If you are looking for hard to find colognes, then FragranceX is your place. Never had any issues. And, yes you can get testers and they describe that in the order description before hand. I'd rather get testers than nothing at all on some of the really good colognes out there!
Arrived broken and dented! Sent multiple pictures of the damage and was shipped without bubble wrap just paper! No fragile nor glass sticker or notice on shipping box. They say they don't see the dents! The bottle is shattered toi! They refuse to do anything!

I discovered Fragrance X when I was looking for a Fragrance company that accepts PayPal. My shopping experience was awesome! It looks like I'm a rare very happy customer! I have bought perfumes several times from fragrancex and have NEVER had any problem. Always a reasonable shipping time and the item is pretty much perfect! I'm really surprised to see so many negative comments. But, hey maybe next order I'll get burned - I really hope not. Theyre sooo cheap!
I never received the product. Frustrating carbon-copy answers to my support requests asking me to keep waiting (even after 2,5 months!), same answers to my request for a refund!
Opened a dispute with Paypal and finally got my money back through Paypal, but they tried to scam me to the end by saying they would consider my request for a refund if I withdrew the dispute! Don't fall for their scams!
The bottle has no cap but with a paper roll as the toilet paper's core. I do not expect to receive a bottle of perfume like that and wonder if this bottle is indeed original from L'Heure Bleue or reproduction by an unknown workshop. Please do let me know.

I sent several emails letting you know that the address was not complete. I did not hear from anyone until the product was received and the post mail person asked me if this was my name. The product was very good but email response is very poor.

For Father’s Day gift
On October, November and December of 2011 I made 15 orders from FragranceX.com and never received them. Those orders were paid with a credit card. The number of the orders are: *******, *******,8627, *******, *******,*******,*******,4693, *******,*******,*******,*******,*******,*******,*******. FragranceX.com showed total disrespect to the customer by taking my money and never delivering the product. I DO NOT recomend ANYONE from buying in that store.
I am always satisfied with my orders from FragranceX. My order was sent within an almost immediate time, but due to the mail service took more time to receive than normally but was so happy to receive it in time for Christmas.
I've purchased several items over the years and was always pleased with my purchases and definitely the prices and service.
The cologne I purchased was a fragrance my son chose for Chistmas and was so pleased that it was in stock.
Great site. Excellent selection and prices. Shipping is inconsistent - sometimes it can take several days for the order to get processed - then add 4 to 9 days for it to get here, which isn't FragranceX issue. USPS and UPS can be slow...

While FragranceX doesn't always carry everything that I want, the few that they do are authentic and shops incredibly quick. I ordered a bottle Wednesday morning and received it in the mail Friday afternoon all the way from NY to San Francisco! Highly recommend if you find something here that you want!

Tom Ford For Men Extreme has been discontinued for a while now and to see this pop up here was definitely a surprise and so I had to snatch one up! The price is competitive compared to the second hand marke/eBay for this rare gem.
I know what Bvlgari Aqva smells like and I love it. Perfect aquatic scent with a fresh cotton smell make it an easy grab. The shipping was lightning fast and unlike other companies the box was big enough to keep the fragrance from smacking around in USPS possession. I will be making more orders.

It was okay, just that i cant choose my country Ghana as a billing address and my order has to be put on hold for me to contact my bank for a verification code before my order can be completed, this wastes my time and ruins the shopping experience. This is the 3rd time i have encountered this problem. Please fix or else i will take my business elsewhere.

The price was great, almost too good to believe... and rightfully so. I purchased Versace Dylan Blue, which I have purchased before from Macy's. The bottle I received did not smell right. It was almost like the cologne was stale. It's not pleasant to wear, which is a shame.

I'm a frequent online shopper, never have I had a worse experience with an online store. It's been over 8 months & I haven't received my order and obviously I'm not going to in the future. They kept sending my the same robotic e-mail when I told them the order is late, they kept saying it is on the way and if the order has been sent back to them they will refund me. Once day maybe 6 months later the tracking number just stopped working, I told them I want a refund, they never replied! I sent from another e-mail they still completely ignored my e-mail! Even though they replied to all my other ones, but once it's obviously time to refund and they cannot stall me any more they just ignored. I'm DISGUSTED with this company, and very upset at how they can just steal my money! Do NOT place an order with them, they are cheats. STAY AWAY!
I chose this particular fragrance because I fell in love with it in Nordstrom, but I refused to pay the retail price (which started at around $90 at my Nordstrom). I found this fragrance for an incredible price through here and decided to purchase it. I was told that shipping would take the typical 3-5 business days (shipping was free which was a plus) and my product arrived 2 days later. I am overall incredibly satisfied with my purchase and I absolutely love my new fragrance.

I smelled the fragrance at Nordstrom and I loved it but the prices started at $90 and I really did not want to spend that much on a fragrance at the time especially considering it was only about 1 oz.
I ordered from them and in less than 1 week, I received my fragrance. So sorry to read all these bad reviews, but my experience with them was great, the tracking number was authentic and the delivery was so fast. The item was in good shape and it is the original. I will surely order more from them again.
Fast shipping as International order. Initially charged me for shipping but complained l had a coupon which they honoured and refunded cost. Always pay securely with this site as there are a few dishruntled people in the USA but in the main they were great.One item which they are NOT allowed to sell as contacted Gucci was a supposed purse spray. 17oz but it arrived unsealed ie no cellophane and obviously a sampler which by law cannot be sold on a commercial basis. They replied to my e-mail asking me to take a photo which is a little hard as it comes in a red plastic square box which when depressed perfume sprays out.As it was not sealed it leaked and l could smell it before l opened the box.Other item was spot on and super so give them a try.
Love the perfume but my perfume is always out of stock. When it does come in and I am notified it gets sold out again. Plus my coupons I cannot use in combination with the % off. Which I think is wrong. They send you the coupon you should be able to use it.

I've ordered a few times on this site and shipping/delivery is very timely. Products are in top condition. The one time I got a leaky bottle of perfume customer service issued a return label and shipped a replacement the very next day. Thank you FragrenceX for your awesomeness!

My experience was fantastic. I will admit when I first found this site I was very skeptical but I have been consistently pleasantly surprised at the selection of high quality perfumes at really affordable prices. The price is right, significantly less than retail, and the delivery is prompt.
My husband has worn Paco in past years and it is not available in retail stores in our area.
Likewise, Joy is my favorite from way way back.
I appreciated the low cost but wish my 2 favorite colognes had not been discontinued. Chloe and Chloe Narcissa. The new one I ordered Chloe New, just doesn't suit me. Smells great but not on me. Loves baby soft is from when I was a teenager, used it then, and I gave it to my 10 year old niece, she likes it.

I went with this company because I thought it was reputable. I never had Versace that took more than three squirts to last all day. This product will last three hours. When I open the package I was surprised to read that it was a tester. Not for sale, illegal sell, vietata la vendite is written on the side of the bottle.

A tester is typically used in a department store or fragrance counter. Sometimes they do not have a cap or box, but they are just like the full-priced version. Testers are a great way to save when you know you like the product and rather not pay more for the fancy packaging. I have emailed you a return label for you to return the item if you are not satisfied with it. We never received any email from you regarding this issue. If we had you would have been advised that Testers are just an opportunity for customers to save money. As long as they do not care if they receive a fancy box.
