If you are looking for hard to find colognes, then FragranceX is your place. Never had any issues. And, yes you can get testers and they describe that in the order description before hand. I'd rather get testers than nothing at all on some of the really good colognes out there!
Arrived broken and dented! Sent multiple pictures of the damage and was shipped without bubble wrap just paper! No fragile nor glass sticker or notice on shipping box. They say they don't see the dents! The bottle is shattered toi! They refuse to do anything!
Very fast delivery and exactly what I ordered. The wide variety to choose from is awesome. I use to go to Macy for all my fragrance, now I just pick up my phone place my order and in 2-3 days it's here I it. Thank you Fragrancex.

I love FragranceX, because it has many perfume varieties. I ordered a lot of perfumes from this site, and got delivered it so fast. The perfumes have a lovely smell and are pocket friendly. Awesome products with good fragrance and freshness. The prices are reasonable, and have excellent quality. Thanks for making the experience great.
I returned an item, using the postage label that Fragrance X supplied. They deny having received it and refuse to refund. Apparently the return has to be received in the USA before refunds are made. The return label supplied to me was for the UK arm of Fragrance X. Appalling customer service. Fortunately there are plenty of other discount fragrance outlets that do a great job, with good fragrance ranges and equally good customer treatment.

If any body thinks they are getting the real perfume from this company they are sadly mistaken and conned all the way. It all might smell kinda the same for an hour but that's the end of it. I cannot believe some people are happy with their purchase. Just shows people don't know their perfume very well and that's why this company keeps thriving!
I don't understand all the bad reviews! I have ordered from them more than once and got my perfume in 5 days. They sent me several e-mails of when it was shipped(same day) and the tracking number. I loved my product and it was the "real thing" and priced very well. I have used other perfume sites and have not been so lucky :/
FragranceX, I usually only purchase cologne at the counter so I can get the first hand experience of the scent on overall quality. First off, the price on the Versace Eros was amazing, but then the description the website gave breaking down the scent notes in the cologne is what sold me. I love most Versace scents, but go after a certain undertone note in the fragrance which you usually have to ask a professional about. That was all broken down for me on your site which made my decision easy.

I should have googled to know the actual size of these tiny vials but nonetheless, I'm ok with it. It's like having a sampler for fragrances that I haven't had the chance to test in store. I bought quite a few of them so they should last a while away while I decide which ones I like.
I DO believe their fragrances are real, not fakes. I have had GOOD results ordering from them in the past. My order came promptly in just a couple of days. However, the two bottles of men's cologne that I ordered, each had a MACY'S sticker on the back. I paid $135.99 to FragranceX, and immediately went to Macy's website to look up Bleu De Chanel, eau de toilette, 5 oz. And guess what? Macy's charges $125.00. So, I bought two products with Macy's stickers on them at a "discount" company, and paid more than Macy's charges? Take a look:

My order came in a timely manner from Fragrance X. I got my package in great condition with no leaks or any other problems. I have never heard of this company but was very impressed with it. I saw an ad on Facebook and thought I would try as it was cheaper than other places. I was glad I gave it a try.
I couldn't find Violet Eyes anywhere and Fragrance X had it at a good price!

Terrible experience with their customer service department. I had some questions about why they kept sending me emails saying I would get free shipping if I completed my order. Every time I went to the cart the shipping kept showing up... oops i didnt read the fine print... i am in canada and there is no free shipping. So why even bother sending me an email getting my hopes up for free shipping if i completed the order lol... so after I sent my inquiry i received a customer service response that said no free shipping to canada too bad and deleted me off their mailing list. Thats okay because there are other online perfume sites I can order from. I had no idea fragrancex was in the usa and not in canada. I wish they would make that more clear. But obviously its my fault for not looking properly and just assuming... assuming always gets one in trouble lol... anyways not happy with the crappy customer service i received

Shopping was good and simple. My only desire is that there would be a more selection of samples of the products so that we can smell the fragrance 1st before committing into buying. Since Covid-19 can be set onto the bottles by simply touching in case we have to return.

Its was something that i wanted to try out due to Jeremy Fragrance. I had a good indication of the fragrances i used to wear as a teen before. So naturally I found some of my old 1's. But the CK SHOCK, since i hadnt smelled it, I wasnt sure that my son would like it. So, I took Jeremy's word and he nailed it. Thank you Jeremy!
The Hei and Cool Water was what gave me compliments and plus the ladies love it. I just wasnt sure of the ck shock for my son. Please make available enclosed felt squares or strips of your fragrances to buy or sample before we commit to purchasing. A 1" x 1" would be great!

It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and in the end I had to go out and spend more money buying the same item in store.
I have emailed them lots, they have now just stopped responding and are completely ignoring my request for a refund or even to update me on the status of my order.
Disgraceful service, I will never use them again and will warn all my friends and family about them.
I ordered three perfumes, and it came even faster than the estimated time, keep in mind i live in Europe and it got sent from USA. I think it took 3-4 days, and that is insane speed from european perspective. The perfumes were original, unopened, and intact. Super Happy with my purchase, and I Am defienetly gonna order more

I ordered something for my mum which was never delivered. They wiped their hands of it and told me to call USPS who never called me back. FragranceX told me it wasn't their problem. Even though they chose to use an uninsured shipping option, I'm out $200...
And now I get unending emails from them which won't stop no matter how many times I unsubscribe.
Fast shipping, love the samples you can try before purchasing big bottles. Love the prices very affordable. Also like that they have a description of the scents so you don't have to blindly choose something and hopes of liking it!

Total shysters... I ordered perfume for my wife's birthday, waited close to a month for delivery and when it finally arrived it had tester written all over it! Fuming and disgusted. The bottle arrived without its box, is severely scratched and has been used! I paid full price for this.
When I complained they offered no help, no refund and zero compassion! Scum

The bottle of Jean Paul Gaultier was leaking around the metal seal at the top of the bottle and about one forth empty, it should be replaced as I have never had a problem with any of the countless orders in the past. There was no indication of miss handling on the shipping box.

I did get the 2-3 days delivery and got it after 5 days thats the only bad thing i experience but either way it was good my cologne came in safe not broken so it was worth the little wait definitely will recommend
The website says delivery within 2-3 days, so I anticipated it being here prior to an event and that did not happen. The delivery took longer than that, so if you need it deliver by a specific time, you may want to order several days earlier.

Note that we do not have a store/arm in the UK, our only warehouse is in the USA. The return label that you received was for DPDs hub in the UK (carrier's depot). While it is true that we refund once the item is received in the USA, I am able to see that we refunded you before that.
