There were no problems with delivery.
I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.
I really love the black lace dress that was from their site. Very elegant and chic! It was perfect for the special events I'll be attending.

I could not believe my eyes.
But after I did get my first order I realized it was really true.
I bought 3 dresses, one of them didn't fit and it took them too long to ship it, so I guess next time I'll pay extra for the fast shipping.
I got my Cotton Floral Long Sleeve Midi Shift Dress and Stuff is outstanding with the elegant look. Up to my expectations :) They always Rocks with best from the Rest.

JUST A MONEY STEALING COMPANY POSING AS AN ONLINE CLOTHING STORE! DONT TRUST!
I found a beautiful white dress I wanted to use for an important event that is time crunched. There was one month to go so I was thinking even with the delays i will still get my dress on time! Everything on their site seems fine. According to their online store, my dress will arrive in 5-7 days. As I was used to reliable sites, I was wondering at day 4-5 they still didn't deliver my dress so I tried to contact their customer service first by calling their UK number. No one ANSWERS! It's when I read the fine print that they are actually an HK site. So I sent them an e-mail asking them when they would send my dress because it's been 5 days already. And they replied to me days later saying they will follow up. Then days later to tell me they are already preparing it but it will be delayed. I still followed have because I was beginning to be doubtful when they replied FINALLY they didnt have the dress to make the materials so they will refund me. Its now weeks later and I still don't have news of my money being refunded. No replies! I am being snob! Essentially they just got me interest, took my money and bye bye! Lesson LEARNED!
BTW you can't even reply to their messages because their link doesn't work. You have to start a new complain everytime! I mean seriously! It's complete bull$#*!!

I recently ordered 3 tops a belt and necklace from this site. Firstly people should be aware that their sizes are tiny in comparison to British standards. When I contacted this company to return the useless items instead of a return address given I am now involved in a ludicrous to and fro debate. Not only have they tried to put me off from requesting a full refund they also told me they couldn't accept the belt back for hygiene reasons. Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous? Not only does it state on their website that you can return belts within the 14 day period it's the only item that doesn't come into direct contact with your skin making it the most hygienic item I purchased. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE COMPLETE CON-ARTISTS AND THEIR PRODUCTS ARE BELOW PARR. I will be taking my complaint to trading standards and urge everyone else that has been ripped off to do the same.
I eventually received a full refund after they tried to bribe me to remove my review. They actually offered me all the useless items I had purchased with a full refund if I removed my review. Which I let them know was an insult and that they'd missed the whole point. Which is that their sizes are inaccurate in comparison to British standards as is the quality and their customer service is utterly atrocious. They should provide free no quibble returns like they advertise. I did not write this review for freebies I wrote my experience to warn others what to expect. This company should be avoided!

I tried buying clothes on line, for the first time with Floryday, during this period of the lock down.
It was a long wait but the company kept me informed and in this pandemic situation, it is understandable.
Finally my packet arrived and I was really excited to have some new clothes to wear.
I had bough 5 items. They were simply but nicely packed. As I opened the bags one by one, I could not have been more disappointed! They were nothing like what the pictures made me believe and expect.
It was a shock and for now, has put me off of online clothes shopping for the foreseeable future!
Too start with they were all huge, none of them fitted me. This might have been partially my fault because I chose by size number (12) and I realize now that this may be the American 12 which is actually Large and note Medium as I am used to.
The worst thing however were the fabrics. With one exception, all fabrics had a plastic texture and one of these, although a light coloured summer dress felt heavy and had the texture of gabardine/rain coat. Two others felt exactly like flimsy plastic shopping bags, completely transparent.
All really unpleasant to touch!
Another disappointment was the coloured motives on the fabric. While in the pictured they give the impression of being textured, in reality they are flat, block printed, adding to the overall plasticky feel of the cloth.
Only 3 of the pieces had clothes tags, one had just the small label on the neck line and another had absolutely no information! I did not think this was allowed.
Of course, I am trying to return all of them. It remains to be seen if I will get my money back!
