С доставкой не было никаких проблем тоже. / The clothes I ordered several times were of a good quality. I consider buying some other stuff for summer (swimsuit maybe two or three dresses and tops). There were no problems with delivery.
I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.
I would not even give one star but there is no way...
I have payed 57,70€ and got a refund over 45,47€. Do not know what happend to the 12€ they took for themselves. Used free shipping retour but still got not full refund.
I ordered some time ago and also had a retour for one of these items. There they keep my rabatt without telling before. I just got less money than payed.
Shipping time is awful! Waited over a month for the articles.
And I even can not say bad quality because there is no quality. The clothes are just trash. Tagged with cotton but just cheap polyester.
I suppose they are breaking a lot of laws for online shops...

Their clothing (dresses) looked vibrant with color on the website and had good prices which suited my needs at the time. I ordered several of these dresses and a necklace. Ordered on 9/10, arrived on 9/28. They were super sheer, cheap looking and looked like frocks. I will have to wear a full slip underneath and even get them taken in if I don't donate them. The left two are what I receoved, the right two are the website's. Notice that the DESIGN IS NOT THE SAME! I paid $20.99 for shipping and $. 99 for "insurance". The shipping took my package first to York, PA, then to New Hampshire, then to New Jersey, then back to PA. VERY DISAPPOINTED with these products and based on some of these reviews on returning stuff, I am not going to put myself through that aggravation. I would say STEER CLEAR of this company. Lesson learned!

It's like Tropical style remind me of the tropical trip I never get the chance to go to. Haha At least I have the dress that makes me experience it.
Utter shambles. No quibble return actually means they keep the VAT from the refund. 20% of sales value kept by them for something that is back on their shelves. Contacted BBC Watchdog and HMRC to take their view and open a case. DO NOT BUY from here under any circumstances.

I am trying to get a refund for the poor quality jackets I ordered. They offered me a 70% discount instead. First, it took forever for the product to arrive. Second, the color jacket I ordered was like a royal blue. When I received it, it was a baby blue. Fabric is made of a different material. POOR POOR POOR! Please rreturn my money.

I recently ordered a dress from Floryday as a present for my sisters birthday. I was surprised when it came in two days, I didn't think that it would come that fast. It's looks EXCATLY the same as it does on the website! My sister loved it, she was so happy with the dress.
I placed an order with Floryday thinking they were in England on the 7th February for a dress and a pair of shoes for a wedding I attended last Saturday 3rd March. The order still hasn't arrived The money came out of my account on the 8th February. I just received a text to say it was being delivered today a month later!
And I would have to pay excise duty of 39 euro. This is not what I signed up for. How can I return the items or get Floryday to pay the excise?
I'm very happy with this collection. It is really unique. The designes, materials and colors all are amazing. I'm really in love with it. Great experience and great product. I think it won't be the last time i try your products
Bought 2 jumpers from this company and the courier that they used to deliver my parcel left my parcel in an unsafe place resulting in my parcel being taken. I contacted them about it but they asked me to contact the courier directly which I have tried to do on several occassions but they are not responding. Florydays have done nothing to help and the aftercare is non existant! Please think twice before purchasing from this company as happy to take your money but not so happy to provide after customer care.

I was scammed with an inferior product through false advertising, with no reply from returns. After seeing my negative review on sitejabber, I received an email from FloryDay asking me to delete my review to receive my money back. They gave me a four-step process to do this successfully with sitejabber. They said I could keep the horrible top... I wouldn't want it back either! Once the negative review against their company is removed, they would return my money if they could. If they couldn't I could once again deal with their return department, which is non-existent. Quite an operation. I can't even give this cheap polyester top away as a gift or donation. Going in the garbage... what a waste and a complete scam. Despicable! A BIG ZERO STAR FOR FLORYDAY.
Ordered a cotton top, and received a cheap polyester, poorly made product that was many sizes too small. Submitted a return request, and I have not been contacted as specified on the site. I've been scammed!
Even though I was rather skeptical about ordering from this homepage, I decided to order two dresses. In my search, I was very specific in ordering only "cotton" products. I found the two dresses under the category "cotton dresses". The dresses arrived and definitely are NOT cotton. They appear to be 100% polyester. I wanted to write a review about it on the site but was just directed to the help-desk. Frustrating and closeted company.
Update: After writing this review the company contacted me to offer me a full refund of the articles if I delete this review. I replied I was not interested in their money and the review shall stay on sitejabber. In the end they refunded me the full price of the two dresses, which is nice and I decided to change the title of the review from "cheap, cheaper florydays" to "Dubious shop with strange practices" and add this "update" to my review.

I ordered clothing on April 28 and paid extra for expedited delivery. They have gone into my account and got paid immediately. To date, I have not received any clothing/package. Each time I enquire, I receive a robotic response, that is very elementary, no professional action. They tell untruth, and lead you along with lies that your package was sent. They provide a FedEx number that is non-existent. FloryDay must be closed down immediately, so they cannot defraud innocent people out of their hard earned cash. HELP IS NEEDED TO CLOSE THEM DOWN!
Do NOT buy from Floryday. The clothing is all 95% polyester. They advertise and show pictures of clothes that sound and look like they are cotton and linen. That is not the case! I repeat... Floryday clothes are disgusting and they lie about what you are actually getting. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered a dress for an event. It never came. I put a negative review on this website last month. FloryDay contacted me and apologized for the delay of delivery of the dress. I finally received the dress and contacted FloryDay to get a return label. They said that they would go ahead and issue me a credit for the dress and I would not have to return the dress. I thought that was good customer care however I have never received a credit. This company seems wishy washy to me. I will not do business with this company again.
I just received my order. While I was opening the package, I was saying to myself, I hope it is at least close to what I ordered. Volia! It was exactly what I ordered the quality is very good. I am very pleased. Now the real test will be when I order something else. One company sent the perfect first order, but when I ordered from them again, it looked like garbage. My wife ordered some dresses from FloryDay. She is very satisfied with the dresses. The dresses are made of quality fabric and doesnt lose its quality. The dresses are very comfortable and the price is reasonable as well. Well, I might say the product shipping is much faster than I had expected.
At first I was skeptical, not sure if this would even fit me because most small dresses are still too small for me. But I wasn't disappointed at all when I got the item and I love it. I like the fabric and the print is attractive as how it shown on the photos. I wear it in an event, and they were wowed how I looked with the dress. I purchased the other color as well, totally satisfied.

Then they removed my account. But I made copies. All this time. I still have the order number. I reached out to them twice last year. The keep sendind new clothes items.
