This shower system perfectly balances a sleek, modern aesthetic with fantastic functionality. The large rainfall showerhead provides a truly luxurious and enveloping experience, and the pressure is consistently strong and soothing. Installation was straightforward, and the finish looks high-end. The only minor drawback is that the handheld wand holder could be slightly firmer, as the angle sometimes shifts slightly after a few uses. Overall, this product has transformed my daily routine.

I just want to make new buyers or existing buyers aware - 100% chinese products, a 35% restocking fee + plus shipping. Poor quality products and poor very poor quality cutomer service, my dispute is going legal so cant say too much at this stage but be aware and do not buy online, I wish I had read the reviews of their service and quality. In 12/22, we installed a Balsamo Gold in-wall Mixer Bathroom Shower Set from Fontana Showers. 10/23/2025 the showerhead started leaking. When we examined it, it fell off in our hands. The threaded nozzle on the wall mount that attaches the showerhead had completely rusted away. Imagine if this 4-pound showerhead with sharp edges had fallen on us! The lights inside the showerhead stopped working 9 months after installation. The finish started rubbing off 13 months after installation. Fontana customer service is slow and rude! They blame the customer and do not accept responsibility for a defective product.

I purchased the "Modena LED Contemporary Brass Single Lever Swivel Spout" after doing some other remodeling to my kitchen. I am impressed with how easy it was to install as well as the quality of this product! People always compliment this addition the my kitchen when visiting! I will be for sure shopping with this company more in the future :)
