Одежда там хорошего качества, сама заказывала пару раз. Думаю на лето заказать купальник, несколько платьев и топов. С доставкой не было никаких проблем тоже. / The clothes I ordered several times were of a good quality. I consider buying some other stuff for summer (swimsuit maybe two or three dresses and tops). There were no problems with delivery.

I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.

After 5 weeks my order had not been shipped. After several emails over 5 days ( including attempts to cancel) there was no reply so I contacted Paypal for help. Within hours Floryday replied saying my order was ready to ship and offering me a small discount if I did not cancel. I still canceled because I could no longer trust them, They then refunded my Paypal account. If you order from Floryday at least pay by Paypal.!

Ordered a dress and contrary to their shipping policy I waited weeks and still nothing had been shipped. It took several emails before I could even get a response from them. Also, don't bother calling, your call just goes to a voicemail. I finally managed to cancel my order after I was told it would take another 6 weeks before my item would ship. I did finally get a refund but none of it was worth the hassle. My advice is NEVER to order from these people.

I brought a pair of shows from this site they were nothing like the photo they were rubbish cheap trash and to try and get a refund was a joke I end up putting the shoes in the bin I will never buy from this site again

I received my order over a month after ordering and realized why it took so long. They must make these when ordered and they are not professionally made clothes. They look like they were homemade by a very inexperienced seamstress. The fabric is nothing like the picture. They are really small. I don't even know if these are their pictures or if they've just taken them off the internet somewhere and then try to make the clothes. I'm going to see if I can dispute through my credit card since the return process looks like it will be unlikely that I'll get anything accomplished. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

I had a couple of issues with this company after ordering three items, the customer service contacted me offering a refund and askking how they can improve on their web site and business. Great customer service..

Order arrived on time. Be sure to know your measurement for a prefect dress. Also they have excellent customer service. I think its time to upgrade my wardrobe now. HAHAHA. I will definitely order again. *wink*

Ordered Item ******* Order NO. ************** on 4/24/18. Rcvd dress wrinkled and stuffed in plastic bag delivered by DHL 5/1/18. No zipper and had to pull over head and difficult to take off. Would not recommend.

I'm not really fond to dresses, I had to say that upfront, but eventually had to use one, so I was a littler skeptical at first but when I look all the dresses available at Floryday, I fall in love instantly. I'm a plus size, this is always a big but, but here no!, they have all sizes, specially the cute model that I felt for it. I order mine, and It came in the correct size, with the colors as seen, and very quickly!

The material says that it is cotton/polyester. It looks and feels a cheap nylon that would go up in flames if exposed to heat. Customer service, forget that! I sent a message the day I received package for return a return address and refund. No response after multiple text. After multiple weeks I finally got a response they would contact me in 48 hours. Finally after 2 months, I get a response they're located in CHINA, they offered me a 15% discount on a future order, this is not what there return policy states. This is a SCAM, do not order from this company.

I can bet Floryday is the best place to make orders. I ordered a fancy dress for my sister's birthday and what amazed me was their cheap prices and discounts. Their website provides clear guidelines on how to place orders. I am certain that I will place more orders soon.

I chose Floryday to provide a couple of good looking professional dresses for my collegues in the office. I am working in a big company and we have a very strict dress code, we should look great in every detail! I and my collegues bought 6 dresses in one go (and we had that 5% off coupon code on our order). The payment and the delivery was trouble-free, the dresses are great, and now our boss is so happy as we all have a stunning look here at work.

I ordered 2 dresses on may 1,2020. My payment received may 4,2020. It is now june 11,2020 and I have not received the dresses. I have reached out to them on June 4,2020 and was told only how to track my package. I can read! I then asked for a refund and have not heard back. Stating that it takes 5-10 business days is a lie. My shipment has been in Los Angeles since May 20 "delivered to a local courier".

Your return policy has resulted in 10 emails between me n Floryday. In addition I'm 5feet 4 inches size 6. The dress I ordered was so long it had to be hemmed professionally (size small). In addition the bathing suits both medium were to small to fit my 115 lb frame. I won't be ordering from Floryday again ever.

My goods arrived this morning and I'm delighted to have received them. The tracking isn't great and standard delivery took 6 weeks. I did get an offer of a full refund and to keep the goods too but my conscience wouldn't allow it, I simply wanted the goods so very happy they arrived. I would order from Floryday again.

The first thing that caught my eye, when used, is the convenience and simplicity of the site. Not only when used, but also for delivery. I get real pleasure from shopping and happy to recommend this website. The quality of the delivered goods did not disappointed. I put the highest mark and will definitely use this site in the future again.

I bought some handbags which I did not like and against my expectations, Floryday treated me very fairly and returned all my money immediately with no hassle and did not even ask for the return of the handbags so I have to be fair and say that they exceeded my expectations. With that experience in mind I would say give them a try!

Floryday will not give me a returns address and says it cannot find my order despite my telling them that I have a dress sent to me in response to my online order. Repeated requests sets for an address to which to send my disliked and unwanted address are ignored. Why does this company continue to exist despite an avalanche of complaints online?

Horrible return policy! I will keep the items and give them away. Can't reach a customer rep. To answer questions I have to return items. I do not recommend this product, nor will I ever order again Definitely a scam company. Quick to receive your money! Same day once order is placed. The return policy is very difficult and almost impossible!

I have NEVER encountered a company such as this one. I need to return their garbage to them but they never respond. After waiting days & I finally hear back they refer me to web site that you can't log on to. Plus My order took weeks to arrive. Never again will I use this so-called company! You'll NEVER get to talk to a human!

Its very coool thing i bought for GF. She love it very much. Arrived as described, complete and delivered in a timely fashion. Made a beautiful dress for my GF. This dress isn't something you should wear to work, it's too sexy. The fabric helps it suit many sizes and figures. This dress is beyond Gorgeous!

My wife was looking for an outstanding clothing site that could provide with quality outfits. And, after a long searching, she has got a site that is beyond her expectations. The products are really very beautiful and the price is also very reasonable. My wife were a bit confused about the quality while placing the order that whether they were as good as they appear in the images. But, while receiving the products, her astonishment increased even more. The colors are as they appeal in the images, the quality of the clothes is even better than her expectations. And she is now real happy with an on-line store that can really be useful. Happy shopping. :)

I placed an order for items on March 27,2020. As of April 24,2020 I have not received my order. I contacted Floryday via email and within 24 hours I had a response. They apologize for the delay in receiving my order and offered me a full refund for the order. The refund was posted to my credit card within 48 hours. I will give them another chance.

Needed to return 3 items I ordered but I have tried endlessly to reach them to get a shipping label to no avail. My time is running out and I have e-mailed with not response. Terrible communication. They say I do not have an order, but I have the products! Worse customer service ever
