Very easy to find what I wanted. Excellent description of the fragrance's ingredients. Delivery was fast with no problems at all. Love that the smells were exactly what I wanted.

The fragrance did not smell anything close to Pink Friday. It had a lot of alcohol in it. I purchased the perfume as a gift and I was very disappointed.

Not what I was expecting. Unfortunately it didn't smell anything like the cologne I requested. I paid a lot of money and absolutely dislike the scent.

Everything has always been detailed I've been a customer for 10 years or more love the fragrances love the prices this is the only place where I would buy cologne

Absolute crap last an hour if that DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Paid £12 for 125ml bottle & used within 10 days its fake hence the reason so cheap, glad i only bought 1 bottle. If in doubt leave it out haha chow guys jojo x

Very good experience but this time was a little disappointing because I wanted to buy quantity of 5, encre noire by lalique but you didn't have it in stock.

It was a little frustrating cuz the link kept dropping when trying to place my order. But they honored my original discount so no worries there. I'll absolutely be back

Always been happy w/FrgX- one thing I just noticed is they dont charge tax(I live in CA) which means I save another 10%- many competitors DO charge tax and theyre from the same state(NY)- cant figure that one out:)
But ordering is simple, their website is easy to navigate- i've cancelled orders, had orders delivered to wrong address, and dealt with their customer service- these guys are always on top of it and its refreshing to do business with them

First and foremost I had the most difficult time trying to get my package due to the fact that my package was dropped off at our property office I did not request nor did I ask for my package to be delivered to the office I specifically let the PIN code for them to deliver it to my door because there has been issues with the office before second of all I did not receive one of my items which was the Juicy Couture perfume I definitely want to be refunded for this item or get it shipped out or even get a credit in store credit

AVOID, AVOID AND AVOID. Around 18 months ago I ordered some perfume and paid them £30 through paypal I never received it. They will fob you off that it is probably stuck at customs or ignor your emails then before you know it 45 days has passed and it's too late to claim back through paypal. LUCKILY my credit card company (Tesco) did refund me the purchase amount after me sending copies of other reviews for the company and proof of puchase any emails etc from them. I wish I had read other people's reviews before i placed my order and I certainly would not have bothered.

They do advirtise 15% coupon for rebates, and this, even when turned on to Canadian currency. (I live in Québec) So I sent them an e-mail in order to make sure (before ordering) that the coupons was valid in Canada, and this - even if their web site showed the coupon on their website. This is the simplest question that one person can have, it never got replied to. So NEVER deal with them. (NOTE: Even when you do not want to buy (I did want to buy from them!) from a company, find yourself a question to ask them, if they never replied, you have your answer that you should NEVER deal with them, if the reply is unsatisfactory, same thing. STAY AWAY!

My last purchase was not good because 2 boxes of parfums were open, head over heels I ordered in 3.9 oz but it came in 1.9, Seriously? It is not what I ordered

Great! I love the scent, its very pleasing and not over powering. It last from the morning until I go to bed. My wife loves to cuddle up close to smell the fragrance.

I have always loved Rapture by Victoria's Secret. They don't have it on their page or in their stores. I get on FragranceX waiting list and they let me know when it's available.

I will order my next fragrance from FragranceX most definitely. I placed my order, paid for it using my debit card then received my package right on time. No problems as well as a smooth transaction.

At first I had a hard time finding any order confirmation but once I gave the transaction time to be processed it was all good.

I had a bit of trouble discovering sample vials. The search bar would keep putting in the last product looked for when I deleted it and tried to find another product without using the search bar.

In a world were shipping has been delayed, I was pleased to receive this on time. I was already familiar with the fragrances I purchased and they were expected.

Fragrance Net finally got this perfume in stock. I noticed it was the same bottle and packaging, but it's not the same as Lagerfield. The smell is too sweet. Won't buy it again.
