If you are looking for hard to find colognes, then FragranceX is your place. Never had any issues. And, yes you can get testers and they describe that in the order description before hand. I'd rather get testers than nothing at all on some of the really good colognes out there!
Arrived broken and dented! Sent multiple pictures of the damage and was shipped without bubble wrap just paper! No fragile nor glass sticker or notice on shipping box. They say they don't see the dents! The bottle is shattered toi! They refuse to do anything!
Had a problem with my package getting lost in the mail and I reached out to fragranceX by email, they were quick to answer and resolve my problem. Will definitely purchase more on this site

I ordered Dot perfume and it arrived just in a box with no protective packaging. The bottle only had a very small amount of perfume in it and the bottle was damaged and would not squirt. I had to throw it away. I have e-mailed Fragrancex numerous times but they will only refund me half my money! They have no idea on customer service and don't even reply properly. They are a COMPLETE RIPOFF. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
Shipping was a little slow than what was advertised but it is understandable given the current circumstances in America. Everything else like the quality of products and packaging is 10/10!

Paid for a gift wrap and printed message and they didn't care to do it, what a garbage service, they don't care about their customer, that was my first and last order from them

I love fragrancex and this is my preferred fragrance outlet to buy from. Everything always comes on time, there is never stuff leaking through my boxes, and the produces are always of high quality.
It was actually a company offered through a work program that can you buy items from. They offer multiple and I have tried others, but prefer fragrancex.
As usual, I conduct a lot of research on products before I buy them. Especially since COVID it’s hard to try out the products in the store, so I have no other choice than to conduct research on them. However once they arrived, I was completely Happy.
Great online service, I just wish it was easier to get in contact with customer service. However, I love this company and the brands they provide.

Found my fragrance when no store carried it. Price was awesome and delivery was fast. Ongoing communication was terrific. Will definitely use them again!

Fragrancex are very professional, the fragrances are legit and have a very long varieties of scents - however my disappointment is the delivery service (USPS) is careless when it comes precisión delivering to the right address.
Because the 5 stars Costumer Service and long list of scents.
Really enjoy able great pricing a whole lot cheaper than in-store. Looking forward to buying even more fragrances for not just myself but for my fiancé as well

One of the products I chose was from experience and I couldn't find anywhere else. The other two was sheerly because of the scent descriptions. One of the two also came in a vial option which was perfect.

Ordered Creed Aventis from them and received a fake. Had to fight for a refund, but eventually got it. Best to shop elsewhere. Would give 0 stars, if possible.
Because of the snow storm it was delayed getting to my daughter but all's well she received it.
