So I ordered my perfume hoping it would be authentic, and was so pleased with my purchase! The shipping was amazing as well, when they say orders ship usually within eight hours, they mean it. I would definitely order from FragranceX again.

Great Product but a greater scent. Timeless CANOE. I'm 75 and used it as a young man, or more truthfully, used my Dad's. It is an alluring and subtle scent that lasts. I was so afraid Canoe was no longer being manufactured, since I hadn't used it in years. I see there was a period when it was not produced, thank God, that's over. The Service from FragranceX was great too, well packaged and all safe and sound.

Simple, fast, secure. I usually order from this site and I'm gonna be honest with you, my packages came in 5-7 days after ordering them so don't expect Amazon level delivery however, the amount of money you save ordering from FragranceX makes the pickiness of Standard shipping go away. If you're looking for some good deals, are not impatient and, can be happy with a couple of more nickels to rub together, FragranceX is a good choice.

I ordered a Hermes perfume at £130 for my wife. When the perfume arrived it smelled nothing like the perfume and the smell faded after seconds rather than hours.

Asked FragranceX for a refund and was told there would be a $34-35 charge. Very reluctantly I accepted as I obviously got stung, but even so no returns label.

If I could score minus 10 I would. How has this company got a 4star rating... AVOID AT ALL COST.

I had concerns purchasing a well-known, high end fragrance online rather than from a standard well-known store. My concerns were relieved and I was thrilled to have the package arrive quickly, packaged well and the fragrance to be perfect. Clearly I received the authentic parfum and not a substitute. It was also well below the retail price. I am sold on FrangranceX. I shall return!

The price was higher by 2 dollars than the perfume spot. I hope my product is high quality since I decided to go with this company. Also in order to get it for $77 instead of $91. I had to have a coupon. While the perfume spot was $ 75 originally. I shopped with you guys before is the only reason I went with you guys. I really like this fragrance I'm ordering so I hope it is top quality.

I have been purchasing my perfumes from this site and i have never experienced bad service from them. I'm from malaysia and i usually receive my purchase within 2 weeks time. To say that they sell imitation or fake brand, i have no say on this because the smell, longevity, silage are exactly the same with the one from the counter

They sell FAKE, this company is thief. Bottle cheep reproduction, label different then original, fragrance different, ugly and weak not like original at all.
Keep away from them this are scams they sell FAKES!
They hide the price for postage so the buyer can see till payment issued

I have make an order six months ago. But until now I don't get anything. I have send a lot of emails and I call them, asking them to refund my money. But its always the same answering: Be patient because your order its on the way. I never see something like this because all the online shops have a deadline for delivery the orders. Otherwise they reimburse the money.
I never see such arrogant people how mock with other peoples money.

I accidentally ordered the wrong perfume. They refunded my money as soon as I contacted them. I got the refund with if 5 business days. I the correct one and received in a timely manner. Love it. I continued to buy my correct perfume because of you great customer service. Thank you.

I have been a customer of fragrance X for over 20 years! They always have the perfumes that I'm looking for and their prices can't be beat! I never wonder if my product is going to be "sold out' because they never have! This is the best place to buy your perfumes!

It's always so easy to shop on this site. I bought two colognes this time for my boyfriend for Christmas. The size of the Versaci Eros was smaller than I thought. But it's not a super deal because the price for it was reasonable. So I'm not very upset about it, more just surprised by what I had expected is all.

I did not realize the mini did not come with a sprayer do I have to purchase a refillable travel bottle for this fragrance. For the price I thought it would be bigger with a sprayer so I need to pay attention to the sizes in the future. I still will be using this site for all my Fragrance purchases!

Aside frim the ridiculous nail files you send (because u obviously have too many) you guy WERE pretty good. I probably wont order another thing. I ordered a roller ball that was 1/3 full. I sent pictures as I was asked to do. Another fragrance i ordered(one without a box or a top) was not sent. You said u refunded me but I have to see that. Just keep it. You guys are irritating.

What difference does that make at this point?
