There were no problems with delivery.
I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.
Hello! I just received my dress yesterday and wanted to write to let other potential buyers know about my experience. I was really nervous about buying a dress online at such a discounted price, but I was running out of options with my wedding coming quickly and I had gained weight so my previous dress no longer fit. After reading reviews for a bunch of different Chinese retailers and speaking with many of the Vbridal staff via their online chat I decided to go for it. I'm so happy I did! There's so many horror stories out there, but my experience was wonderful. I placed the order on June 13th, my dress shipped on June 30th and it was in Canada on July 5th. Vbridal always responded to my inquiries promptly through their ticketing system. They shipped with DHL so I was able to track everything as well. The dress is gorgeous. The quality of material and craftmanship is amazing. Better than what I have seen in a lot of local bridal stores. The only downsides are that the "ivory" is more white than I expected and I ordered a custom size but it's a little big so I will need to have it taken in.
I wasn't sure at first but I decided to give it a try. I am in love with the clothing I got, and it was a bargain price! And the package arrives very quickly. Would recommend FloryDay to anyone!
Everything of the items which i purchased from Floryday are really good but i loved too much was the fast processing of my orders and the delivery of them without any wtongs. I really appreciate that
I got three dresses for $120-something total (on sale!) and they were cheaply made and too small. I was so upset I wrote a review and contacted them and tweeted about it. Sooo, they finally decided to refund me because they would have otherwise made me return the dresses to China which is incredibly expensive- I did that for a bridesmaid dress once for half the price of the dress. So I'm relieved they refunded me and I can only hope they fix the size charts ON each dress and the quality of the dresses. Having said that they have potential and really cute designs. They also are planning to open return centers in the US they said. I'm not deleting my initial review just changing it to make it less wrathful:)
Update: I came back to this site because a lady messaged me and said she had had a similar experience but was not going to get a refund and would have to return her dress to China which would cost as much as the dress. This is not ok. What else isn't ok is that my review was 2 stars and they changed it to 5 somehow. Wow. You have to improve your company before you can earn that.
Update 2: I just received a call from the company at 9pm on an unknown number. How rude and sketchy is that? I assume they wanted to ask me again to remove this review but before they could continue I told them to leave me alone. Hopefully they will do that now, thanks.
So i was searching for some quality clothing for a good price when i came across to FLORYDAY, first of all i want to say that the website is easy to use, clothing is true to size and for the price given it's a very high quality, as i already mentioned it's true to size and also true to color, i recived exactly what i ordered and also i want to mention that shipping is very fast, I would recommend this site to anyone who needs good clothing for a good price

My biggest mistake ever was to shop from Floryday. I wish I had spent 5 minutes and read the reviews- I have spent almost 2 months trying to return the complete order consisting of products of such sub standard that putting them in the garbage would be an insult to our garbage can. Seriously, the products look nice online, but the company use great looking photos and send you something else. When I tried to send back the order in complete- I kept getting bogus return slips without barcodes so there would be no way for me to prove I have returned the goods. I have spent weeks asking for info, sending them photos of me leaving the goods at the Swedish PostNord office, and doing everything I can so they will cancel the bill with Klarna and we can just put this behind us. But I keep getting auto answers that confirm nothing. So my experience is a warning to everyone thinking Floryday follows ANY type of consumer laws. They do not. So just save yourself the angst of this and do not buy anything from this website. It is a waste of time and very draining to deal with the aftermath, Of course, ARN, the Swedish Consumer Board have been notified and Floryday will be put on their black list so other will not make my mistake.

The shoes I ordered smelled disgusting. The quality was the worst I've ever seen! I can't be worse, I promise. The sad part is, that you even have to PAY to SEND THE garbage back.

I ordred several items. They took my money, said that I received the items BUT in reality I never received the items despite several calls and messages.
I ordered a bra, size 44D. What I received was not what I ordered. It was approximately a 34A and the tag was a large. Received a 5% refund. Don't waste your money
