Одежда там хорошего качества, сама заказывала пару раз. Думаю на лето заказать купальник, несколько платьев и топов. С доставкой не было никаких проблем тоже. / The clothes I ordered several times were of a good quality. I consider buying some other stuff for summer (swimsuit maybe two or three dresses and tops). There were no problems with delivery.

I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.

The picture for blouse did not show style. I have returned it and after four attempts have not received my refund. I will never purchase from this company ever again!

I have now waited 2 months for my refund, i have emailed this company at least 30 times and they promise to refund but have never sent me 1 cent. PLEASE PEOPLE THIS WEB SITE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM, THEY NEVER SEND CLOTHES OR REFUND MONEY, IT IS DISGUSTING, I AM SURE THEY ARE BASED IN NIGERIA

A total scam
I purchased what I thought was a lovely dress for £14.01 in total, including postage and packaging. When it arrived the advertised dress was total different, the measurements completely different and the hem was not level. I had a real battle getting my money back and managed in the end to get just over £11 back but this was after numerous e-mails going backwards and forwards. Now I know that this company is based in Hong Kong but they have an office in London and a distribution centre in Birmingham and Manchester so sure must have to abide by English law but I think this company needs to be investigated at a high level. I have complained to Facebook who do a lot of advertising for this company but have heard absolutely nothing, Trading Standards have been in touch and are investigating and I have sent the information to Watch Dog and Rip off Britain.
Please don't put any purchases down to experience but take photos and measure the item. They are breaking the law if the advertised item is not the same as the one purchased. Let the people of Britain not condone rip of companies but complaining and and get them investigated.

Floryday have a very wide selection of shoes. It was never a mistake to choose one of them. I like the designs and when I bought one all I can think about is buy another pair. Really awesome!

I placed an order with this company in mid-June and received it mid-July. It's Covid time-I get that. Ok, so nothing fit and I returned it within a week of receiving the order. I have contacted the company 4 times asking for my refund and have received replies almost immediately, but not refund is in site. On August 17, it was promised within 4-6 weeks. It's now late September and still nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Ordered 2 tankinis from this company over 5 weeks ago now and according to their tracking site they have STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED though money taken and no contact number for them, only a form which you cannot use.

Tip for consumers:
DONT use this company its a complete disgrace.

Products used:
None as items have never been shipped, but money taken from my account quick enough though.

I first saw FloryDay on my mobile - also saw quite a few negative reviews but as I know in any business things can sometime go awry, thought I would take the chance. I ordered two dresses, one suitable for beach/barbecue, and one elegant silk dress for a wedding. My order and payment was confirmed very promptly and I received the tracking number which easily allowed me to follow the parcel's progress to Australia. Unfortunately when they arrived, although the casual dress was perfect, the silk dress was too large (my bad!). I contacted customer service via email, again excellent response. As I was expecting to pay an extortionate amount for postage back to China, I was delighted to be given an address for the return in Australia and FloryDay swiftly arranged the exchange for the smaller size, which I have now received (and it fits!). I am extremely happy with both dresses but even more I am so impressed with the service provided by this company. The whole process as outlined took less than four weeks while I ordered a consignment from the USA on September 7th and only managed to discover today that it has been sent but don't know when and their tracking number seems to be irrelevant. It seems that some people have had issues but from my experience I would not hesitate to recommend FloryDay and I will definately be visiting them again! Thanks FloryDay!

Placed an order almost a month ago still has not shipped. Payment was charged to my card immediately. Have tried to contact no postive results. I would not recommend.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I SENT BACK 4 BLOUSES THAT DID NOT FIT WHICH COST $70.94, THEY RECEIVED THE BLOUSES BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND IT JUST KEEPS TAKING YOU BACK TO THE SAME PLACE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BUY FROM THEM. I WISH SOMEONE TOLD ME THIS BEFORE I BOUGHT BLOUSES FROM THEM.

I ordered a shirt on March 19 2020, until now I haven't received it. When I try to find the order on the site, it doesn't recognize the number. Don't buy from them, they are thieves'

Placed my order April 29,2020. Shows shipped May 19,2020. It is now June 17,2020. That's almost 2 months ago! I give them no stars. My order was delivered today, june 19th. Very poor service

I purchased two dresses that were advertised as "cotton" both were some sort of synthetic, and neither of them had any sort of label listing the fabric contents or care instructions. Supposedly same size, one fit "sort of" I could get into it but it was tight in the shoulders, the other didn't fit at all.
Also a bracelet that was way too small, and shoes that were too long in the sole, but the ankle strap was too small. I made a claim with PayPal and got my money back.

I decided to try ONE MORE TIME as there was a fancy dress I wanted to get married in. The price was 62.99 with 11.98 shipping for a total of $74.97! The thing was so cheap and thin, and didn't look ANYTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. I guess i should have known better, now I for sure do. I'm going to file another claim with Paypal as the company does NOT GET BACK TO YOU WITHIN 24 hrs like they say they will.

This company is horrible. The quality of the the dresses I ordered were shoddy and not true to size. In addition, I spent almost two weeks going back and forth via email (as there is NO TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT) in order to find out the return process and to get my money back. They only refunded me 70% and held the money for shipping costs $19.99. There website says FULL REFUND and over at least 9 email correspondence, it wasn't until I threatened to get my lawyer involved did they refund me my money. Better off using AMAZON or any reputable online purveyor. Worst company I ever dealt with.

Update: 7/23/18---FloryDay contacted me and tried BRIBING ME $20.00 to take down the review and then they would send me the money. They survey websites and ask people to remove negative reviews; hence why there's no so little information online.
