I've been pretty pleased with the products i have received from the company. Sometimes I've experienced slower delivery times but i know during these times in a pandemic you only can do what you can and i totally understand! But over all i have been happy with service from fragranceX.

The USPS said it was delivered, but I didn't see anything! I assumed they dropped it off at the wrong address! I emailed customer service, they responded in a timely manner. They said they would refund me my total amount, but I got it later that day! Great customer service!

The first time I ordered, the shipping was delayed and I sent them an email and got a response fast. They apologised and shipped my goods the following day. I placed an order again last week and It was shipped the very next day, all in good condition.

I was doubting the legitimacy of the product but I was truly pleasantly surprised by how quick I got my order how authentic it was and the price that seemed too be good to be true was really affordable unlike the price you see at stores and malls

Always good business, good prices, and no issues. They also have an account with afterpay so that you can split your payments up into four payments. I have had nothing but a good experience with them.

I had never ordered from this site before so I was a little skeptical, but my order was shipped very fast and thankfully, the exact perfume I remembered. Will definitely shop this site any time I need a perfume!

I payed some perfumes and soaps on PayPal at 14th July.
(I ordered Floris sirena*1, Yardley soap*5, Li profumo Sung De Tulip*1 and Penhaligon's Peony*1)
But this shop don't show me any informations.
I sent them E-mail many time(I think 5 to 7 times) but they never replay me about this order.
So I'm in the process of making an objection within PayPal.
This shop NEVER CHECK customer's mail!

I like everything about the item. Although when I received it, most of the bottle was chipped off due to what they wrapped it in. It was supposed to be a gift but now I had to keep it because of its condition.

I bought 3 perfumes from them for 118$ , all fake , all of them smell almost same. I will never buy from them or advice anyone to buy from this site. It is better to pay little more and buy from a reputed store.

The site is easy to use and that's great. I ordered a couple of samples that I couldn't get on 2 other sites. Haven't tried them yet. I also bought some perfume that I had samples of from a different site but price was better on this site. I really like fragrancex and plan to order more as I get spare money. Thanks FragranceX!

Excellent site and good price enjoy the Light Blue scent. It just really smells pretty and light. I like to use it in the summer time and also the fall. Also, Gucci Rush is another favorite that is sold ok the FragranceX site.

I am satisfied with my purchase but at the same time disappointed with what my friends been telling me after I told them that I have bought $500 worth of perfumes from the FragranceX website.
They have been telling me that the products I received from FragranceX are fake and that is the reason for such a price difference. They were trying to push me to return everything and go get the same stuff from Macy's or any other store outlet for genuine products. I am not sure what to do. I bought all those fragrances so that I could gift them to the family and friends back in India since I have a vacation coming up. I am a bit worried now and not able to decide what to do. How to test the genuinity of the products I purchased and show it to the ones who were saying that these are fake?

FragranceX website always has a great selection of colognes to chose from, and they give you a good description of how each cologne will smell from first application all the way through severl hours of wearing. Prices are very competitive, and the website gives you many different size options for each section.
The check out process is easy and clearly layed out on their website.

This was the first time I've ever used FragranceX and it was pleasant. Order was less expensive than going to the local store and arrived in less time than expected and was packed nicely. I would definitely recommend this place for all your fragrance needs.

Love shopping here! My go to spot for shopping fragrances... the selection of fragrances are usually older fragrances. They are missing a lot of niche fragrances that are from well renowned. Can't beat the prices though. Great deals!

I ordered a very sophisticated scent from English Laundry, and expected a small bottle. Instead what came was a beautiful, LARGE bottle in a custom-branded box that would survive a nuclear blast! Now I smell good and have a cool black box in which to store my cufflinks, watch bands, etc.

It was really easy to place my order and with Afterpay, it made it even better! I was able to get that last minute gift and it arrived before expected! Thank you for working so hard through these times!

I was sold fake perfume. They reimbursed the purchase but 1) did not want to recognize that they sold me fake perfume and 2) did not reimburse shipping/packing.

I bought a bottle of Grand Amour by Annick Goutal. After some very elementary comparing with pictures online and an old original bottle of the perfume (I even provided them a picture of a bottle I bought when in Paris back in December), it was painfully obvious that they sold me a fake bottle of perfume.

I was very pleased to receive my purchase much faster than expected. The FrangranceX website is very user friendly and easy to negotiate and I was able to find and order what I wanted easily. The prices are also excellent.

My first time shopping with this business; the fragrance I ordered does not match the authentic version I already have. I ordered this fragrance from this company because it was cheaper to purchase, but the authenticity is to be questioned.

There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the delivery of my item, the discrepancy of the address I put and the claims that was made were wide. However, upon emailing customer support I received my product the following day and an email to confirm whether I did. If anything I respect the professionalism of this site.

Their email response could be a little more animated. It seemed generic, robotic and had a good chance that they didnt even read the email I sent along with supporting screenshots of the issue. For anyone willing to go that far, at least show some enthusiasm or try.
