The tester perfumes seem to lack a bit of staying power (not sure if this is brand-specific) but the normal product version are great! Delivery was fast and packaging was efficient. Will definitely buy again in the future!

I ordered cologne from their website and was never delivered to my house. It's been almost 4 weeks. Don't even bother to email them because they will give you bad excuses. Those snobby people from NY are scams. I had good experience from fragrance.net( better service and ships fast).

I have a difficult time finding the original Ralph Lauren Blue for women cologne. FrangranceX has it in stock and offer it at a more reasonable price than the few other places that still carry this product.

This is a Christmas gift so I haven't opened it but the ease of ordering and shipping times were very satisfactory. My order arrived in maybe 2 days so I was very happy with the way orders are getting backed up. Thank you.

I've wanted this perfume for over 3 years if not more, finally pulled the plugged. The scent is marvelous just what I thought it'd be and shipping was exceptional, specially around this time of the year. I got my package within 48 hrs. Ordered three different perfumes from your site.
Shipping was fast as usual. However one perfume went missing from the box, when I reached out to customer service,
Nelly was excellent. She could tell by the weight of the package that something was wrong.
Happily I provided all information, photos, and proof of purchase.
Got my replacement fragrance the next day.

I ordered a bottle of perfume from this company in October 2010. I paid through paypal and was enticed to a degree by the free international delivery. Unfortunately this method of deliver is not tracked and and after three months nothing has arrived. Needless to say the customer support are quick to reply to any emails with the same scripted verse, "you parcel is possibly been delayed by a customs check in your country please be patient". Was a load of rubbish. Funny that so many of their customers have the same experience. Unless you want to throw your money away do not buy from them.

Products and prices are great. Delivery was a disappointment. Never had a problem with this site before so I expected my order before xmas. Did not get it until 12/29 which was 10 days after ordering.

My order for two different perfumes were easily found on FragranceX ‘s website. I had ordered from them before and was pleased they still had their high standards regarding speedy shipping with my items very well packaged. I will be ordering from them in the future again.

I lost money trying to return an item. The representative lied to me about getting a refund for shipping. The perfume did not smell anything like it was supposed too. When I called and talked to them. They said that they can't guarantee 100% everything is authentic even tho that is what their site says.

I understood the product I wanted. When purchasing the cologne it was quick, easy and a great price. I recommend FragranceX to send maybe one or two really small testers (in liquid form) of the most popular or new products because it's the nose that knows what smells you like.

First of all, this company is nice in selection of products offered. What good does it do for me to continue to order and you can't get my products to me via usps. I've called in on my last 4-5 orders from ordering weekly to having to get refund after refund. Wouldn't common sense tell you to quit using this vendor as a reliable source of getting shipments out. Thank God for the Amazon hub employee who told me to file a claim via usps. I'm so over their bull$#*! any other fragrance companies that don't do the trifling bull$#*! fragrance x does?

I ordered some items from them and I was told my order would arrive after 8 weeks due to customs delays in my country. However, my parcel arrived much earlier than that. I'm so happy with my purchase. Everything is legit and the perfumes smell really good. I would highly recommend Fragrance X.

Awesome selection of designer perfumes at incredible prices! I purchased a tester of Dolce & Gabbana Garden, expecting a tester bottle like one might see at a perfume counter (you know, half full & missing its cap) but to my surprise and delight, received a full bottle totally intact box included. Delivery was super fast! I will NEVER shop anywhere else for fragrance!

I bought perfume from this site and can confirm that it was 100% fake. Bar code wrong, box once opened wouldn't close properly and smell was awful.
Still waiting for my refund 3 months on.
Fake website, fake product and awful customer service. Same response and from same person is not what you would expect from legitimate business.

I tried to apply a 15%-off discount code when I ordered; didn't work. Gave me the option of a "loyalty discount" when I checked out. Less than 2 dollars! Some BS. I'll be buying fragrances elsewhere, from now on.

The guy basically told me take it or leave it. Not good.

I ordered for the 1st time from fragrance x here in the uk. My perfume arrived in under a week as described in perfect condition. Outstanding customer service and value for money. Will continue to purchase many more fragrances!

I purchased some Jean Paul Gaultier from these guys and an awesome price, it almost too good to be true (and of course it was). The shipping company returned my order because they could not find the unit. Upon return I had to ask about 2-3 times for my refund. Once I finally got my refund it was approximately $18 dollars less than what I had paid. I got ripped off. I think you'd be better off buying this kinda stuff in the store, or from Amazon.

Very Efficient and everything made easy and understandable

I had spent $400 and never received my package upon asking for help and refund since its lost they kept sending me the same damn email and asking for irrelevant things like pictures of my front of house where they should be putting stuff but instead they left it behind my house and they say it's been delivered and they never provided me with any tracking number.
