Been using my Bvlgari for decades and found this online store recently. Pleased with the prices but unfortunately, the scent looks old upon delivery and smells funny. Not sure if they are selling old stocks or fake products. I can; t tell because in my part of the world, we have little access to original goods and I always get mine at the departmental stores. The prices seem too good to be true.

I came across this site in the course of searching for a retailer offering Chrome United at a reasonable price. The site was also highly recommended by Jeremy Fragrance. His video was sponsored by FragranceX so I wasn't sure how much weight to put into his review, but I definitely don't regret it. Their prices are super competitive and ship extremely fast! I was surprised that they offered free two day shipping with my order. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Will buy again in the future!

Not only did they have my hard to find favorite fragrance. They also shipped it to be in record time. Especially during this covid-19 effected shipping era. My package was delivered just 3 days after ordering. I'm beyond happy and will definitely order again as well as tell my friends and family to do the same!

All very well. Excellent order. Just a little comment the cologne were not well seal, packed and anyone can easy look at it and cut stolen the bottle. First time I received a product from your Company in this condiction. Please more attention with your packing department I used to buy lots of perfume from you

The title says it all. I have been buying perfumes and aftershaves since 2011 and have never had a single problem. In my opinion the goods are original. Arrives within two weeks of ordering, never longer than this. DHL delivered today within the hour that they had advised. Sad to see negative reviews as my experience is totally opposite.

Ordered a perfume for a Christmas gift, was sent overnight delivery. Instead of a perfume I received a pair of used black leggings. Company has been unwilling to fix the problem, coming up with every excuse under the sun to refrain from giving us a refund. We sent them pictures, and they claim it's FED EX's problem. The package came intact and nothing wrong with it. It's obviously fragrancex and Fed EX shouldn't be to blame. Thankfully item was purchased using Paypal because a claim has been filed. Do NOT buy anything from this site, no matter how much money you will save. It's not worth it.

Delivery company then contacted me saying I had to pay extra £18 odd for duty tax.

I was not aware tax had to be paid. Otherwise I would have ordered from a company in the UK.
It is not made clear you make have to pay tax.

Lee, the man dealing with this for me. All he has to do is contact dhl and tell them I no longer want to order - but he is proving to make this difficult for me

The website looks nice and legit but after ordering, I got 2 different tracking from them and have not even received the product after 4 weeks. On their site, the tracking shows that the product was shipped out within 2 days and it has reached up to Customs clearing level in Malaysia and got stuck there. On the actual carrier tracking site Janio, the product has not even been picked up after 4 weeks. I believe their internal tracking system is forged to show that the orders were processed and shipped out but in reality nothing was shipped out. 4 weeks from my order now, I have not received the items and their CS cannot even tell me where the package is except their standard reply " product is being shipped to you". They know it's very hard for international customers to file a claim or get a refund so all I can say is that it is a BIG SCAM!

Very easy and fast, and Ruth, ordering a shipping the product and meeting the delivery day ahead of schedule. It is amazing to see such a selection, especially of clothes that are getting harder and harder to find. I know that sent changes with age, but these are not old or leftover bottles.

The shopping experience at FragranceX was fine. The search is fast and the products are well-displayed and described. I always know what I'm looking for so suggestive retail doesn't really work with me. I rate it a 5-star shopping experience, however.

I never have problems buying my Betsy Johnson perfume here. I always get compliments from it how I smell really good and not overpowering. I am a server and got few tables already asked me what's the scent I'm wearing and they even searched it before leaving the restaurant. And I told them to only get it at fragrance.com. Best perfume and I will never change it.

Found out there was a hidden shipping cost! They knocked on my food and was like you have to pay £15...!
Not once was I made aware of this charge.
I contacted them as they wasn't helpful and iv asked 3 times for there head office details and I'm just being ignored! Stay away!

I have been looking for these particular perfumes for a very long time. I was so excited to see that you have two of my all time favorites. So glad they were in stock! Now it's time to start collecting new fragrances now that I found this wonderful company! Thanks so much for the coupons I received with my order. I will put them to good use

I got gucci guilty and gucci bamboo. My first time ordering from fragrancex as they are much more reasonable than retail here. I was a bit dubious but needn't have been. Perfumes are perfect, quick delivery and you can track every step of shipping and delivery. I will never buy perfume anywhere else again

Bought aftershave for £20 and then DHL who delivered charge me another £15 on duties before they'd give me the parcel. Actually the vat was only £5 the other £10 was DHL charges. Nowhere on the fragrancex website does it mention these charges. Cheaper to buy in the high street.

Very bad service.
They returned my order without informing me.
They didn't refund the whole amount.
When I tried to get more information they said they are sorry but they have to charge me taxes fee ( they make mistake and I have to pay for it)
I asked to chip back the order because I never Get email with tracking number or someone came for the order and they refused!
This is unfair.

Love shopping with FragranceX. Have purchased from them multiple times. This time I purchased 3 items. Unfortunately, one item was cancelled. However, I appreciated the email alerting me of the cancellation and explaining that the product that I had ordered had been shipped to them damaged. I will definitely re-order!

I love purchasing from FX. I am extremely pleased with their selection and their prices are always the best when compared to competitors. To top it off, they prepare shipment on the same day the order goes through, AND their delivery is relatively fast.

First bottle I received was broken. Called they were closed. I needed it for an event out of state. They didn't even apologize or make up for it. I have been a faithful customer. I won't be leaving a good review on my channel.

First, their offer is pretty straight forward. The range of products and the amazing prices are phenomenal. And the check out is as easy as two clicks. And the delivery was quick too.

I have to spray it on constantly. The scent completely dissipates within 30 min. I was so excited to see that I was sent a brand new, unopened bottle that I immediately ordered another one. Now I feel stupid. These must be really old.

This is by far the best site I have found for my favorite fragrances. I love their selection as well as their prices. My order was here in less than a week. Super happy with the great customer service! I will shop here again.
