I purchased Montel black, one aftershave and one cologne, But they sent fake item. No way they are selling it $43 after savings. Will never buy from them. Better to spend 80 or 90 at macy's or other department stores. This online store "Fragnancent" should be shut down. They are ripping people off

Hello future shoppers of this website. Let me warn you about an error I received with a recent purchase I made last month. I purchased a total of 6 items, and my purchase exceeded $200 after discounts and what not. I received my purchase and I was missing an item. I took a picture and everything in the event I was questioned. After 2 attempts to reach someone, i received a reply stating that the "weight" of my shipment was accurate. Not sure what the weight of 1 missing rollerball equates, but it was and still is missing from my hands. Im still waiting for a reply to this day, but needless to say I will never, ever do that again. I will keep my purchases for fragrances to my handy dandy local department store. Lowkey scammers... fool me once...

I placed an online order with Fragrancenet.com on 12/10/2021 for 3 bottles of men's cologne for $137.89. They shipped the items via the US Postal Service and provided me with a tracking number. I'm a steady customer of fragrancenet.com and I'm retired. So I kept an eye out for this package because I wanted to use the products over the holidays. The tracking number said that the US Postal Service had delivered the package to a Postal Locker on 12/17/21. So I went to my mailbox and there was nothing at all. Then I checked in and around my front door. Still nothing. Because of the holidays, I waited a little longer to see if it would show up. Still nothing. So on 12/23/21 I tried calling fragrancenet.com and they were not taking calls. So, I had to email them. To date, I have sent them 4 emails over this matter and have not received a response whatsoever. Today is December 30th and I still have not received this package. So I filed a complaint with the NY Better Business Bureau. In a few shorts hours, a complete and total refund was issued. I'm not sure what's going on with this company. They used to be very good. Unfortunately, I'll be taking my business to perfume.com... which is the number 1 rated online site for perfumes and colognes. So long FragranceNet.com.

Fragrancenet is a Big scam. I have been charged 108$ and they delivered perfumes to wrong address. I have heard from people that they intentionally do that.

I placed an order on December 14th with 1 to 3 day shipping. Today is the 19th and according to my order number (*******) it has not even been shipped out yet. The website said everything was in stock. Why advertise the express shipping right before Christmas if you can't get the orders out?

I purchased a few weeks ago. I screenshot as I proceeded. After placing my order I noted a billing discrepancy. I contacted the company repeatedly until I reached a manager. I provided the screenshots. I advised not to ship until the billing was corrected. The manager said she'd get back to me but never did. In total the adjusted the invoice twice after I ordered. They originally charged me over 50% more than I agreed to. They shipped it without correcting to the agreed and advertised pricing. They then adjusted the billing at 20% more than I agreed to without my knowledge. The original pricing I agreed to converted to according the their chart at $119 US. They charged me $183 US. The $147 CAD agreed to was factually charged to me at $233 CAD. FragranceNet made zero effort to fix the fraudulent billing to the advertised and agreed price. I reported it to my bank and they are investigating it as fraud! I had to get a new card to avoid further misuse by FragranceNet in future. They are sadly not reputable.

I ordered in good faith based upon the website. They claimed it would take 1-3 days to arrive. Unfortunately, that was a lie although it is clearly stated on the page. Instead over 5 days later it still was not even in shipping status. WHen I inquiries about my express order I was told " order placed with express shipping normally ships within 24-48 business hours(excluding weekends) and arrives within 1-3 business days(excluding weekends). Please note, this is not a guaranteed service and it may take up to 10 business days" what is tht the small print! Set the correct expectation

I spent over 250 dollars on Dior, and Lancôme fragrances. Although they looked legit, the boxes had Arabic writing on them. The bottles were filled with nothing close to the original scents. It's a scam, and they charge top dollar for fake bottles of basically water. CS is non existent. Stay away!

Placing order was easy enough. Shipment was ready for pickup the next day. It sat for 2 days before Fed Ex picked up. NOTE: I live in KY & in 2-3 days was in KY about 3-4hours away... package was then sent to St Louis MO, still about 4 hours away but these 2 cities were over 5 hours apart... and now the package has not had any updates since 10:47PM yesterday. But notes sending to a local post office and allow 2-3 more days for delivery (this shows at the last 2 stops for order). Called Fragrance.net CS dept on hold over 15 mins no answer, tried chat on web site, was kicked out before a rep came on line to help. I've sent an email... but based on reviews, doubt I'll hear back. Also based on the quality of product on some reviews probably been best to buy EC rip off at a Dollar Tree. 1st and last order with Fragrance.net... Hope I at least receive my order... don't want to have to pursue any other source to get this settled... but there definitely options to consider!

Ordered cologne on Nov. 4th, today is the 17th and I still have not received my product yet. Almost 2 weeks - nothing to show for. Actually went to the Mall to get a replacement. Yes - I paid more.
Will not order online ever again.

I have tried to call for months to get to a person. No one has ever answered. To return you need to communicate with cust serv. Couldn't return my cologne. I have waited up to 2 hours on hold 3 times. I now use fragrancebuy.ca. Its from Canada but offer a free shipping coupon. They have colognes that fragrancenet doesn't and fragrance buy is much cheaper.

Batch numbers match. Real deal. Arrived in 2 days standard shipping. Satisfied. Price not big discount.

Ordered 3 bottles of cologne and 1 bottle of perfume from this company. When my package arrived I was missing a bottle of cologne I ordered. I contacted customer service and they took care of this issue and shipped me my missing bottle of cologne the next day. I am pleased with the helpfulness and response by them to fix my issue. I will use again as the products I bought are legit and at a good price.

This company is a total SCAM, and I will be filing a lawsuit against them. I ordered a total of $1500 and the order never arrived but it was marked delivered. They won't refund me so I had to dispute with my bank, if I don't win my dispute. I am completely suing this company.

Be careful ordering from them, if something goes wrong with shipping you will not be compensated. I would go with known retail stores like Sephora, ulta and such.

For weeks I have been frequently going to Fragrance to see if the Jadore perfume was on sale. In fact I received several texts from Fragrance regarding sales in Jadore Perfume. Today I received a text saying there was 30% off on all Perfume. I followed the link and typed in Jadore and placed the order only to discover it was for the toilet water and Not the perfume. I discovered that within about 5 minutes after placing the order. I tried to contact their Customer Service which is non existent. If I could have spoken to someone I would have changed my order to the perfume which would have been a win/win. Instead I had to send an email which stated my order was already on it's way. This is the last time I will Ever order anything from Fragrance.net. Buyer Beware! Once they get your credit card info it is too bad so sad. The minute I get that order I am making photo copies and firing it back.
