If you are looking for hard to find colognes, then FragranceX is your place. Never had any issues. And, yes you can get testers and they describe that in the order description before hand. I'd rather get testers than nothing at all on some of the really good colognes out there!
Arrived broken and dented! Sent multiple pictures of the damage and was shipped without bubble wrap just paper! No fragile nor glass sticker or notice on shipping box. They say they don't see the dents! The bottle is shattered toi! They refuse to do anything!
FragranceX has a wide range and there are perfumes which are not available in physical stores near me. I like being able to buy plain packaging for a little less. The items are well packaged to be sent form US to Australia and they arrive quickly. It is the only place I buy perfume.

I'm not one to splurge on myself very often but I had wanted to purchase one of my favorite perfumes Ariana Grande Cloud. The fact that I got to buy it at a discounted price sold me quite quickly because I am not one who likes to spend money on such a thing and but I'd be lying if I had my doubts. The package arrived in my mailbox in less than a week, I was amazed and ecstatic it arrived so fast. Even though it was a tester it arrived completely full and smelled delicious the moment I gave myself a few squirts! I'll definitely be buying again from them the next time I want to treat myself!

Ariana Grande Cloud is One of my favorite perfumes and normally I don't like to spend so much money on something that just makes you smell good. But getting it at a bit better price enticed me!
Product did not arrived on the initial delivery date or the new revised delivery dates. I was not able to contact company by phone. I was put on hold for a long period of time and on several occasions with no customer service representative assisting. I sent a email via company website Help link. The Help link didn't reply, but the delivery information was updated/revised once again. Product finally arrived about 10 days after being ordered.

My first purchase was terrific! Unlike a 3 week wait time ordering from eBay, I got my order in 5 days with the piece of mind of being 100% authentic. Will order again soon. Already have items in my cart.

I receive my products quickly. Other places offer delivery with a minimum but I swear they use pony express.

This is one of my favorite fragrances. I knew nothing about this site but it popped up when I was looking to order this fragrance. I'm glad it did. They had the best deal and it shipped out pretty quick.

Great experience, price, delivery time and overall transparency. One of the parfum was a tester and I found it good - so if you are looking to save some bucks and dont care about the bottle then thats a great option

I placed order on 1st September and just received it yesterday. Although my order got so delayed, it was worthy of quality of product that I received. I loved their products and already referred to my friend. Yeah it was over all a good experience if I don't see the time it took to reach out to me.

Delivery was good, They neglected to say that it had been sitting in a warehouse for about 30 years. No seriously, the bottle is old and faded. I squeezed some cream out and it looked old as well. The bottle is old and discolored!

Order incomplete and refused to give me a refund. I ordered over $300 in singapore and 1 item was missing, d&g the one and is the most expensive one too! Got taxed $48+ wth! 2-3 weeks later to reach. This is just terrible. Box is smelly and wet when received

So far, I am excited and pleased about the colognes I have received. The competition is fierce, and I try to see which companies offer the best customer services and selection. I am still looking for "Chanel pour Monsieur" products. And a very old scent, Monogram by Ralph Lauren, in a purple flask. I have tried Creed and many others. We shall see in the months to follow, what I would like to utilize for personal fashion needs, etc

Easy to find what I wanted. Good product descriptions. Ordered it, and got it well within the time I expected. Since I was completely unfamiliar with this company I was a little leery. But I'll now be a repeat customer for other fragrances.
I was looking for Pink Sugar someplace besides Amazon. I tried ordering from another vendor, but had issues, so came here. Since I wasn't familiar with the company I kept the order to a low dollar amount. And now I'll be more than happy to place future orders here.

I appreciated they "delivered" what they advertised--unlike other online sellers of Dana products, when FragranceX says no shipping fees for a set price, they mean it--whether you live outside the contiguous 48 states or not! I was very pleased with the variety of fragrances they had available. The prices on the products were reasonable. Items ordered arrived in a speedy manner and the ordering process was extremely easy to complete.
The fragrance I choose is difficult to find and your site has a variety of items by Alexandera De Markoff available.
I love the fragrances by Alexandera DeMarkoff: Alexander, Enjgma and No Regrets. I wish they would carry the Body Oil in Enigma and Alexandra.

This is a fabulous site of authentic, well priced perfumes. Hard to find perfumes are found here. The shipping is very good often offering free shipping. The customer is equally good. If something is sold out and have to go on a waiting list they will give me a discount coupon for the next shopping experience with them.
I didn't receive my order! Shipping was to Ukraine. I wrote email to fragranceX support to help me with my order receiving but i've got only standard answers like - it will come soon. It's more then 6 months passed.

I wanted to place an order but, before confirming it, I noticed that the exchange rate was very high. I called, again before order placement, and spoke to someone (******* service ticket) who gave me an even lower price in US$ than the rate on the order - this after giving me numerous excuses as to why the Canadian dollar rate might be higher eg: taxes (which are not variable)... after refuting them all, she gave me a lower rate. I had to call the Order Desk to place the order, which I did (#*******). Imagine my surprise upon checking my credit card bill and finding out that the charged amount is exactly the same as the originally objected-to Canadian dollar rate. I will never order from them again. The only reason that I did not give them 1-star is because the goods arrived on time and in good order ie. As they should have.
Tip for consumers:
If you are buying AND paying in US dollars then maybe this company will be of value but, if not, prepare to get overcharged.
