I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.

Poor quality rags not as represented in advertising photos. They offer you a very small refund as cost of returning to China is high. However I paid through PayPal and insisted on returning. The address they provided for return is non-existent. I was lucky as PayPal returned my money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT iS A CHINESE SCAM.

My recommendation is to stay away from this website!
Having ordered several items and waited excitedly for delivery it soon turned to disappointment as I opened the box. Out of the 9 items ordered 8 of them were recognisable as the images on the website but sadly a cheap and tatty copy. One dress did appear to be as the image and description but at £38 I still didn't see that the quality was there... it would probably have sold at around £15 in Primark. I quickly packed them up again to begin the returns process.
This is where I add the extra star.
Based on the goods received I had now put this company down as a scam and was fully expecting that I would have to accept the loss of my money however, not so. The communication was good and today I have received my full refund just 17 days after starting the process.
My opinion still remains the same... something of a scam and one to stay away from but I can't fault the delivery time or communication.
My lesson learned but luckily this time I came out unscathed!

Update 1/5/18 - the Floryday people obviously check the site and today I received a £15 'bribe' if I removed my review!!!

I received my goods on time and they were beautiful as I expected! Only the dress was a bit too large: next time I have to check size chart details before ordering!
Terrible company, I ordered 4 items, the quality and cut were appalling, such poor quality. I spent £56.24 on this order which took 2 months to be delivered. When I applied for their 'hassle free return', they refunded me £39.59. They charged me for the return delivery as well as the original shipping fee, this was their reply:
We are sorry to know that you are doubt about the refund amount. I can understand your concern. Please note that if you have used any coupon in your order. The coupon value cannot refund. Thank you for your understanding.
For the shipping fee, according to our policy, we hope you could understand that the return postage and the original shipping fee will be at your expense. The shipping fee is paid to the delivery company to arrange the shipment for you. We do not earn anything from that. Here is the statement ""Cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to our company. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process"".
Reminder: If you have used the label we provided to return the order, the return cost deducted from your refund. It may cause your problem about the refund amount.

I placed my order a month ago and I realize it's the pandemic but when I try to contact somebody to cancel my order or find out where it is I don't get any answers all I get asked to do is create a ticket which I've done so many times now I can't count and then I just get an automated reply that doesn't answer any of my questions they've already charged my visa so today I am calling visa and having them reversed the charges
The products shown on the website is the same as when you receive it. The customer service team are very easy to deal with in terms of shipping, prices etc enquiry.
Dresses nothing like app horrible cheap material blouses very tight nothing fits properly. Have sent two return requests but have not got any reply yet. Will not be buying anything again

Since I posted my disappointment with this company on this site and on Trustpilot, they asked me twice to remove my negative rating. They offered to refund my payment in full and even let me keep the goods. We have been corresponding regularly. For proof, I will post the screen shots if I have to.
I told them to keep the money, I didn't trust that I would get any money back from them. I decided I would just deal with my mistake of ordering from them and move on. I also told them I no longer want to spend any time on this and they should drop it.
Now, they claim they "can't find my oder because the number is invalid".
Lies again.
Floryday: If I were you, I would stop your deception in general and just take responsibility for what has happened. The only way to get a good review is to deliver exactly what you promise. If you know anything about marketing, it is more meaningful to make mistakes, admit it, absorb the drop in revenue and do much better in the future. Your target audience will discover how much better you have become, when you actually become better. This process is MUCH more effective than what you are trying to achieve now: cover-ups - which only anger your audience more.
I have given them 3 stars for customer service because they reached out to me, but not 5 because they repeatedly lie. The rest of 1 star is for poor quality goods.
Placed order on Feb 13th. Products received today April 5th.
They lied about the time it took to deliver.
On this order, one jacket is described as Shearling and Faux Shearling long Sleeve Embroidery Coat.
There is not one stitch of Shearling on either of these coats, natural or Faux.
Lies again.
The only thig that is true is the size; both coats fit perfectly.
I will never order anything from them again in the future and I will tell every connection I have about my experience, on social media.
They need to be more transparent. They have many competitors - all priced cheaply. People do not only buy because of cheap prices.
I seriously am not a fan of online shopping but the dress I bought was calling for me like it was made for me haha, thank you FloryDay for making this 1st purchase an easy breezy great experience :) I'am now a fan <3
