If it fits everything is fine but do not try to return anything. Returning goods is tantamount to fraud. They do not want you to return goods and unlike any other online service the service is over complicated. Three options available and asking for a full refund is a waste of time. If a customer pays the return postage a full refund is not available and a lame. Excuse is given by way of explanation. I think Floryday needs to have a system review in order to make customers feel valued.

Stay away, sizes are very inconsistent

I ordered 2 dresses that didn't fit. I went on to get return authorization. I provided order number and their site says "You didn't order anything." I tried to track and get the DHL delivery and of course, "no tracking info available." I want to return these poor quality, poor fitting dresses and I want a full refund.
During these unfortunate times mandated by Covid 19 policies, online buying should be made much easier.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from them.

I bought two dresses and the money went out of my account 10 days ago on 18 February. Had a confirmation email saying theyd let me know by email when they were shipped - Still no sign of any dresses and no shipping email. I emailed them to ask when theyd be delivered - nothing back so far. Im getting worried this is a scam company and really regretting buying from them now. Im wishing Id read these reviews before buying as I probably wouldnt have done.

Have tried to make contact through email and no one reply's. Items that I purchased are too big, sandals are too big, looks like I am stuck with them as their customer service is shocking, would deffinatly NOT recommend this company to anyone

O find the site very user friendly. Only have an issue when you save favourites and go into that and then want to click to next it takes you all the way back to the beginning of favourites. Other than that it's a great site and easy.

Know that the sizing is hit and miss. Know that their idea of "cotton" is questionable. Know that it could take a month to get your merchandise. Other than that, they have been responsive to requests for returns and refunds. You have to contact them through *******@floryday.com.

Placed an order on jan 27th for 5 dresses. They arrived yesterday. Good quality, no import taxes, great prices, no problems what so ever. I dont know why people are saying that they are a scam company because they clearly arent and I am

Do not buy from this company. This company is in China, and the clothes that they display on their website are misleading. The clothing products are not the same as the photos. The items are poorly made and cheap. The people writing these four and five star reviews need to be shame of themselves because this company is misleading.

I had been very hesitant to purchase any online product because of poor reviews but because of the price being offered I was encouraged to try out once. I got very surprised and satisfied with the products shipped to me as it was exactly as it was advertised.

It does take a lot of time for the order to arrive from China, but the estimated time they said it would take to get here was very accurate. I ordered 3 dresses. My only problem was that one of the dresses that arrived was not one that I had ordered. The other 2 were great and looked just like the pictures. I have just emailed them about the mix up on getting the wrong dress, so I will see if they get back to me on that. The package just arrived yesterday so I will hope for a quick response.

They have had my paid order for over a month and still no communication about when it will be shipped. Their web site does not make it easy to cancel an order and is not user friendly. I have sent several emails trying to cancel my order and still no reply.

I rarely purchase dresses online because Im always worried that they wouldnt fit me but when I saw this cute dress on Floryday, I really wanted to buy it so I did. I was really happy because it fits me perfectly, the quality was really amazing, and it was very affordable. Im really in love with my Floryday dress right now, its currently my favorite! This is definitely not the last time that Im buying from them.

I am very happy with Floryday. I received the items after payment only within nine days. The clothes I ordered are fantastic. The fabric and overall look of the clothes makes it great for the price. Cheap, but so is the quality. Poor fit and far from cotton. The harem pants was not even possible to walk in. The one size coat did not look like the photo.
Update: They quickly contacted me and was very helpful with a refund
